Lisa is one of the best groomers out there (Petco in Needham, MA). She's kind, patient and extremely skilled. Petco is really lucky to have her! I just wish the online booking system were easier. The hardest part is just scheduling an appointment.

A really disappointing experience. We've been coming here for years for our cat and Adrianna has been great but off recent this experience has soured greatly. She constantly cancels last minute and then does not make the effort to reschedule. Does not inform us for updated documentation and then refuses to honor her own commitments. The quality has dropped drastically!

Carleen treats our dog Rosie like she's her own dog, greets her with kisses and a big smile. It's the first groomer we've used that Rosie isn't terrified of. AND the cuts are wonderful! always just what we want with very meticulous care taken to make sure she's even and beautiful :)

Carleen is always accommodating and does an amazing job. When I call to make an appointment they work hard to fit me in at a day and time that works for me. Overall a great place - and a much better experience for my pet than the more expensive grooming places I've tried over the years.

Our dog Samson always receives excellent care and when at the Needham location for grooming. He's a nervous little guy, and we never have to worry about him when he's here because we've seen how good the staff are with him. And he always comes home looking sharp.

Our golden retriever went there for a comb out and bath and nail trim. They cut his hair short and it is very uneven and sloppy. Anyone who any experience grooming dogs knows you are not supposed to shave them, especially their bellies.
