After a less than one star performance in the boro West of 495, we called Millis. At first they couldn't find what the website said they had, but Thea stayed with us and delivered exemplary service locating the lost pallet of what we were looking for. Lots of customer service available and all pleasantly delivered with good attitude. Dan was very helpful and loaded 24 bags then we were on our way. Millis is definitely the TSC to visit!

I ordered online for in-store pickup on 6/20. It said online that it was delivered to the store on 6/26, but to wait until contacted when it was ready for pickup. After not being contacted, I tried calling on 7/1, and no one picked up, so I sent a message online with no response. I sent another message on 7/5, still no response. I called today, and the person said that it wasn't in the store and to call the online number, so I did. The rep checked, said that it was indeed signed for and should be there, and called the store. She then said I had to call the store back later when the manager was there. I called back, and the same guy I talked to earlier said yes, it was indeed there because he knew the person who signed for it. I asked why he said it wasn't there earlier, and he said "hold on" and went away for 10 minutes, which then put me to some automated voice asking for my party's extension. I had to call back again, and a different person answered. I was placed on hold, and the same thing happened. After they were too busy, I canceled the order on the 5th call, which they were able to do quite quickly and easily. Going to Home Depot.

....a store extraordinaire dedicated to the people that are large (and small) animal owners! There's a full array of equine, canine, cattle, sheep supplies, etc. and that includes feed too! In addition to an expansive hardware type inventory, there's a clothing department with everything from work clothing to play clothing and although "outdoorsy styling", the selection is very nice, reasonably priced and the winter outerwear department can't be beat! Lastly, outdoors you will find snow blowers, fencing, gates, horse stall mats, hay feeders and numerous other heavy equipment to keep your farm running smoothly! I love Tractor Supply and I think it's worth a look to local horse owners and farms in general!

Great stop for all kinds of backyard necessities. Animal feed, tools, boots, chicken coops, ... etc. The list is long.The prices are fair, the staff are kind and very helpful. Highly recommend.

They have a great selection of nuts bolts washers. Good prices on items they sell. Store could use a little more space things feel like they're on top of each other.

Went into the millis store as always expecting to buy something & came across a 20v cordless impact gun that was priced at 99.00 upon cashing out we discovered it was tagged wrong 😳The manager Ryan being the true professional he always is honored the mistake and let me buy it at that price which i only would have been able to do .Just one example of why this TSC is top notch & I could give lots more .Thanks you made my Day .

So this review goes out to the manager whose name I didn't catch. Bought a safe and went there to pick it up, got it to the car and one of the managers was leaving. Asked him to help me get it in the car. Despite the odds being extremely low that it would fit at all, he took the time to puzzle and try and fit it in my car. Didn't work out in the end and had to return it, but give this guy a promotion or a raise.

I went to Tractor Supply to buy grain for my horse. They were extremely helpful and even helped me load the bags into my car. They were very pleasant at the register as well. All in all, a very nice experience.

Really great people working here and an excellent shop, but kind of surprised they stopped stocking tractors towards the end of the season. It's understandable, but the name implies they'll have a tractor or two, yes? When I needed a tractor in late August they lost my business...

Back in April of 2018. my friend and I decided to buy some chicken coops they had on sale. Since we didn't have the money for them, we put them on layaway. They had my coop in stock and put it on layaway. They didn't have my friend's coop but they said they'd order it from another store and keep it there.The next couple of months, we both made our payments on time. They even called my friend to tell her that they had accidentally damaged her coop and were going to give her one that was $300 more than the one she had put on layaway as compensation.So we go to the store to make the last payment and pick up our coops. They had hers in the back. No problem. Mine was another story entirely.Apparently, they sold my coop that was supposed to be on layaway at some point over the last few months. They never contacted me to say that they had inadvertently sold it (they didn't know when). They just let me keep making payments on a coop that they didn't have. To make matters worse, they didn't even have a coop of any kind, at any price or at any store to give me!The manager gave me some lame line about that they were getting baby chicks in a few weeks and they might (I stress, might) have some then. When I came back to the store a few weeks later, they had chicks but no coop.They did refund my money in the end but I'm still at a loss as to how someone can mess up something simple like a layaway transaction.

Tractor Supply has everything you need for your garden, animals & yard. Large selection you won't find anywhere else. I can't say enough about the people who work there, everyone is kind, friendly and helpful. My favorite place to shop!

Great customer service. Its a seasonal store. No charcoal or any barbecue equipment. Until spring. Like to see a store that carries barbecue equipment charcoal Etc you're around. Other than Walmart or Home Depot or Lowe's.

This is not a large store, and had a much larger pet section than I had expected, but relatively humble tool and auto sections. I would describe this as a scaled down Walmart, without food, and with minimal home decor items.

Went in with my family and have never felt more discriminated against in my life saddest part is my children dont even understand what was going on. So upsetting and do not recommend this location to anyone of color.

My new favorite place to spend money! TSC seems to always have whatever I'm looking for. great selection of tools, trailer accessories, pet supplies, farming supplies and gardening implements. Staff is always helpful and available. Looking forward to purchasing many useful gizmos and gadgets from TSC Millis.
