This store could use an air freshener. As soon as I walked inside, I could notice a strong smell combination of old with poor ventilation. Also, went to buy bread and milk. Prices are exorbitantly high for these items. I ended up buying bread and milk but all the bread they had on display was either two to three days close to it’s expiration date. Meaning is not going to last long before I have to toss it. Please have more fresh bread or provide discount when the bread is about to expire.

I used to love this store but I had a terrible experience the other day. I had a gift card for Whole Foods that wasn’t scanning. This has happened before and they just have me punch in the number like a debit card. This time the front end supervisor would not let me do so and got extremely defensive when I told him it hadn’t been an issue before. Mind you, I was being very nice and just trying to explain how it worked in the past. He called the “store manager” who never even came out onto the floor and who just told him there was nothing they could do. The gift card was 100% working and valid. I even called the number to check and make sure. This was the worst customer service I have ever received. I will not be going back to this Whole Foods. I never write bad reviews about anything. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Oct2022: 5⭐: I would recommend this store location for a visit. I came by this location to look for a few things this evening. I noted that the parking lot was fairly full and congested. There are two handicapped parking areas adjacent to the side doors of the building. This parking lot does not appear to have large spots for a crew cab type truck to maneuver very well. The doors are automatic and would allow for a wheelchair to have access without assistance with the doors. When I entered the store I saw flowers to the left and the produce over to the other side. The areas appeared orderly and clean. There weren't any offending smells of significance noted at the time. I walked and observed while my spouse shopped for what was needed for the trip. This is her favorite store to shop.

The worst quality control at this location. I periodically get moldy berries. Once got moldy olives. And recently got rotten inside iceberg lettuce. When I asked for refund for the lettuce and asked to share with manager my experience, the front desk person said she never heard of poor quality at their store before…. I guess I’ll post a picture every time it happens now. Never asked for refund before, kinda absorbing the loss of $5 here and $3 there, but going to return everything with poor quality going forward. I had to shop at this location because it’s closest to my house but considering driving longer distance to Cambridge or other locations to get better quality produce.Image: lettuce September 2023

We tried ordering a vegan cheese pizza on Friday for the $10 dollar deal. After waiting 10 minutes for the employee to stop socializing with colleagues we tried to order. The employee and manager initially firmly said no and I had to show them the picture of the deal including the fine print. (See photo which includes vegan cheese pizza option.) At that point they said sure and walked away from us seemingly mad that they were wrong. We waited another 10 minutes for the employee to cut deli meat and socialize more. She then took our order, did not change her gloves and started touching her hair with her gloves before making our pizza. She told us it would be 45 minutes for 2 pizzas even though there was no one else ordering. After seeing the unsanitary ways of this employee - no glove changes after touching her hair and deli meat we didn't feel safe eating this food there. We will not be back and are concerned about this locations lack of cleanliness/cross contamination. Very disappointing experience and feeling sad as we have been long time customers to this Whole Foods since it was Bread and Circus. We will never be back.

While many of our favorite brands have disappeared since the merger with Amazon, it is still a convenient place to pick up some organic staple items. The bread selection could be better, and this particular Whole Foods could definitely use some more prepared vegan foods (and ANY vegan pizza by the slice would be good). Parking can be a nightmare, so avoid peak days/hours.

I like the hot bar though there was not enough meat choices on this Wednesday 6pm: only meat ball and picked mushroom chicken. Hot soup bar seemed to have good non-gluten options.Cold bar is good.Prices are still high, but fruit choices are nice too!

This location is very clean, well stocked and the employees are super friendly! We have been coming here for several years. The shelves are well stocked. They have an extensive variety of grocery items to choose from as well. The cashiers are helpful. They are always in a great mood and their "attitudes" always seem to be positive. Thank you, Whole Foods.

Great selection of meat and fish. Good quality too. Best selection within a 5 mile radius. Only beef (haha get it beef because beef is a meat and also a slang) I have with the store is that a lot of the customers are really old and take so long to move. Since I can’t push them out of the way I just wait patiently while they randomly walk around the store complaining. Heaven knows how they even got to the store. Anyways this place is good. Five star

For the most part it's fine, because it's a whole foods, kind of the same experience anywhere. But I bought a rotisserie chicken here that was still undercooked inside. (And not in the way that dark meat can sometimes look pink but in that parts were literally pink/purple and translucent and rubbery like raw chicken is.) Hope I only end up with trust issues and not food poisoning, lol.

Looks like communication is off here the employees act like they have no idea what’s going on, they have no idea what to do. I was looking for some specific type of tea yesterday, because I don’t feel well, and this poor employee - very sweet ladyshe said, “I have no idea where that is, I’m sorry! I’m new”. That’s okay! We all have to start somewhere!! But where is your trainee!! Where is the person training these people. It’s not, “no one wants to work anymore”. It’s, “no one cares about employees anymore”. Care for your employees so they know what their job is and how to help customers. So sad

I was under the impression the prices would be sky high and I was not disappointed. The salad bar was very good and Iggy's rolls are still the best. The only things I bought besides the salad bar were the ones that were on sale. Just sayin.

It has certain health foods i like that are hard to get elsewhere. They have a kind of cheese doodle from Barbara's that is the best without the dye on your fingers.

5/5 store. The only issue I have here are the clientele. Idk what it is about the people who come here but they’re slow, block aisles, and I always find some entitled pos complaining or muttering to themselves. Every other whole foods I’ve been to has normal customers, this place seems to attract adult babies with terrible attitudes. Store is great. Customers not so much.

As a whole the place is clean, organized and well-kept. The staff are very friendly and helpful when needed. Their frozen section has a good variety and you could find unique items such as falafel and their ready made food is good. The ready made meals are priced on weight. so if you get a tupperware worth of chicken you might pay less or as much as mashed potatos. All products are overpriced and every shopping trip is at least few hundred bucks. It’s also worth mentioning that you can return amazon packages in this store easily without repackaging the items. Just make sure you have requested a return and have your barcode ready!

Very expensive (even at today's standards). Fresh produce and fish is above par,; however, everything is overpriced. Food shopping day is a two-tripper: First trip Whole Foods for fruit, second to Stop & Shop for all else. Unless you are a Prime member and take advantage of sales. I'd stay away.
