Overall the best Vet! Especially between having my own cat, growing up with animals, I’ve been to many veterinarians and by far Cody’s stood out. The entire staff is genuinely CARES, knowledgeable, friendly and affordable. Wish I knew about this location prior to moving away - they were able to get me in asap for appointment & reassured my family/cat with their treatment/medicine as it was uncomfortable time not knowing what was going on with furry family member. Need more vets around like this!

What a great pet hospital. They always answer the phone, they are patient, they are caring, they provide realistic helpful advice. Also if you need to make an appointment they can actually get you in for an appointment in a few days as opposed to some other places where they have a few month waiting period. Also, during Covid, they let you go in with your dog as opposed to waiting outside in your car which can help if your dog has anxiety, as mine does. Highly recommend.

Dr. Pillsbury and the entire staff are AMAZING!!! My cat Ava, was originally diagnosed with a Polyp in her throat and we needed someone to look at her asap for it to be removed - they did everything they could to help her and keep her comfortable. Unfortunately, it was a misdiagnosis from a different vet, and it was actually cancer. Dr. Pillsbury reaches out to see how Ava is doing and will continue to help us throughout this process. My boyfriend and I COULD NOT be happier with our experience here and it is so nice being able to find comfort in someone who cares so much about your pet. 10/10 recommend!

Would not recommend. The vet was not friendly, was not able to handle my larger dog, and only looked at my dog for around 2 minutes before charging for a full examination.

I highly recommend Cody Pet Hospital. Dr. Pillsbury is a highly skilled vet and her staff is excellent. They are kind and compassionate and provide the best care. They go above and beyond and have even done housecalls to treat my sick dog. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.

Dr Pillsbury and staff are outstanding! We had an emergency with our Springer beagle during the Covid wave and they took her in right away! We have now switched vets and both of our doggos love going now! Check out how happy Champ is to go get his shots today! I can’t recommend Cody any stronger! ❤️

We are new pet parents we brought our husky star there and from the 1sr visit we had a great visit, they are very accommodating & compassionate, we can get an appt when we need it & they take us in right away! Star loves going to the them too!! We highly recommend them we had an emergency & they answered the phone & told us to bring her right in, its very comforting knowing they are there anytime we need them

Stopped in on a whim fee driving by ,desperate to find a place who could fix my little boy kitten, everywhere I've called is so backed up. They were so helpful, actually gave me an appt within a week but I casually mentioned I was disabled and recovering from surgery that's why I had lost track of time for my kitty, and Kelly was so helpful and told me about a program where I could get it done for free. They were just so nice and helpful!!

I brought my mouse there because she wasn’t acting right and had really dry skin. They told me she looked totally healthy and called her cute and even took a picture for Facebook. They tried to charge me for a ten minute photo session and “nothing wrong” luckily I had never been there and got a discount. My mouse died not 5 hours later. First and last time I ever bring an animal there.

My girlfriend and I brought our baby pet mouse to this place after calling and describing her situation. She had been lethargic for the past week or so, only moving after she wakes to eat a little bit. But eventually she stopped eating and lost noticeable weight. At her best health, she was eating and walking all over the place. She was very friendly and used to human contact. She also had very visible clumps of dead skin all over her to the point where it looked to be painful to her. After all of these red flags, we decided to call the only pet hospital around that would “see mice”, this place. So we drive a little over a half hour to Norfolk and a woman walks out to retrieve the mouse. She takes him into the hospital for less than ten minutes, and tells us that she is the “perfect picture of health!” I hesitated when she said that because I knew she was clearly hurt, but I trusted a “professional’s” word as we’re supposed to. She recommended a more expensive brand of food and then attempted to charge us $72 for an eight minute check-up where they clearly didn’t actually check the mouse. Keep in mind, she had visible markings on her body, and she was quivering and clicking her teeth, a sign of distress. So we paid and drove home. When we got home she could not walk. She was barely awake and could not function. Within four hours, she was dead. There should have been one of two outcomes in this situation. One, Cody Pet Hospital should have said that they were not properly equipped to see mice and turned us down. Or, two, they should have noticed her obvious signs of poor health and at least told us that she doesn’t look good. But instead, they fabricated that she was fine and even took pictures of her for their Facebook page. Extremely unprofessional and if this were a human being or dog that died due to malpractice, I would have absolute legal grounds to sue. Maybe this place is good with dogs and cats, but you better believe they don’t care at all about your small animals!

DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMAL TO THIS PLACE! The doctor is absolutely heartless and is all about the money. I brought my Yorkie there who needed a urgent refill on her prescription. She was nothing but rude and REFUSED to fill it. I brought her to Raynham Animal Hospital in which refilled it on the spot and could not believe that Cody Pet Hospital would not.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR EXOTICS. I took my rat here twice with a respiratory infection, over 200$ later & nothing is solved , I can now hear him breathing , I will be bringing him to another vet ASAP hopefully he’ll make it to his next appointment . Very sad I trusted them .

Not sure if my cat was diagnosed properly, and he had to be euthanized for a different "diagnosed" reason. I have a bad feeling about this place. My cat died from a UTI???!!
