Our entire experience with Splash and Dash was such a delightful one. My 14 year old dog and I are recent transplants from South Florida and he had been going to the same groomer for a little over ten years before we moved here. Needless to say, especially with a senior dog, I was a very nervous fur mama trying to find somewhere who would give him the love and gentleness that he needs during his grooming experience. Everyone with Splash&Dash was so willing to listen and reassuring that I knew I found the place I had been looking for. The price is a little steep, but so worth it to know Aldo was getting great service and being treated so well in the process. From the top- To book an appointment, I originally spoke with a lovely girl at the Burlington location who patiently answered my 700 questions and listened to my concerns Then, Eva, at the Needham location, was so helpful and willing to listen to me and reassured me without even realizing by asking all the right questions and making sure she had all the details before taking Aldo back. I believe Aldo's groomer's name was Keira (spelling??) and she was so nice and did a fantastic job! He didn't have any nicked skin tags and was so evenly cleaned up! Aldo went back with no problem and came out JUST as happy when I picked him up! Not only did they groom him perfectly to my description, they gave me a good report that Aldo did so well and was a sweet boy. I could not be more grateful to have found them! We will definitely be coming back regularly!!

I brought my black lab in for a basic bath and groom and they did a amazing job! The person at the front was extremely friendly and welcoming to us both. I was able to make some modifications to the package as needed to fit my dog with no issues. I dropped him off and came back in about 3 hours to pick him up. My dog was happy, smelled great, and was so so soft. Will definitely be back again! Thank you! :)

We and our pup had a great first visit at Splash and Dash Needham and will definitely come back. First off the staff are super nice and accommodating. Our anxious doodle went in for a bath and groom and when we picked him up a couple hours later he looked and smelled great. They didn’t get to finish his face because he got nervous at that point but I really appreciated that they didn’t push him past his comfort level, and they offered to finish off his face on another visit free of charge. Great first impression! And great value on their membership too.

After trying various groomers, I finally found this place and they were amazing. My Yorkie and Maltese looked great. They also were able to accommodate my schedule which was a big plus. I have already booked their next appointments. I guarantee you won't be disappointed

We love Splash and Dash! Our fur baby Coconut returns so clean and so soft. She has also had her teeth cleaned and nails trimmed. They do a great job with both-AND Coconut smells so clean!

Could not recommend highly enough! The store owner and staff were incredibly kind and exactly the kind of people that you want to work with when dropping off your precious pals. Staff was friendly, professional, and clearly happy to be there. We have two fur-babies- a 50lb rescue who is a pit mix named Birdie and a 90lb silver lab named Duke. The services that we booked were a wash & brush as well as nail trimming & buffing.Now, while Duke has the typical happy-go-lucky lab attitude, Birdie can be a bit more shy and nervous when she doesn't have her little (big) brother or her parents by her side in new environments. Without giving this too much thought I had brought her in from the car before heading back out to grab Duke. Although it was only the second day that their location had been open and operational the owner, AJ, was intuitive to her needs and showed the kind of consideration one would expect from a groomerie that had been working directly with our pups for years! Apparently when Birdie had first been brought back she was a bit anxious and rather than coaxing her directly into a kennel AJ thoughtfully brought her back up to the front of the store to await her companion's arrival. After this point both dogs happily went back together, were placed in kennels directly next to one another, and were even kept side-by-side throughout the grooming process. If you're looking for a place that is willing to take the extra step to make your pet as comfortable as possible (& makes you feel confident dropping off your babies for one of their less favorite appointments) this is the spot. They will be thoughtful, attentive, and accommodating to the unique needs that your four legged friends may have.End result upon pickup? Two smiling and happy pups who smelled great, looked gorgeous, and were so soft and silky that we couldn't stop cuddling them for days (:
