Great environment inside and planet of parking space. I tried the bakery, tastes so good! But the Amazon return place is just a machine, no one help over there.

The customer service needs to be changed and doesn't qualify to work with the public very rude and provocative, it's been so hard to ask questions, and the customer service seems to not know anything about the story. We need people who want to be able to help and serve and make a better community.

Small, decent older store. Aisles are narrow easily gets cramped all over the store during peak volume hours. There's usually someone in the way. Which leads to a frustrating shopping experience. The team members are friendly and helpful.

Not enough options for salad bar and freshly made soups and cooked meals. The store is small and doesn't offer enough diverse products.

I was looking for a specific black pepper product. This store did not have the product on their shelves.

This is the BEST WHOLE FOODS EVER!!! Management and service at this place are remarkable. I have had an amazing experience with this place recently when they, under short of staff did the best they could to accommodate my last minute order. Besides shortness of staff they also encountered one broke oven!!! I needed 12 big pizzas for a day and my order was cancelled at another Whole Foods. Their manager stepped in and helped prepare my Pizza and my order was right on time. The guy at the pizza stand made sure to keep the right temperature of my order too THANK YOU! Plus, they carried my order to my car both times! Speechless! I can not thank you guys enough. Without you my event would not be the same!!! If I can, I would give you 10 stars at least! Love to all of you ❤️

Medium-sized grocery store with many high-quality options (but at a medium to high price)

This was my first time at this Whole Foods, its was very nice and well stocked, it seemed fully staff and the hot food bar smelled amazing

Hot bar at dinner was sparse. The cafe area is in a corner to the left, there's a microwave and utensils. 5 open self registers, quick checkout

Not terrible, but small. Management makes their employees park down the street. Screw low income workers. They are peasants. Witnessed an employee deficating near the back of the building. Absolutely disgusting.

Was expecting a full sized store, but this Whole Foods is tiny with very limited selection. Cramped aisles. I usually don’t leave poor reviews but this store was very underwhelming. Don’t come here if you need more than just bare basics. It is essentially a glorified mini-mart. Parking was awful too. When you need a cop to direct traffic in your lot, you know it is too small. Avoid if you can.

There was no chicken in their "grilled chicken Caesar wrap"I'm gonna record the next time I get one and open that thing up and show it was just lettuce wrap and dressing I kept thinking the chicken was not mixed or spread out. Nope, it just had none in it

This locations a decent store but it's small and old making it cramped and crowded. The prepared food is good but there are many other more pleasant Whole Foods to go to.

Overpriced, but generally good quality food, especially stuff made in the store. This is a small branch, but it has a bit of variety, just not high quantities of many items. Double-check produce and expiration dates. I’ve seen both expired food and drinks on the shelf, as well as mold on the undersides of some fruits and vegetables. The staff tend to be knowledgeable and helpful, but I think that during busy hours, they often have a very demanding clientele and sometimes react accordingly. Great place if you can go at an off time and find deals with Amazon Prime, by buying sale items and by purchasing the 365 (Whole Foods Brand). Also, convenient location for both locals and many visitors.

Least helpful customer service. I accidentally dropped a small plastic container of seed sprouts on my way out by the cashier aisle. I was passed by the customer helpdesk staff and watched by the cashiers while I was trying frantically to decide to pick them up by hands or finding a broom to clean the area. Since no store personnel came to aid, I looked around and fortunately I noticed a gentleman who happened to clean up the entrance/exit area. I asked him to come with me and he was kind enough to sweep away the mess for me. I would have given no star had not been for this gentleman who came to my aid. It is a shame the cleaning gentleman is more helpful and caring with better customer service skills than the customer service help desk personnel and the cashiers who saw but chose to do absolutely nothing to help.

I went to pick out flowers for my friends birthday and the lady at the flower shop yesterday (2/28/2022) was absolutely incredible. I bought a bouquet and a box and she wrapped it up and even let me keep it at the store for a couple hours so the flowers wouldn’t freeze in my car while I was at work. The best part was she noticed one of the flowers looked a little wilted so she added some more blue flowers that really made the bouquet look incredible. Thank you so much to her. If you ever need flowers, go to the Whole Foods on beacon st

Called this morning to confirm they had a particular item. Was excited to hear they had it since the Whole Foods that I typically go to, closer to my accommodation rarely has the item. Found the item with ease just to go to cash register and met by the rudest cashier. I didn’t hear her mumble asking if I needed a bag. So after she cashed my items, I grabbed a bag and my transaction had already went through. She looked at me with such disgust and at this point spoke loud enough for everyone to hear saying “you said you didn’t need a bag.” I said “I did? I didn’t hear you, my apologies.” So i am standing there offering to pay for the bag, cause honestly I travel so many states for work I can’t recall where and what stores charge for bags. She looked me up and down again with disgust as if I was some thief. I apologized again while offering money which was a $20 bill (only cash I had cause no one ever Carrie’s cash around anymore) and she blatantly ignores me while im standing there saying excuse me, I am happy to pay. She continues to cash the other customer with a way more friendly demeanor than I ever received. I went to my car and found a $1 and brought it back to pay, of course she ignores me. I went to the customer service desk and ask for the manager to make sure I paid my dues for the bag. Told them I am not sure if their cashier have the habit of treating all their customers the way I was treated, from the very first interaction to then the bag situation, or maybe only the customers with a darker skin complexion.

