This is the absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Unfortunately my insurance won’t allow me to fill at Walgreens anymore so I’m stuck with CVS and this is the closest one to my house. I’m currently waiting for someone to pick up the phone so I can ask a question about when my medication (that I’ve been waiting for) will finally be back in stock and I’ve been listening to this elevator music for 35 minutes now. No one has picked up to even acknowledge the phone call. There are a few people who work behind the desk who are pleasant but there are some rude ones who act like everyone picking up meds there is an addict. They make you feel like even being in line waiting for your prescription is a bother to them. Oh and I’m still waiting for someone to pick up the phone, now 39 minutes!

If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would, I was in line at the drive through for 20 minutes and beeped and when I got to the window the pharmacist said now you can come in a pick up your meds and closed the door in my face. This place is SLOW I have my meds sent in and it isn’t even ready after 4 days it is ridiculous. Good riddance

Very un respectful gentleman in the pharmacy. His name is Christian. He didn't want a girl who was trying to help me to find the stuff I was looking for. He stopped her and told her to call front end people. All the time pharmacy people are so nice in helping customers. But this guy is going to ruin the helping tendency of the people. I have an awful experience everytime I come here to pick up my prescriptions. The pharmacist and her minions are rude, they lie, they are not accommodating. The discrimination towards my husband, my daughter, and I each and every single time I am forced to deal with this pharmacy literally puts me in tears.... and I have picked up 87 prescriptions in the past 90 days. The employees are NOT cut out to be working in the pharmaceutical industry and they absolutely do NOT have any decent personality traits and should not be allowed to work in a field that requires any interaction with another human beingNOTE: My choice of words to describe the pharmacy staff at CVS store # 0789 136 Ashley Blvd New Bedford, MA would not be appropriate. This pharmacy filled one of my important medications for after surgery over 5 days after the expectation date which is also the same day I was supposed to be finished taking said medication. Due to this oversight on cvs pharmacy's behalf I've been in so much pain and I've lost time out of work because of this pharmacy's negligence

The person who was working Sunday morning, Lori was rude and not helpful at all. She did not follow procedure and I was completely unsatisfied with her job performance. I will not shop at this CVS again. But best believe I am coming in for my money not a gift card. I paid with a debit card , I should be refunded either with money or debit my card. I don’t care if I used a coupon that shouldn’t make a difference, unless she doesn’t know math.

I enjoy going to cvs, the staff is friendly n very helpful which leads me to visit several times a week.. Elizabeth and Frankie are valuable employees and make my shopping comfortable and quick..thank you cvs...👍👍👍

So I came in today around 1 to do some couponing... I'm very new to couponing so I did small transactions. The young man I had first was so kind, patient and helpful. I had another woman cashier for the rest of the transactions and she was a peach. Very patient team. Thank you to the two cashiers that dealt with me today! This will be my go to Cvs.

Very great place to shop, the employees are nice. The only bad thing about this place is the Crack head's from New Bedford that go to this store and steal. That's the only set back, unless you see a massive line being held up by the couponers. P.S If some people have problems with the pharmacy it doesn't make the whole store a bad place.

Not sure if you guys hired a brand new staff but they are extremely unprofessional I went to the drive threw to pick up my proscription and had a question about my insurance the first time the women at the window heavy set , caucasian with glasses told me that I should have came in if I had these questions Due to the fact of me holding up the line. When I got the prescription sent over my insurance stated that it covered so obviously when I went to the window I did not think there was going to be a problem until I started having a conversation with this woman. Now she doesn’t know if I’m in a wheelchair if I have no legs or if I’m on able to walk but because it was an inconvenience to her she thought it was appropriate to have a comment about me getting out of my car because she had to look up my insurance. Due to the fact of me holding up the line( their was one car behind me ) and I also waited in line just like everyone else . The second time I went in to pick up my. Prescriptions I had called in advance to get it refilled so I wouldn’t come in counter with the same issue the first time , on the phone the lady stated which was the same exact person that it would take a few hours I Asked her how long and she stated it would take about an hour because they didn’t have it in that store. When I came to the window she only gave me one of the prescriptions, when I asked her where the second one was she lied and told me that she said that it wasn’t Going to be in for 24 hours. Now it wouldn’t be an issue even though that’s not what she stated on the phone it’s the tone in this lady’s voice and the attitude she has at the window it’s extremely unprofessional and if you’re working with people in general even if you dislike your job you should try to encounter every individual with respect. This will be my last time going to the CVS I will drive far to get better customer service.

CVS is great for shampoos, body wash, etc. but the pharmacy is terrible. Nothing is filled on time they’re always bewildered with medication. Please do not fill your meds at any CVS pharmacy.

It's like ALL & ANY CHAIN PHARMACY Stores. A dime a dozen. All are OVER BEARING W/THEIR PRICES FOR COMMON ITEMS. Again, like all CVS, RITE-AID, & the etc's Pharma-Stores. Their everyday prices purely are 'WAY-TOO-HIGH"...period ☮️
