The staff at Windy Hollow have taken the absolute best care of my sweet girl Maggie since we moved to the area in 2019. She's undergone two necessary surgeries in that time, both of which she has recovered from beautifully due to their care before, during, and after the procedures. As long as I am in Western Massachusetts, I will be taking Maggie to Windy Hollow.

I used Windy Hollow to euthanize my ailing dog Riley who was 16 years old. From the first phone call I made the compassion was apparent. Dr. Sharon McCutcheon came to my house and I cannot say enough about the experience. Putting a pet down is a traumatic experience but sitting on the floor in my own living room with family members and a compassionate Dr. was the best decision I made. I highly recommend them. I am very pleased with Windy Hollow as a veterinary service. They can see pets quickly if needed which is much appreciated. They are full service and easy to work with. Their vets are very pleasant and knowledgeable, and I've found the staff to be the same. I have brought my pets here for urgent, routine and also surgical things and outcomes are always what I expect. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic.

Windy Hollow is a wonderful place to bring your pets for vet services! They are so welcoming to me and my pets and I always feel like I'm not the only one that loves my pet, lol!! Not to mention that they are exceptional at what they do! There is a nice outdoor space where I can walk my dog for a pee or a poo (and there is a convenient cleanup station so I can easily cleanup after my dog and get rid of it on the spot.) I love when things are made easy and convenient for me!)

Another great experience here this morning with cat #2 Murphy who was here for the first time for his annual wellness check up. The staff was so very friendly and Dr. Thompson was great. She was very thorough and even took the time to answer some questions I had about my another two cat kids who she hasn't even seen yet. I'm so glad I made the decision to move my pets here for their care. What was even better is I got to go inside the facility and be with him for his exam. I highly recommend them.

We were desperate on Friday before Labor day with a suffering cat in the last stages of cancer; our regular vet was closed until Tuesday. The extraordinary humans at this clinic made time for us to euthanize our sweet baby, holding her in our arms outdoors so she needn't have the additional stress of a strange environment. I will forever remember the kindness and generosity of these wonderful people.

Right from the start, with our new dog, Windy Hollow veterinary services staff and veterinarian treated our dog with the utmost precision and care. They have a nearly contactless service for the human end of things and superb care with your animal. We switched our cat from other less-qualified services in the valley to Windy Hollow because they are SO GOOD to your pet and your pocketbook. Excellent staff and services. A+++!!!

I can't say enough good things about the staff there. One of our dogs went through serious heartworm treatment and they were so supportive of and caring about him. We adopted a half feral dog last summer and they have been amazing dealing with her stress and anxiety in new situations.

I feel like I get unrushed, individual attention in dealing with my pet. The front desk staff is lovely, and the veterinary staff is knowledgeable and open to many different methods to deal with issues. My pup is always excited to go inside and come back out just as happy!

I live in Montague so I generally go to Windy Hollow for all my vet needs. Every single one of my three cats has had their shots and other vaccinations here. The staff is super friendly. They're really understanding to people's financial situations and offer different options depending on the prices you're willing to pay. My pets always feel comfortable when there and the whole building is relatively cozy.Best place around for the level of care and the price you pay. They're also really close by which gets them more points than other vets.

The best experience I have ever had with a Vet’s office! I called around to all the local vets and no one would even look at their schedules, they either weren’t accepting new “clients” or they were “booked into mid July”. Windy Hollow squeezed my cat in on a Saturday! Every single staff member was incredibly sweet and kind. They helped melt all my worry away. Thank god for them because my cat had a high fever and abscess. They took incredible care of him! And I didn’t pay an arm and a leg! If I could I would give them more than five stars. I told all my family members and friends to only go here!

I can't put into words how great this place is. The vets are top notch: knowledgeable, kind, understanding, and are able to work with a wide range of animals from our rambunctious and giddy dog to our nervous, mouthy one. They have handled Covid safety measures wonderfully and have been doing curbside service since the get-go of Covid. And they even offer alternative medicine options that many other vets don't. It's always a pleasure coming here.

We arrived and there was an emergency that pushed out appointment back past closing time. The vet still saw us and helped us out. Our cat doesn't like people and us a rescue, but the vet made sure she got her shot and gave great advice
