On advice of other birders, we headed down here to finally buy a scope. Barrett was there, and he ran us through our options, what we thought would be best for the two of us, prices, trying out some models etc. We settled on one pretty quickly, and in no time we had the scope, tripod, and were out the door to go use it immediately.Barrett was very knowledgeable and explained things very well, but had none of the smugness or superiority that sometimes come with being an expert in a hobby. It was a great experience start to finish.When it comes time to upgrade our bins, I know where we'll be going. Highly recommend this place.

They were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when we went in to buy a new, squirrel-proof feeder. We definitely ended up with the Cadillac of bird feeders and it has been nothing short of perfect.We now also exclusively buy our seed here as we’ve seen an expansion in the variety of birds on our feeder since purchasing from them.They also have a huge selection of new abs used birding equipment if you’re in the market.

We drove 1.5 hours from Western MA to the store because we have 2 friends who recommended it as an excellent place to buy bins. Wow what a wonderful experience. Super nice, helpful, experienced staff and with excellent products that we could try out. I highly recommend this store! Well worth the trip. Plus we went to Plum Island NWR after lunch!

Great local store with much more than just bird seed. They have a large selection of bird feeders, binoculars and specialty items. They support local artisans by having many crafts and jewelry. The folks that run this store are extremely helpful, friendly and always have time to just chat about birds 😊

Went today to upgrade my optics; had already decided beforehand I wanted either a Zeiss Victory or Swarovski EL to upgrade from my Conquest HD. Barrett was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable about the products and I ended up going with the Swaro EL after trying out both.Definitely will be returning here when it's time to get a scope!