No containers for bulk food. No pen to right PLU number. Cashier did not say “Hello” and didn’t say “Thank you”. They always charge you 10 cents for bag (well complying with Newton “law”) but lately not giving 5c refund for your own bag (their own policy). Not to mention that your choice of products there is more limited than in other Whole Foods markets.

There are SO many flavorful foods and brands here that are not carried by other chains. Whatever you try is a winner and even the fresh bakery department is healthier too. My newest obsession is walking there daily to buy one single fresh fat brown seasame bagel for lunch. They must use a little fragrant sesame oil or something because your mouth waters with every bite. #flavor!

Love them. Cheese section is great with the olives. Nice selection of wine. Butchers are very helpful, even will offer a recipe. Smoothies are great along with the pizza. Prepared foods section cable a little boring but still good. Great breakfast!

This is a great Whole Foods location. it doesn’t have the biggest selection but it has a lot of organic, keto, and allergy friendly products

We call this Whole Foods "Isis" because it could be greatly improved by being razed and rebuilt with a bigger one. Convenient but with a small parking lot, this store has narrow aisles and a limited selection of products compared to most Whole Foods. The cafe and bathrooms are a plus, but the harried staff and nasty smelling frozen section I could do without.I have been stiffed on getting cash back when using my card with the cashier saying she can't do anything because I didn't get a receipt. Customer service said they'd call me once the registers have been closed out at the end of the day, but that never happened. The produce here is usually in good shape, and if you have patience, you can get a darned good pizza made to order.

Super helpful and friendly staff. The store us small so they don't have everything the larger wholefoods stores have but their recently expanded produce section is excellent. I personally think their meat and fish departments are better than the larger stores.. On the down side the salad bar is rather limited. Breakfast is good in the mornings but the bacon often runs out by 10

I love Whole Foods now & in it's prior incarnation in New England, Bread & Circus. The best a Market has to offer. I may market at other stores but only buy my produce at WF. You won't be disappointed!

Generally a good store - easy parking and quick check out. They have great ham at the deli counter but for turkey I recommend stop and shop.Generally the place to go for buying pepper groceries for cooking meals, not snack foods.

Well, what can you say? It's a Whole Foods store. Which means that it has some nice groceries, produce, and fruits, but it's also ridiculously expensive. It's a nice small store. I would have given it five stars, except there's one terribly annoying thing... when it gets close to closing time, a man comes on the intercom, and he uses a really annoying voice that he thinks is funny. He goes on and on, telling the shoppers that it's time to get going, thinking he's a comedian. He is so annoying the store loses a star!

Crowded on Sundays. Feels like a country store. Veggies are super fresh.Fruit too. Parking lot crowded, but I always get a spot. Always? I've only gone twice to this store. But plan to go again. I keep looking for a place that sells Anadama bread. When Pigs Fly Company makes it, but often sold out wherever I go. Their oat and honey is terrific, too. The cashiers are super fast and friendly. When I have more time I'll really study this store and will let you know more about it.

Been here more times than I can count so may as well leave a review. Nice team and super convenient. Never really encountered a line so it’s pretty speedy.

Whatever you do, AVOID this terrible location. Extraordinarily frustrating experiences because of egregiously poor customer service. Just unnecessary stress because of the rudeness and carelessness and overall flippant nature of their staff. The first time, many refrigerated vegan items were well past expiration, vegan desserts were three months expired, and the cashier was texting on his phone and ignoring me at checkout. They loaded up bags to the very breaking point (which, inevitably, results in your bags breaking as you walk out!) Tried going again because it’s understandable that times are tough right now. But after the third time, I’m so furious with their customer service. I emailed, called, and Tweeted to confirm that I could return four unopened sanitizers because a fifth one caused a severe adverse reaction. Upon coming in, three employees at customer service stood around chatting, never greeted us, and then fought to the very end to not honor the return that corporate, social media, and their own customer service employee on the phone said I could do. They challenged me, assuming I wouldn’t have the card I paid with, proof that I called ahead of time, and everything else I needed to make the return. This place pales in comparison to literally every other Whole Foods location in the region.
