We love getting an annual collar and leash at Pawsitivity. I recently had a minor issue with a leash and Elizabeth quickly and kindly fixed it at no cost!

Lovely pet store I got to visit a couple months ago. I didn't have a lot of time as I had to board my ferry back to the Cape but wanted to buy something for my Shiba Inu. The gentleman (I believe the owner/designer's husband) let me in even though the shop wasn't quite open yet! I had a very nice conversation with him and he helped me pick a leash for my dog (choice was tough as everything was beautiful). I also got to meet their dog who was the friendliest!

Pawsitivity is a great creative store offering leashes, collars and harnesses for dogs. My dog, Leo, has been wearing the merchandise for at least five years. My annual purchase of new stuff is only because the new prints are too hard to resist. I also drop in to speak with James and Rebecca who I now consider friends. With confidence I recommend that all dog owners stop by. You will not be disappointed.

Really love the high quality of these collars! I have two goldens that love swimming in the ocean, and so many of their collars have gotten rusted out or clips have broken over the years. Pawsitivity have held up for years, and the clasps are super high quality. Also love the designs , and it’s great that they’re made in MA! Highly recommend stopping by

I was about to go into this store today to get some stuff for my dogs and I turned right back around after witnessing the tall guy who was working in the store today pulling and then kicking his dog or maybe the dog is normally in the store. But yea that completely upset me I don’t care how much of a bad day you’re having you don’t pull and kick the damn dog 😡. To the owner, since I cannot comment on your comment I’ll just answer back here. First I wouldn’t make a comment if we didn’t see it with our eyes he dragged the dog from outside with the collar back inside maybe the dog got outside or something once the dog was in the store he kicked the dog then looked back to see if anyone saw him. That’s why I made that comment not saying your husband is a bad person just what we saw as to why we left it wasn’t to our liking and FYI we know how inside of your store looks great set up by the way. Stay bless
