We love Bond Vet! We took our senior dog here for a dental consult and got so much more! Her previous vet told us that she needed a dental cleaning and extraction, but wasn’t able to fit her in for another 6 months. When we took her here for a consult with Dr. Horgan, not only did she have nearly immediate availability to do the procedure, but she examined her and brought to our attention several things that our previous vet never mentioned to us.Dr. Horgan & her team were great with our dog’s dental surgery. They sent updates throughout the day and thoroughly explained everything to us, which provided a lot of peace of mind.

I got a puppy a Cavachon who is 13 weeks and I was looking for a good veterinarian, but more than a veterinarian a real clinic that didn't request from me a deposit, before the appointment? or treat me like, will see if we can squeeze you in our very busy agenda (most of the Brookline veterinarians I called told me that)!, and honestly that made me feel very uncomfortable and mistreated, so if I felt mistreated how my puppy was going to feel? So... I did some research and came across with Bond Vet, I initially made an appointment at their Newbury location for May 1st. but I noticed Caramelo was scratching his ears and winning so I looked again and realized they had a location in Chestnut Hill which is closer to where I leave. I have to say that the minute I called and explained that I have a puppy and is my first puppy in this country I got an appointment right away at the Newbury location and when I called at Chestnut Hill, someone immediately said of course you can switch the appointment to this location for Caramelo, I was very surprised they identified my phone call right away in their system, the person who answered the phone was very warm and extremely nice, canceled my appointment in Boston and scheduled one for April 28th instead. We arrived to the clinic 30 minutes early and were placed in a room where Caramelo sat and relax. Dr. Ali Nemeth was really sweet and very informative. My baby got all the care from the nurses, I even got a mini picture! they sent me home with detail instructions, medicine to treat his ears, clean them as well and they even gave me a bag with treats for him and schedule his next appointment. I got like four emails after that with instructions, my detail receipt for the visit, including everything he was treated for, with the prices. I have gotten two follow up emails asking me how he is doing after his rabies vaccines, any side effects, anything that might concern me (thank you Katie). I even got a re assurance email telling me that I shouldn't worry about two things I got scared when I walked him this morning as he is not fully vaccinated yet, and therefore he can not socialize with other dogs yet. I couldn't be more happier that I found a real clinic that care about my baby but also about us as their parents. If I could give them ten stars or more than that, I would definitely do it. This place is really a gem, so if you are a new mom like me or think that your puppy, dog or cat is not being treated as they deserve, please give this place the chance to give you the experience of caring, sympathy and professionalism. We already love Bond Vet!!I am updating my review as Caramelo had surgery yesterday. He got fixed. The surgical team sent me instructions via text, so I was ready for the big day. They were also ready to receive us by 8am and I received a text from Dr. Horgan informing me how Caramelo did, also a phone call to set up the time of pick up. Medication was prescribed and ready to go, along with detailed explanation about the frequency and dosis. The nurses were extremely nice and Jocey took care of the final bill as she needed to re calculate the final invoice, as I have already paid the previous payments, which was really helpful otherwise I was going to overpaid. Caramelo got a Certificate of Bravery! how cute is that!I cannot recommend this practice enough! They are kind, very professional, they really care for our babies. The practice is always spotless and even have treats for them while we wait or exit. Caramelo is doing well so far, I even got an email following up on how he is doing.Thank you so much Bond Vet at Chestnut Hill, MA

I brought my dog skittle into urgent care because he was having bloody diarrhea. The vet was very friendly and gentle with my dog during his check up. I left skittle there for 30 minutes to grab lunch while they did a blood test and rehydrated him with fluids under his skin. When we came back the vet was highly informative about the test results which came back normal and gave me instructions on the medicine and food he has to take for the next two weeks. We noticed almost over night that his stools were improving from the anti diarrhea meds coming out firm with no sign of any blood. I am super thankful for the team at Bond Vet for taking care of skittle and helping him with his recovery. And I would definitely recommend Bond Vet for all your urgent care needs.

