First time I went it was good they were helpful but when I came a few weeks ago they were not polite. One of the pharmacists had a bad attitude. I was picking up a product I needed and they weren’t that helpful with answering questions and I needed to call my doctor for advice after.

I don’t use this location for any of my pharmacy needs or for shopping, but I’ve been using it as a UPS access point for my deliveries a few times recently and they always have a MESS there with all the packages. This really delays a lot of package pick up time and the line for regular customers, as the packages are behind the counter and not enough staff there to keep things moving smoothly. The supervisor has been very helpful finding my packages the last couple of times, but today he seemed pretty frustrated when trying to find them for me. I’m just going to stop using this UPS access point from now on, due to the lack of organization and communication between the staff at this location and I also wouldn’t want to get the “nasty eye” the next time I walk in there to pick up a package 😅😅

This is horrible I live in the area and come here with my friends we always try to be respectful of the place because we know it’s the hangout spot forUs middle schoolers. But me and my friends have gotten kicked out, the cops called on us, and yesterday I as pressured into buying somthing I didn’t want and I wasn’t given the option of a receipt or to use a cvs card so I couldn’t return them, I have always been treated poorly here and really don’t know why I keep coming back.Kids my age are the reason they are still in business and be respectful is the store I have gotten the cops called on me. I don’t recommend

Hours ‘verified’ on Google say pharmacy open 7AM. Hours on the door say pharmacy open 9AM. Update your hours on google to help our working people please.

500 feet away from my use, and I choose to go elsewhere. Awful communication between staff, patients, and doctors. (sending scripts back without contacting patient or doctors letting them know why) They often don’t have my prescriptions on time, day before a colonoscopy I was promised my prep would be in by 1pm. I showed up at 2:00pm and had to drive to Hingham to pick it up because they didn’t have it, and never called to tell me. My wife had surgery, her pain meds were ordered there. The pharmacist kept pushing it back an hour. 3 hours later they told me they are out of stock. and have customers waiting in store and even have had me wait in store on many occasions for something, they do not even have in stock, and that a text message should have been sent. No text received.The dysfunction in this pharmacy seems endless, onto WALGREENS!

My first time at CVS Milton was amazing! I had stopped by this cvs because it was the closest on the way to my friend’s birthday party. Jason and Jasmine helped me find the perfect birthday card, as I specifically needed a themed one for the birthday girl. Jason was so prompt to ask me if I needed help and he further assisted me in finding lashes that were out in the back. I left feeling great and prepared, thank you CVS MILTON!!

So I have had nothing but trouble since switching to Milton CVS. My first experience was waiting 30 minutes on the phone to have them tell me to call my doctor to fix my problem. I go outside and call the doctors office where I’m told they’ve been trying to get ahold of them all day with no response. When I go inside the phone is ALWAYS ringing and no one moves to answer it. I had to practically force the pharmacist to call the doctor back so I could get my prescription. My most recent experience was after surgery I went to get the pain meds. They tell me sorry it’s the doctors fault, we’ll call if you want to come back later. I said no thanks I’m in a lot of pain and very much need my medication. I sat in the chair at the pharmacy for an hour and a half before someone even attempted to call my doctor. Then they said they still can’t fill the script and I have to keep waiting. Two hours have passed and I’m crying I’m in so much pain, so I leave and I call the doctors myself and they said they had only just gotten a phone call about it a few minutes prior to my call. Honestly they are beyond rude and not even remotely helpful. Talk about a lack of compassion. I can’t stand this CVS and I can’t recommend it less. If I could give negative 5 stars I would.

during my visit jasmine went above and beyond to make sure i have found everything i needed that was on my list. she devoted her time and her energy to make sure my visit was exceptional. i thank you so much for helping me out and for making my visit smooth.

One of the worst CVS branches I have ever dealt with...the staff there don't even bother themselves to smile to their customers....they call and confirm prescription availability for pickup but this doesn't mean that you will find it ready or even available! One time they confirmed picking up within an hour from my call, my husband went the next day to pick it up, waited for half an hour with no hope and left with nothing! Then they called to say that they don't have the full prescription!

Consistently 20-30 minutes wait if you try and call. We only stay with CVS because Samantha at the pharmacy is so helpful, BUT this store REALLY needs to hire more staff!There is always really long waits and hard to check to see if they have what we need and we worry there could be a mix up because their staff is so rushed and overworked.

The reason why I rated four stars because for the Cashier employer he was very helpful he help me find the items I needed but this store doesnt even carry rice milk In this CVS location in quincy. the store was also clean. I will definitely recommend my family to shop here and I will come back to this cvs location.

It's CVS so you don't get top notch people working there. Sorry it's just been that way for a very long time. The people seem to just show up and not care about their job. I guess I wouldn't if I was paid minimum wage. I guess this review is more a review of CVS as a corporation. Maybe it's time to pay more to the low person on the ladder. Maybe the door would stop revolving and you would have people actually show up happy to work? I don't know I'm not a CEO. I have no idea how these things work.

Small, limited inventory, in need of a renovation makeover and always appears to be understaffed. I often go to Walgreens in Quincy up the road to find what I need. Wish they would redo this location and make it better given its prime milton location next to the fruit center.
