The people who work here are rude, and things are overpriced and cheap! I bought a harness for my dog and it broke within a week. When I tried to EXCHANGE it they looked at me like it was my fault! Don't go here, you will be dissapointed... Just For Dogs is right around the corner, and they are wonderful! They'll give your dog homemade treats to try :)

Have only shopped here for cat supplies, but they have quality food offerings (including Fromm!) and their prices are actually surprisingly reasonable, especially for a small, local shop. There are other places nearby that are more expensive for the same foods.Staff have been friendly every time I've come in, too. All in all, incredibly convenient store to have downtown.

Horrible customer service and very rude. Purchased an expensive dog bed at her other store and she was kicking us out. Disappointing as we try to shop local.

Tryed getting ahold of the boss and some girl answered said she wasn't there and I asked if she knew when she'd be back and she played dumb and was pretty rude

Store did not open on time. Stood around for 10 minutes waiting to see if there was someone but the store remained dark.