On New Years Day, our sweet pup woke us up shaking her head incessantly. We realized she must have had a pretty bad ear infection and wasn't sleeping because of it. Being new years day, we didn't think we'd be able to get to any sort of vet, and our usual one could only accommodate us in 2 weeks. We found Bond Vet through a google search and made an appt for the same day.We (incorrectly) assumed it would be astronomically expensive, but our pup really needed to be seen so we bit the bullet. First, the office is beautiful. Second, the woman at the front desk, vet tech and doctor we saw were all wonderful. Super friendly, informative and caring.Turns out we were right about the ear infection. Our dog needed an exam, a test of the bacteria in her ear, and to have her ears cleaned. Plus, we needed to an ear wash and prescription to clear up the infection. I was overjoyed when the final dollar amount didn't make me pass out. I thought we'd be paying 'emergency room' prices and it was exactly on par with what we would have been charged at our usual vet.I could not recommend Bond enough. It's so awesome to know that if we're ever in a pinch, that we have a few locations near us!

We’ve had a wonderful experience at Bond Vet in Chestnut Hill. I have a reactive dog and they are so accommodating to us. Dr. Beberman is the absolute best and is always so patient and kind. I can’t say enough good things about it.

I brought my cat (Tux) here. I booked my appointment the day of which is almost unheard of at the vet I usually see. I also got $100 off my first visit which was awesome!!! The veterinary was very nice and made sure both Tux and I were comfortable and always made sure to ask if I had any questions. The prices are what is to be expected and Bond Vet is very transparent with pricing which I appreciated a lot!! Will definitely be returning here again with Tux. :)

They were so nice & took such good care of my kitty! My partner read the appointment time wrong & we were late, but they were still so understanding and there was not a wait at all. Very affordable & clean. Highly recommend for your pets!

They were super nice and informative. The vet and vet assistant took the time to explain everything to us and gave us a clear cost estimate before getting started. Their facilities are very clean and friendly and they had treats our cats loved. Fairly priced and good customer care

Can’t rate Bond Vet highly enough! I would recommend it to any of my friends, family, or anyone looking to establish care for their furry friends.Dr. Ali Nemeth is a class act! I took my cat Kai in for a wellness visit and had some concerns I wanted to bring up. Jenna at the front desk greeted me and I was promptly escorted to a clean, organized, and relaxing exam room. The entire office is like Anthropologie and PetSmart had a baby. My cat was very much at ease. Dr. Nemeth is a bright young Dr who is refreshingly down to earth and a great care provider. You can tell she knows what she’s doing. She was gentle with my cat, thorough in her examination, and judgement free in our conversation. I got tons of great feedback on how to improve my cat’s quality of care. She also was very transparent with pricing. This is something that I really appreciated about Bond vet. I called over the phone prior to our appointment about upfront costs - which they were happy to share- and again during the appointment.Dr. Nemeth presented me with costs of recommended services including taxes and fees. She also did NOT in any way pressure me or try to sell me on these services, and was even courteous enough to remove them from the appointment notes so my pet insurance would not try to claim them in case I changed my mind in the future. The total cost for the wellness visit was $110 and ended up costing $60 with my new visit discount code. I really can’t recommend this location or Dr. Nemeth enough.

Took a 16-month old cat to be Spayed at the Chestnut Hill BondVet location.First appointment: coupon for free exam but there were pre-op labs mandated (several hundred dollars). The vet was a former large animal vet, and NEW to small animals, but I figured the cat was healthy, so I wasn’t too bothered. One of the labs came back wonky, the vet called to say the PT had to be repeated. After giving the cat some of my vitamin k capsules over a few days, the PT was repeated. (Again, a couple hundred dollars). A vet tech took the blood. No meeting with the vet. The PT came back normal, so the surgery was “on schedule “.Spay Day: I took the cat and wanted to ask the vet some questions. The tech said the vet was busy. She answered the best she could.Spay Day Cat pick up (about 5 pm): Again, the vet wasn’t available, reportedly in a meeting (I wanted to know why they take out the uterus, fallopian tubes, and ovaries instead of doing a smaller procedure). Was the cat fine? Yes. I was annoyed about not ever meeting the vet doing the surgery.Next time, I’ll find a practice that does a smaller surgery. Asking the cat to wear a CONE for 14 days (so she won’t lick the giant incision) should be considered torture. If you think about it: the cat can’t groom herself. And the litter box was a trick, too. I removed the cone to wash it (it got wet in the water bowl and then the wet cone picks up litter). It’s all just awful. Oh, and “don’t let the cat jump” also. right.

