I was just discharged from the hospital and had to stand in line for almost an hour to get my medications. No one would answer the phone so I couldn't even tell if they were going to be ready by the time they close and I had to either hope they had them or try to find a new pharmacy at 5pm on a weekend.This isn't new. It's normal to see a line of 10+ people waiting for the pharmacy counter and the store is not equipped to handle that. This means that while waiting for the pharmacy you have to constantly shuffle around so that regular customers can shop in the aisles that are being overflowed by this dysfunctional department. The pharmacy is so bad that it makes the rest of the store bad with it.Avoid at all costs

If it was possible to give this CVS pharmacy 0 stars then I would. They are always incredibly short staffed and inefficient. They do not bother to answer the phone (you can be on hold for an hour+) and when they do, there is seemingly a disconnect where even the simplest of questions are absolutely befuddling to the employee on the phone. In-store, there can be only one person in line and it will still take 15 minutes to be up. If there's a line, which there usually is, then you might as well turn around unless you have an hour to waste.

Deserves 0 stars. Horribly managed. Opens late, closes early, they take a crazy long lunch break, unbelievably slow service. NEVER fill a prescription here. Management needs to hire more staff as they are doing their best.

Terrible management going on here. Lines backed up 15 people long. Tried to call beforehand and ask a question about getting my covid vaccine and was on hold for 30 mins before I hung up in disgust. My girlfriends appointment was apparently made for a different location even though she made both of ours at the same time. There was a problem with my insurance and didn’t get any notification that anything was going on so when I went in for the appointment they finally let me know that there was a problem right before they told me I could either pay $200 out of pocket or cancel and call the insurance company…I’ll never come back here again even though I live 2 minutes away. Looks like Walgreens is going to get my money from now on.

Unfortunately, the pharmacy in this location in the last couple of years has really deteriorated. It is always short staffed. Perscription are not filled in a timely manner. You will wait sometimes 45 minutes in line to find out that the perscription you were told was ready, is not ready. It is a shame that corporate CVS cannot provide the assistance this store needs to run this location properly.

Didn’t receive the order because - their voice mail is broken. No big deal, just a broken voicemail in a pharmacy, where doctors calling leaving VM orders for patients. Nice one.

Some cashier are rude specially one name suky isn’t very rude he seems that he doesn’t want to work very lazy and get mad for everthing if he don’t like he’s work just quit the other cashiers are very nice

I’ve given this CVS pharmacy multiple chances and every time I am disappointed. I tried to pick up medication for my sick child and they tell me it will be ready in 10 mins. 30 mins later I go back up and they tell me they don’t have it. They knew I was waiting for it right there and they couldn’t even tell me this sooner. I’ve waited over an hour on the phone and no one picks up. These are just two of the many negative experiences I’ve had there. Today I have changed my pharmacy. I would never recommend this place.

I was there today to pick up a prescription. No Parmacist was there. When one did come I was told that I was supposed to pick up the prescription by the 23rd, it's bow the 26th. I was not able to get there on the 23rd. I have a swollen foot and should not be walking around. I was told I have to call my Neurologist for a new prescription. This is my seizure medication. There has to be an easier way for someone who is disabled to get thetew medications. From now on I want them sent to me. I can't keep doing this. Please respond s as soon as possible. Every time I called to speak to the pharmacy, someone would pick up and hang up on me. I waited on hold 15mins, then 30mins, then 42 mins. Just to get hung up one.

Disappointed with the pharmacy. Went here two days in a row to pick up a prescription, and they couldn’t find a record. My doctor confirmed they had sent it. Called the phone on day 3. Gave up after 20 minutes on hold.

Worst pharmacy around - they won’t call you and they most likely don’t have the prescription in stock. Try calling and wait 45 minutes to speak to someone. Really disappointing for a new CVS

I am realizing that most of the stuff i need i can get from amazon. With no prescription, annoying health insurance, and amazon doesnt seem bothered when I place an order. Buisness has a funny way of weeding out the unessessary. The reason i mention this, is.because i need to put sterile saline in my contacts to wear them. Cvs wants a prescription for sterile water and for me to pay 30 dollars with health insurance. Amazon wants 14 and no prescription. For someone who requires this to see and live a normal life, im appauled at the medical and pharmaceutical companies who diacontinued making sterile saline non presrciption, which i liken to you being able to drink water with/without prescription, but also at the individual pharmacy that cannot sell you the sterile saline. Thank god for amazon. Even in mexico I could buy this. Its embarrassing living in America Where you need a prescription for sterile water because people want to make a little.more.money. Yet somehow amazon can save the day again. Thanks amazon, thanks for nothing cvs. The v used to mean value. Maybe amazon should just buy cvs. Thats where the value is.

I LOVE CVS BUT DONT KICK ME OUT PLZ!!! Most of the workers are nice but one likes to kick me out the MILLISECOND I buy my stuff! They have great Reese’s sticks and one time something was 5.01 and I didn’t have a penny and they were like whatever so like thx!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
