I like to frequent these places over others due to them being a smaller business chain. However here are the issues I have with all of the locations including this one. The staff at these places is mediocre and not very helpful and their inventory is poor. I went to buy dry dog food here and they are always out of the kind I want, the staff is clueless as to when it is coming in and the shelves are not stocked and the place just cannot compete with the larger chains like Petco or Petsmart when it comes to the stuff I need. Plus in comparison to those other chains staff, these places must hire the leftover no offense), because from the counter staff to the staff in the store, they are mostly lost. I think I may stick to the larger chains.

It’s a one stop shop for all your pet needs! Vast collection of cat & dog food. It also has birds and fish. The store being pretty new the fish seemed very bright & active. There’s also a self-serve pet wash. The prices for some reason seemed better than other pet stores.

Good store and the staff are nice but their self wash station is so unreliable. This has happened multiple times when I walk in. Call ahead.

I have to say that I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store. I visited the Natick location not knowing there is a few locally for me. Love the whole being called "Neighbor" thing. The assistant manager named Art is a sweetheart, very knowledgeable and helpful! I'll be back!

Definitely my favorite PSP store in the area! The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I often order delivery through them, as I did today. The delivery driver called me to confirm where to drop off my order as my multi-family home apartment can be a little confusing. She was so sweet to ask instead of just leaving it wherever in the rain/snow. I will continue to visit this location for all of my cat lady needs!

Store hasnt been the same, something changed in the past few months. Though the employees have been lovely. There is a young girl, I think her name is Eliana, she was very knowledgeable about all the animals and so helpful, she carried a big bag of bird seed to my car for me.

I did have a good experience with PSP in Natick until today, went in to get another fish and asked a guy if he could grab me a fish and he said he couldn’t because he was allergic to water and the person who can get the fish was out taking out the trash and would be out in a minute. Waited about 10 minutes and nobody came so we walked up to the front to ask the two people standing at the register, they then told us the people who could get fish were blow drying a dog. We waited about 10 more minutes and still nobody came even after the employee who was allergic to water used his walkie talkie to request customer service at the fish tanks. Ended up leaving after 20 minutes empty handed. Not what I’m used to from PSP. Very disappointed.

Much cheaper toys!!! Their employees are awesome 👏 Lisa at the counter answered all the questions. She was patient and super honest about the products. When we were buying the boots she told us most dogs don’t like it and gave us instructions on how to put them on. When we had questions about grooming she quickly responded and took actions. Nice place!

I’ve always been pretty loyal to online shopping for pet supplies but after a last minute dog food shortage emergency we found ourselves at pet supplies plus. The employees were super friendly, the prices were reasonable, and the loyalty program is great! If you follow them on Facebook they have specials every weekend. The curbside pickup was so easy and convenient and they could not be nicer. We will definitely be back!

This place is sooo great for pet supplies. The prices are super reasonable. The staff, especially Lisa, are really friendly and know about pets. They have had the products I’ve needed when I go in. The staff always helpful. I have never gotten an attitude from anyone in there. That is really amazing in this day and age. The location is in a great area to get other errands done. Parking is never a problem.

I had to drive out to the Natick store upon finding out that Waltham location does not have a self-service dog bathing station. However, the employees here were very accommodating and knowledgeable. I was able to give my senior dog a bath and a sweet treat after she got dirty at the dog park. Would recommend to everyone!

My dogs grooming appointment has been cancelled 4x now this last time 15 mins before her appointment where I drove an hour and was 10 minutes away because I moved but wanted to keep her appointment. They do a great job if you can actually keep an appointment. I get that things happen but 4x I'm very frustrated and will not be rebooking.

The self-wash is hit-and-miss on cleanliness since people don't clean up after themselves.I drive from the city just for the wash, so it is frustrating when it is disgusting, sloppy, soaked and/or out of towels.

There always so sweet to Caponè & I an aware that hes a rescue, my baby is verbal but does have a protective bug towards other dogs so he barks at them a lot he doesn't mean it..but thats my baby imma stick beside him!!😻

By far the worst pet supplies i’ve been to. i was going in with my dad to get a bag of dog food, my dad ended up touching the ladder to just move it over and one of the employees came running over like somebody was dying and then another employee came over, was asking if the other person needed help and then swore. the person about to get on the ladder was so rude when my dad said oh i was just trying to help move it over and in such a rude tone replied back to him “you’re not supposed to touch it” not a oh thank you but for your safety you’re not supposed to touch it. then i called to speak with a manager, who was also very rude. didn’t apologize, didn’t say oh i’ll talk to them, nothing, just okay have a good night. if that’s how you’re running a business, good luck. i will be calling to speak with somebody else.

I was a long time member of pet supplies plus in Madison, WI and just moved to Natick. I was so happy to see a pet supplies plus store nearby. I took my golden for a self wash on a Sunday morning to avoid letting others wait because I usually need extra time to wash and dry my dog. However, the self wash facilities were so disappointing!!!1. The water was cold and turned warm very very slow. More frustrating is that every time I shut it down (just release my hand) and turned it on again, it needed a long time to get warm!!!2. The leash was useless/too long, it cannot hold my dog at all. I had to use my own leash. I couldn’t understand how the leash should be used. (The person came after me couldn’t hold his dog either)3. There are 3 wash stations, 2 of them are for large dogs, but 1 was under maintenance. Although I went there very early on Sunday morning, there was still people waiting. I felt pressure and washed my dog as quick as possible with the disappointing faculties. It was a really unpleasant experience.4. Overall I feel the facilities are designed to make you feel that you cannot handle self service wash, send your dog to their groomer. The facilities make the self wash even more inconvenient.

Very disappointed with the customer service at their grooming department. Have been a customer for years but will never go back their again. Both women Maya and Patricia at the grooming salon are extremely rude and very disrespectful. No way I would leave my dog with them to get groomed. Hire some friendly people that are kind so customers feel safe leaving their pets with them.

Worse store ever. A rookie company that doesn't know what they're doing with a policy that changes from costumer to costumer and depending on the manager. 👎..I already spoke with 3 different managers, the only one that had a little common sense was a young gentleman called Daniel. With that being said this company is going to need 200 more years to achieve the meaning of good customer service .

good deals if you join there email list. This is my go to for taste of the wild. They send coupons of 20-30% off atleast once a month. with these coupons there is no where to buy dog food for less.

I have been using Pet Supply Plus for my dog's food delivery for months now. The service is very prompt, delivered right to my door and even free samples were included. A very thoughtful touch that I appreciate.

Good selection, very helpful staff, they always have everything I need. I'm probably going to stop going here though because they have betta fish that look really sad and unhealthy. I really appreciate that they have what I need and are close to home, but I wish they didn't sell live animals (ferrets, betta fish, anoles, etc.).

Prices are amazing. The staff is incredibly helpful. Awesome array of products for just about anything anyone would need for their pets. It's not cramped and it's not a warehouse. Perfect size and easily accessible.
