My two dogs love coming here! They get cleaned, trimmed, brushed and then tired out by playing with all the other dogs there. It can be a bit busy, a bit hectic and sometimes the conversations are cut short, but based on the work they're doing I definitely understand. I would recommend it and I will be bringing my two dogs back

The whole process was easy all the way through. I am happy I found this place. The staff was also so kind and friendly. I did not mind the drive and the price. ANYTHING for my little princess! Second grooming!My rescue Shihtzu’s so afraid of grooming wete put in calm by Janet who arrived promptly in a gleaming clean decorated logo on the van who took the time to meet my dog; see her needs and reflect my concerns. A wonderful, patient job in about two hours right outside my home.Both dogs looks great and I got a few tips to help with calming my girls. She was patient and kind. On to dog number 2 Friday which went so smooth ! A beautifully equipped van with music and all the perks to bless your dog! Worth every penny! Janet a star groomer!tOur second grooming January 11 and Janet was wonderful and the girls look great. Hour and half each in the toasty grooming van and she brought each to the door when done. I just love the expertise and convenience to keep my girls safe and from the normal wait in typical grooming places! Thank you Janet!

Highly recommend! Incredibly kind animal lovers in a clean and thoughtfully laid out space. They managed to trim my sweet but very frightened puppy’s nails quickly and with care. They could not have been nicer. Grateful I found this groomer and will definitely be back. 10/10!

Fantastic place and great people. We just took our new puppy in to have his nails clipped and were amazed with the experience. Shelby was so friendly and very good with our dog, and every dog in there seemed to be having a great time. Plus, there's just no way you can't love a place that has Yoda as the receptionist. We will definitely be back.

Sweetest staff around! Being a crazy dog mom, I was hesitant to leave her with a lot of dogs free playing while she got groomed. The staff made me feel at ease and were very cognizant of how I was feeling! My little Yorkie did great and loved playing with the dogs, she also looked very cute after grooming! This will definitely be our new groomers! 👍🏽💕

We brought our Bernese Mountain dog here for the first time and he looked amazing when we picked him up! Shelby and her team do a great job. It also looks like the dogs have so much fun playing with each other while waiting their turn 😊. Our pup was exhausted that night, well worth the money!

I absolutely LOVE the people here. The Peaceful Pooch took beautiful care of my boy, Gary. He always looked adorable and came home so happy after being loved on all day. When he passed they were very kind to me. I now bring my Puppy, Layla, for PlayCare. She has a BLAST!! And they love her so much. Not only do they do a beautiful job grooming the pups; but they are safe and loving.... and that's priceless!! XOXO

My dog literally drags me into this grooming salon! He has so much fun on his "pampering" day that he doesn't want to leave when it is time to go. Walking in you are greeted with warm smiles from the staff. The place itself is the coolest and cleanest grooming salon I have ever seen. You can feel positive energy when you are in there. It is run by dog lovers for sure! Thank you for taking such good care of my Marley! I won't take my dog anywhere else! Bravo!

This place is amazing! Our 5 month old puppy really needed his first haircut and Shelby took him right in the same day. She took great care of him, and somehow made him even cuter than he was before... which is hard to do with puppies! Highly recommend, we will be back.

Whenever I’m out with my pups, people always ask us where they get groomed. They always look and feel so good when they come home from a grooming! Their attention to detail is incredible - the pups come home with cute bows (and sometimes goodie bags!) after Presley makes them look amazing.

I agree - more stars for this awesome spot! I first found them online, then got another great reference for them from a colleague. Very responsive, kind and gentle with my older dog, who has arthritis, plus a lot of age-related lumps and bumps. When I picked up my dog, she smelled amazing, and was relaxed and smiling. I’ve been taking my bichon Polo here ever since he was just a few months old, and there’s nowhere I’d rather go. He’s always so eager when I drop him off, when he comes out he’s happy and perfectly groomed (and smelling amazing). They always take the time to listen to exactly how you want your dog groomed and have been super safe COVID protocol wise. 10/10 would recommend!

My dog is usually very nervous in places with lots of other dogs, but the dogs are very casually wandering around and not so intimidating to my dog and the staff are so good at keeping the dogs calm with well timed redirection and reward. It's not like a dog park where dogs are nuts with excitement. My dog has improved on his social skills from being groomed here and they follow my instructions very well for the grooming.Sometimes he has a short spot or some long fur between his toes or something, but I'm pretty sure that's because he had a tangled mat where the short spot is and he doesn't like having his feet messed with much. He's a dog, not a prize winning topiary, my priorities are that he's happy and clean.I'm also thrilled I can always get an appointment. This place is a hidden gem.

Shelby and team are awesome. They really listen to how you want to groom your pup and know how to deal with all sorts of issues. My pooch was severely matted and they worked on him all day to avoid shaving him. Can't recommend them enough!

Best place to leave your beloved pet to be groomed! Staff is always warm and friendly.....which makes you feel so much better about leaving your pet there. Nice and bright location with a viewing window to spy on your animal and watch the others play. Highly recommend!

This is DAY ONE for this NEW dog grooming place in Needham. I really don't want to tell you all the good things about the place because I want to keep it for BUDDY, my 13 year old Bison that has been my side lick every single day. (Lick) on purpose. Jamaal is Buddys care taker and groomer here and is outstanding.