The veterinarians at this location of BondVet are SO NICE, responsible and informative! Our dog is hard to love in certain ways and was enrolled as a new patient with a host of ailments. With the help of BV, we were able to nurse him back to health to a much greater extent than I would have expected. We are so grateful.Their automated phone system is really annoying. It usually takes a few calls and an email before I hear back.

I don't usually write reviews but the service was so exceptional that I hope this puts other dog owners at ease! My dog got neutered and he's half husky which means he's very vocal and gets anxious easily so I was worried about how he'd react. After I dropped him off, I got sent text updates and even a picture of him! There was very clear communication and transparency the entire time. When I picked him up, the vet sat me down and explained everything to me. Afterwards, I was even sent emails to see how he was doing. You can tell this entire team actually cares for our fur babies and they're getting attention and love during what can be a scary time for them. I can't thank this team enough and am very appreciative of all the little things they did to make sure we all felt comfortable with the experience. It doesn't go unnoticed! Highly recommend!

Great location with direct street level access for my short stature dogs. Super clean & scheduling was easy. Love the weekend hours. Both the CVT and the Tufts trained Vet, Dr Nemeth, were terrific! Calming, compassionate and very thorough. I I highly recommend this location/team. I also appreciated the follow-up email and complete report of the visit. Thank you!

We recently moved to the area and brought our cat in for a case of the sniffles. As a new client, the first visit was free which we loved! The exam room was the cleanest one that I’ve ever seen at any vet. The AC kept it very comfortable. I didn’t feel the usual anxiety that comes from waiting in a vet office. No incessant noise, smells, or nervous animals!Unfortunately there was an emergency that kept the vet busy for longer than expected, but when she was able to see us, she was very informative and gentle with our Cali. No expensive, unnecessary tests were pushed on us. They clearly care about their clients and their pets. Our baby is feeling much better now, thank you so much!

Our visits to Bond Vet, Chestnut Hill have been delightful! Dr. Breanna Beberman and the vet techs were patient with our very suspicious, grumpy cat, and offered effective suggestions to make him and us more comfortable. The staff are excellent communicators, invested in our pet's health, and took time to explain in depth our cat's care plan and medications. The facility was clean and welcoming, and both times we have visited (in the evening) the waiting room has been empty–no dogs or other cats out and about, which was great for our hesitant pet. Compared to other vets we have been to, their pricing is quite reasonable and coupons are available when booking online for the first time. Even so, the cost of our second visit was steep for our family. Thankfully, the team is willing to work with us to find the best health solutions for our pet and our finances. We will be returning!

My elder cat hadn't gotten established with a new vet since we moved, but needed regular care after an emergency vet visit. The vet (Dr. Ali Nemeth) was amazing, as were the rest of the staff.Everything was explained very clearly, and discussions about prioritizing my cat's comfort as she ages were handled very well. The care we got (including follow up after the appointment) was brilliant, and I'm looking forward to continuing to work with everyone at Bond.Update: I wanted to share how much care and compassion everyone here showed when it came time to say goodbye to my cat. They took such good care of both her and me. It's not something you ever want to do, but this was an excellent place to do it.

Great staff and so, so friendly! I had to take my dogs here to get their rabies vaccines as they were getting ready to be boarded, but their PCP wouldn't be able to get them vaccinated in time.Super prompt, very friendly, and incredibly professional. The staff here are incredibly knowledgeable and the prices were in line with what I expected. They were 100% transparent about costs for everything. Really appreciated that I was able to get same-day appointments, right before my trip!

