I just went to the Tractor Supply on rt 146 in Millbury Worcester MA line, when I walked in in was met by the Cashier Woman Shannon, she was Awesome and Helped me out and Directed me to what I was looking for, she was very Helpful and she also knew what she was doing......looks like a dedicated worker, so make sure you take care of her

Went a day ago to buy a few things for my dog. The store was crowded with restocking boxes on the floor blocking isles. Cashier was rude and talked to another employee about her personal life the whole time checking me out. To top it off when I got the bag of dog food I had bought into my car it had an obvious rip in it that was taped over with packing tape. Had to go back in the store and return it. Very disappointing experience.

I purchased a trailer here about 2 months ago. I had never been to Tractor Supply Co. before and the manager Lori made this a great experience for me. She was extremely knowledgeable and this company is lucky to have her.

Incredibly helpful staff and all so polite! Travis helped us find a pair of pants in another store, even called to confirm that they had them. After leaving the store, I realized a discount hadn’t shown up on my receipt. Travis was able to correct the error over the phone and refund my credit card. I didn’t even have to go back in! Clean, well stocked store and great staff!

Usually always have a great interaction whenever I go to the store. But if propane refills have different hours than the store it should probably be posted. I will take my business to koopman from now on.

I’m a small business owner Went there to buy a light bar for my Denali for plowing, (in company clothes logo on my coat and hat)forgot my wallet……had my wife on FaceTime with my license and debit card….my identity could have absolutely been confirmed…the manager TRAVIS obviously was more interested in exercising the small amount of power he had than actually doing his job and helping a paying customer…..he told me I had to physically have my debit card there to make the purchase(although I could have went online and manually entered my CC info made the purchase and had the item delivered to my doorstep) I needed the light bar asap so ……had to drive an hour and a half out of my way to get my wallet ….to go back there and make the purchase showing no ID whatsoever….Hey Travis get off your high horse bro…..keep making paying customers feel like thief’s you won’t have any to speak of….

Nice store but did not have what I needed for my tractor, of all things. Was looking for some rubber connectors for my self bagging system and I couldn't find anything at all for self bagging systems in store. Its a tractor supply company; I guess I expected more in the way of tractor/lawnmower supplies. Couldn't even find enough blades for my lawn mower. It was disappointing in terms of shopping. Very friendly staff though.

Always a good experience going here from the immediate "hello" when you enter the store to the " have a good night" when you leave. Very clean store and all the employees are eager to help in any way. I just wished they had kerosene on stock and not a seasonal item.

Great customer service, thank you Lori!Was in the store last night looking for a few items, Lori went above and beyond to locate stock when their computer system was down. Really appreciate her help.Downside... returns are way too slow, and inaccurate. Corporate weds to fix this!

I went in on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend to buy a trailer. A guy named Russell took a lot of time to help me with everything I needed. He was as nice possible. I had the wrong size ball on my hitch so he went and found the right one and helped me install it all in the parking lot of the store. Nicest guy. I can't recommend this store highly enough.

This was my first experience at a TSC. I heard they had a good selection of dog food at great prices. In fact they did. They have tons of pet food, gun cases, outdoor clothing etc. The store is a little disorganized looking but that may be the point. I'll return again.

Tractor Supply stores are relatively new to New England. They have everything needed for taking care of animals and all the tools needed for any purpose. It is a country store at heart for farmers and ranchers. That includes clothes, fencing, tires, the list goes on. Even cool farm toys for children. The people working there are helpful and courteous.

Picked up a mower deck belt. Got home it didn't fit even though box was correct part# & it was damaged. Some item ok but not a cream of the crop store.

I've been picking up pellets for my stove at this location since moving to Millbury. I chose a nation wide business because the locals here don't seem to be welcoming of new people to the area and national companies have general customer service standards. I don't buy a lot, so I don't expect anyone to bend over backwards for me. I buy my pellets in advance and ask for assistance loading up. Normally I visit during the week and regularly interact with 2 associates that are very nice to everyone. Unfortunately I ran out of pellets on a weekend and had a run in with an associate that apparently either did not like my face or is one of the Millbury locals that just don't like new people in as a rule. I will not return and will instead pay more by shopping at one of the other local options. They'll be rude too, but at least I can expect it.

WELL STOCKED! Jeez, I go to Tractor Supply nearly every week in different areas because of the horses/ dogs/ etc, but this one by FAR is the cleanest, has the friendliest staff and some of the best discounted goods around.

We love Tractor Supply. We get SO many things there (most recently equine pelletized pine bedding that we use in place of kitty litter). They always have what we need and have GREAT prices!

Not the best place for large farms. Service at the registers always pleasant. Employees lack knowledge on a lot of products but always willing to find information. I wish it was a one stop shop for me.
