Worst Customer Service. No one greets you entering the store instead you get dirty looks. Cashing out; the cashier same thing, no hello how are you not a thank you, have a great day. This place is miserable.

Two people with a pitbull were allowed to come into the store while the manager, instead of asking them for proof, allowing the dog inside, petted and kept playing with it. It was getting it's paws all over EVERY item in the checkout line. How is this allowed? Do you guys realize that MANY people, including my granddaughter are very ALERGIC to dogs? Any one buying anything from that checkout line has the dogs dirty paws and saliva all over the items. Many if it was candy that kids will touch. NEVER SHOPOING THERE AGAIN! This was not the first time, as the manager said that every time the dog comes in, he's all over everything. She actually thought this was cute! The filthiest thing I have ever seen in a store.

This store has been renovated, it looks like a new store. Very clean, easy to find what you need and everything in its place. They always have new clothing and shoes at a cheap price so, if you are looking to spend a little money on school clothing, you should give family dollar a try. I was looking for some fall decor and found some artificial fall leaves and flowers to replace my speing/summer ones in my vase. I also found a 11 plastic gallon round tub, I'm going to use for laindry for only $5.00 and 10 pairs of thick tube socks for only $8.00. 2 pairs of sneakers for $5.00 each. Guess who made out today at famiky dollar!

Supposed to open at 8, was there at 8:15 and they werent open but there were employees in the store completely ignoring those of us waiting, and wouldn't answer the phone. There were some employees unloading a truck and trying to get them to answer if and when they were opening was an issue. They were rude and short tempered when one finally answered with "I dunno when we are opening, no I can't give you an approximate time" complete with an eye roll and "ughhh" as she walked away it took until nearly 9 am to get one of them to acknowledge any of us trying to call or speak to them face to face. The staff doesn't enforce social distancing, they don't wear masks, they often are behaving as if they are just there to "hang out" messing around with friends, and yelling to each other about the drama they have in their lives. Often don't have the shelves stocked, and are unwilling to answer questions or help in any way. They hardly ever even have bags, and God forbid they put a sign up saying they are opening late, or don't have bags "it's not their job to make announcements". The only reason I ever go there is because it's convenient and I hate it. I really wish there was somewhere else locally with the same merchandise.

Workers sitting on his phone with a line of people waiting to check out. In between customers he kept texting on his phone. Waited 2 min for him to put the phone down and give me my receipt. Really?!

Horrible customer service ! My sister went in to grab a few items and when we reached the register no one was there. They left a bell at the register for what I’m assuming is for the customers to ring when we get up there when no associates are up front. So we hit it a few times back to back because it seemed like it was broken. The pregnant cashier came from one of the alise yelling telling us she could hear us . Her attuide was horrible, customer service skill I would give a negative. We exchanged words after that due to her unprofessional. And we did not purchase anything we left went to the family dollar down the street and was more pleased there . I will NOT be returning to this store. It’s a brand new store looks great don’t get me wrong. But I’d rather go somewhere that has better customer service and take the drive 👍

This has to be the worst Family Dollar I've ever been to. You can not simply shop without the staff follwing you around asking if you need help... l was embarrassed as I was doing shopping the staff followed me around the store, asking if I needed help, their was so many people in the store that probably needed help but they were so interested in what I needed I told them several times that I did not need help, I heard over the intercom a call for security, numerous customers looked at me with a terrible stare, as if I was a criminal while I was looking at which candy I should by for my nephew, then boom the guy comes and asks me if I need help again. So I took what I had cashed out and left, didn't even get everything I needed. It was a very uncomfortable experience I will never return to this store, I've witnessed this same harassment towards other people of colour shopping at this store, I hate to say it but I felt like I was being racially profiled from the time I walked into the store as I was being followed. If I could I would give this store 0 stars but it's not possible. And to top it off the shelves weren't stalked... it seems like the employees rather harass costumers then do there jobs, the place is a total mess. 👎

Customer service horrible. They treat u like a theif when u r not. Never have I been. Plus the shelves are a mess and half empty. Never again. And they need to get a different bank order. They can never take bills. U r a store. U make change all day!

Everytime I call no one answers, I go into the store there are 4,5 employees just sitting around talking. They have terrible customer service & a few of them should be fired for giving attitude!!!.

There to slow at check out they have long line and cashier just has conversations stood inline twenty min finally put the stuff down and left they need to get better help I will not go back there this was second time will be last for me.

Always same deal with this store need to put both register open people see the line and walk out. Parking need more policing around seen crack head transaction twice this week.