The vet and vet tech that took care of my dog were wonderful! I brought him in for an ear infection as well as care after he had an injury from another dog , they were so patient and gentle with him and took their time getting him to feel relaxed with them before starting any medical treatment. The environment was clean and calming. My dog left happy and comfortable. Cost of treatment was explained to me prior. It made an unpleasant experience for him pretty simple and stress free. I would consider seeing them for routine wellness visits and especially urgent care visits again in the future!

I had a Saturday appointment. Can’t say enough great things about This location of Bond vet, Dr. Nemeth, and tech Sophia. Very attentive, explained everything, took their time, and super sweet and patient with our puppy. The facility smells great, is super clean, and has a very calm and inviting atmosphere. Making an appointment online was so easy. So glad my husband and I drove 40 mins to this location. 100% worth it.

I cannot recommend this vet enough. First off, it is very clean and I love the aesthetic. My boyfriend and I adopted a senior dog that we've brought in a couple of times, and they were always so sweet and gentle with him. Unfortunately, we had to put our sweet doggo down and my boyfriend and I were both an absolute mess, but the staff made us feel so comforted. They were extremely considerate/empathetic and explained how everything would go. They gave us a little bottle of his fur, set-up candles outside of the door, let us spend as much time as we wanted with our doggo, and then they sent us a card with signatures and messages from their entire staff afterwards. Although it was a terrible and heartbreaking situation, their staff was incredible throughout it. Once we're ready to adopt another dog, we will 100% coming back here no matter how far the drive will be!

This was the best vet experience we ever had. Dr. Horgan really took her time to examine our cat and the entire team worked so hard to make it as comfortable as possible for our cat.

I had one of the better experiences here that I’ve ever had with a vet’s office. It was so easy to schedule an appointment online, then call and get ahold of staff when I needed to update it. Going for the first time, I was concerned about the high office visit fee since it’s much higher than my previous vet (only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5). But the vet staff was so knowledgeable and attentive, it may have been worth the higher cost to feel like they actually listened to me and feel confident in their recommendations.

I can’t say enough great things about our experiences at Bond. In short, I went to the Chestnut Hill clinic after being dismissed by my dog’s primary vet. Dr. Emelia listed to my concerns about my dog’s eye, took the time to look at the eye and make a diagnosis, and laid out a clear and understandable treatment plan for the infection. She and the team were so patient with my squirmy dog and treated her like their own. The setting is also very welcoming and there are so many treats around. Will never go anywhere else again.

It’s a very comforting atmosphere and the staff are so helpful. I brought my cat who was quite anxious and sick. I normally don’t like going to the vet because of past experiences that were more like city hospitals. This is different and a great neighborhood place that makes you feel at home from the nice aromatherapy, soft lighting and very kind staff. I’m happy to see veterinary services evolving like this:-)

Dr. Ali Nemeth is amazing, as are the rest of the staff. They provided excellent care for my cat with her comfort in mind. I received in depth explanation of treatment and we received follow emails/calls to make sure all is well. They worked with me to pick up medications at another location.

I was really looking forward to bringing my 12 week old puppy here after reading great reviews but my experience was disappointing. The facility did not allow me to be with my dog when they are getting their vaccines. My puppy is very nervous around new people so this was already disappointing. When I received my puppy I noticed blood drops on the ground. When the nurse came back only then did she tell me that they overclipped my puppy’s claws because she was wiggly. I am very well aware she is wiggly but that’s why I brought her to professionals to get her nails clipped. If they immediately told me that when they first brought her to me I would be less frustrated. I had a dog for 16 years before this so I am familiar with vets and I have always been able to stay during vaccines/ nail care.

This place is fantastic. Very clean and sleek. It is an impressive operation. The staff, especially Dr. Beberman all deserve an A+. She and her team really take the time to make all parties feel comfortable. She's not pushy and only makes recommendations as if our dog was her own. Millie has epilepsy and is 9. We only want the best for her which is why we see Bond Vet and Dr. Beberman.
