This place is amazing! Stacey is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and warm, and she spends time helping you find what is best for your dog. Maria is an outstanding groomer! I took my Corgi for grooming and she looks better than she has years! I was worried because my dog does not like to be groomed but both Stacey and Maria were so wonderfully loving and kind. I cannot say more about my experience! They genuinely really care about dogs and their owners!

I am a new dog owner and took my dog here for our first DIY grooming experience which was spectacular. The Labrador that i adopted hadn't been groomed in a while and needed a good amount of work. The staff took time to walk me through each step and made sure I didn't miss a spot. The amenities are updated and clean. The retail store has a good variety of every product you can think. Reasonable prices too. We will be back again soon!

What a wonderful spot to go to for washing your dog and to get some yummy dog treats. We have brought our dog in twice now and it’s an easy going and straight forward place. You tell the staff you are there to wash your dog and they take down your information and they give you brushes, towels, and leave in conditioner. Then, we use our own oatmeal shampoo and conditioner. To wash our dog in their bath they have a hose that can change strength in water pressure and a rubber lead to put around their neck. After that you can chose to towel dry or use their blow dryers. The blow dryers have 3 settings: puppy, medium, and high. You can also use the dog ear muffs if needed. They have another lead attached to the wall as well to link your dog up to. Overall, we were in and out of there in less than 45 minutes and our pup chose a treat on her way out. We love this place and definitely will continue to come back!

Sweet spot, mostly self service or you can book an appointment for them to bathe your pet.They have lots of fun treats and food supplies too.They gave me a towel, shampoo, brushes, leave in conditioner and the staff helps and guided you if needed.Fun place to take your pooch.

I love this place. It is located in a really convenient location. There is always parking available. The store is nice, there is a lot of stuff for your furry friend. I love their self dog wash option. It is easier for me to take my dog over there compare to wash her in my bathtub. Less mess in the house. They have a great selection of different shampoos with different purposes. I personally love Honey Almond shampoo. My dog becomes so soft and smells good. I highly recommend this place for people who hates to wash their dogs in their own houses. The staff over there is friendly.

Great self wash area. On a busy Saturday I only had to wait a few minutes to use one of the stalls. Extremely fair price and helpful staff. Small store, so can get fairly crowded even with just a few dogs. Good selection of toys & treats.

Worth every penny. I have 2 LARGE Bouviers who do not like to be groomed by groomers. Being able to wash and dry them saves me from the added work of cleaning my bathroom/laundry! AND no "wet dog smell"! The staff is always friendly and helpful. So happy to have this business so close to home.

Like this place very much. Great team that is very helpful, no pressure to harry up and vacate the station - which is great when you have a 100 Lbs Old English Sheepdog that takes an hour to wash and an hour of work to dry... like their oatmill shampoo - works wonders on hotspots.

Starting going originally because it was close to my apartment. Even after moving it is still the only place I go. I drove by three other spots because the service is that wonderful. Extremely helpful and personable. My dog loves going there even though he doesn't love getting baths. Definitely worth a try if you haven't been already.

It was my first time here and the staff was so friendly and accommodating! They walked me through every step and offered assistance when my dog got antsy. $20 for a wash (shampoo included) and blow dry is great, especially for my 70lb retriever that I only bathe once a month. It’s worth every penny to not make a mess of my tub at home. I will definitely be back!

This place is a great option for washing your dog and any needs you have. We found it to be fairly priced as our total for a wash and blowdry of our standard bernedoodle was $24.They offered various shampoo options, a washing scrubbie, brushes and other grooming tools, as well as drying towels and aprons!Blowdrying was an additional cost, but worth it for our 70lb poodle mix. There were options for the dryer levels: puppy, low, medium, and high along with a separate area with a drying table and ramp.We would go again even with the 30min commute from north of Boston!

My 16 year old shih tzu Lexi had been improperly groomed for a couple of months and upon bringing her into BYOD they IMMEDIATLY clipped her nails after reviewing that there was no severe medical concern.Their care and expertise had my pup bouncing out the door with a tiny treat for good measure!Thank you both for your help. It meant so much!

Well worth the $30. We can back from VT with a dog who loves jumping into the muddiest puddles. We had to encourage (push) the pooch into the shower stall, but once he was in, he was secure and it was easy to give him a good wash. The staff also did a great job helping us trim his claws.

Love the staff here, also super easy to come in and wash your dog at an affordable price. I love coming here to get my Doberman washed. Tip: bring your own shower gels for your dog bc theirs is a tad bit watered down and not strongly scented.

Although my dog doesn't like it very much since he hates bathing, I love it. It's so much easier to wash and dry your dog here and the staff is always nice. They have a great selection of high quality dog food, treats, and other dog accessories.

BYOD Dog Wash is a really excellent place. The staff are there because they love dogs. I am a dog walker, and one of my clients asked me if I could wash her dog, a goldendoodle, for her. I searched around and thought I'd try this place. A Goldendoodle has a lot of fur, and this one hadn't been properly washed in months, but she walked out looking like a brand new dog. The sinks have a ramp for the dogs to walk up into, and then they're at a comfortable height for washing. The water heats up automatically to the correct temperature for dogs, and the shampoo is activated by a switch that makes it come out of the water nozzle. There's soft scrubbers to help clean your dog, and also two different types of towels for initial drying. Seeing as I brought a golden doodle, towels weren't enough, so I used their forced air dryer to finish drying. The drying station came with excellent brushes and combs, two types of leave in conditioner, and other tools that I didn't even know what to do with, but I'm sure were useful. They provided nail clipping during the drying for a low price, and they did a really excellent job. All in all, you probably will not regret bringing your dog here for washing.

Lovely staff, great selection of toys, treats and food! They are respectful if you wish to browse and take your time without being down your back about purchases. I love the fact that they treated my dog with respect, asking to pet him, give him a treat and attention instead of instantly dropping to eye level to pet and baby talk (he's friendly as heck but still nice to be asked and people who know how to behave around strange animals!!!)Seriously well worth the drive to shop here and groom yourself!!

I take my dog here for the self serve wash. The raised stainless tubs are easy on my back. My dog uses the ramp to get in and out of the tub, There are a variety of good smelling doggie shampoos to use and I always get my dog a treat at the end for being such a good boy 🐕

I love this place!! It's been a life saver on many occasions (dog rolling in dead stuff). Only one time did I have to wait on a list, and that wait was only 15 min. Great price and bathing supplies. Very helpful nice staff too!
