I am beyond appalled. While checking out tonight (12/9/23), I witnessed the most unprofessional situation I have ever seen in a retail environment. To be quite honest with you, it is discrimination. I plan on bringing this to corporate management attention this week, however feel the need to warn you all about the night manager named Villia. Tonight I witnessed a cashier with clear special needs have a full blown panic attack, begin shaking, apologizing, and a customer asking other cashiers for help. When I tell you NO ONE came to help this woman initially, it was unbelievable. After a few minutes, a nice man came over and tried to help the cashier work through it. After a few minutes, the nastiest manager I have ever seen in my LIFE walked over to the cash register and yelled at the employee saying "JUST GO". I was flabbergasted. There is a level of empathy a person should have ESPECIALLY a manager. She just doesn't have it. A young man asked the manager if the other cashier was ok, to which the manager began badmouthing the cashier to the customer saying "She does this all the time". How dare you. How DARE YOU. If that is the case, WHY WOULD YOU PUT HER IN THAT SITUATION?! mental health, especially with the disabled, is not a laughing matter. After the cashier began to ring me up, she did not speak to me. At the end, I asked her name - to which she provided me a false name - Khaleesi. We get it lady, you like game of thrones. Target is not your kingdom. We asked another employee her name, to which he stated her name was actually Villia. I honestly hope the cashier is alright, and she can get some help with her anxiety. The store management at this store really need to take a look at this manager and her employment practices. She's going to end up costing this company a pretty penny in discrimination lawsuits.

I’ve been in this store many times but never remembered to review it. The store is clean and well-lit. Every cashier and worker has always been kind and accommodating. Most times, I find what I’m looking for. They could do a little better with seasonal decorating and stocking certain brands. But, overall, a nice place to shop.

Target in general offers great items at great prices. I often enjoyed going to the store. Millbury location is my first time and I was just picking up items purchased online. Staff are very well trained, gentle and helpful when I was targeted by some teenagers on my way out. Thank you.

2/6/23- around 8pm. I was at target with my girlfriend and my 2 sisters just browsing around when one of us needed simple assistance with a question. We had approached Christian (She/They?) and was met with perhaps the most unfriendliest expression I had ever seen. After asking a question all they did was stare at us with it's rude look and wouldn't answer us. I thought at first they did not hear us so at the repeat of our question she just sighed very loudly and totally ignored us. Now I know that she heard us but still would not talk to us. There was nothing that warranted such a response, none of us were rude or disrespectful in any way, (most of us are in our early 20's and work retail so I understand its a bogus job. But why work with retail customers if you're just going to disregard every friendly attempt of assistance). Once again we repeat the question as passive as we could, maybe she had a disability so we were gentle with our tone, but she literally rolled her eyes and scoffed at us! After being scoffed at for asking just a simple question this employee just walked away without helping us one bit or saying anything except sighing or scoffing. Now I normally chalk this up to being one bad apple in a bunch but I don't think I will ever go to Millbury Target ever again. EVER! This particular apple is so rotten I would not recommend anyone to shop here. Probably my all time worst retail experience with a person under 30, normally they understand we are all trying to survive in such a tough time but Christian really just does not care about the Target name or her job. Not the Target standard I know! I would rate this zero stars if I could. I was not treated like a Guest but rather an pest.

Oh how we all love target. Haha. This location is pretty neat and things that I look for are usually always stocked. I like how they have a quick self checkout to make things a little easier. I usually always find what I am looking for while at this location and the staff are always friendly.

Online order and drive up pick up is such an easy process - have used this service multiple times - associates delivering orders to my vehicle are always pleasant, and courteous - will definitely continue to use this service in the future

Based on matching scenery beautiful outside. THE IP ON THE MATCHING MINISCENE I DISCOVERED is the reason the Central Bank is CURRENTLY RUNNING TARGET PROGRAM ON ME MULTIPLE COUNTIES CAUGHT ON TAPE. TI WAS THE REASON FOR COVID 19 RELEASED ON AUTHORS BIRTHDAY MATCHED ON THE MAP AS WELL IN THAT POSITION IN FALL, BY ANOTHER BAD PLACE WORSE THAN BIONTECH AND A WORDPLAY MATCH. MMWAVE OFF NOW WITH MAJOR ANSWERS NOW. STOP TI ON ME. NOW.

My husband and I were picking up a couple things and I saw a book labeled 30% off cover price. There was a sticker on the cover that said 20$ so I thought it was a great deal. However, it kept ringing up as 29$ so we called someone over. The employee who came over was incredibly rude, didn't make eye contact with us and asked us if we could do basic math because 30% off 29$ was 20$. I ignored the comment because I have worked in customer service and know how hard it can be. Then I explained how I mistakenly thought that it might come off the sticker price. She said "obviously not" and so I tried to nicely say I would no longer like to purchase said book, to which she responded by picking it up and tossing it across the check out lane and walking away. Even some other employees were looking at the scene in shock. She almost hit another customer with her throw. Definitely not the ideal customer service.

Poor quality of customer service, the stuff in there stores been there since before christmas or Last christmas or whatever christmas. Not a happy experience 😕.Went here today, Friday October 13th, 2023 , the Men's bathrooms upfront had " Urine " all over the floor in the 1st Stall it looked like someone went all over the floor and smelt disgusting. I took girl an upfront, and she told her supervisor, "she said " it's not the first time it happened today, which is absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. Shopping up here at Blackstone Valley Shopping Center is a less - than experience because there are a lot of youth ( teenagers) Roaming around.

Update to original post: Target called me yesterday and apologized for my uncomfortable experience on Saturday evening. They wanted to assure me that Target is dedicated to making sure their customers feel safe while shopping in their stores. They did review the security camera footing and acknowledge that the police were called. They are working to make sure there is enough coverage during the later hours of the day. *** I have no issue with the store itself. I like their products, have no problem using the website, and can usually find what I am looking for. My issue is with the lack of store security, last night Feb12, 2022. When I first arrived there was a group of teens on the sidewalk outside. By the time I parked and walked to the store, those teens had now entered the store and dispersed. As I was walking around looking at items, I could not help but hear/see these teens running all around the store, in and out of the rows, yelling to each other and one boy was even bouncing a basketball in the baby section, while his two friends sat in the rocking chairs that are on display for parents to look at. A third, much larger group of teens who appeared to be getting ready to rumble blocked the aisle. I knew then, it was time to go home. I only actually purchased 2 of the 5 things I picked out because, I was to uncomfortable to try them on. Of the two items I bought, one is going back because I didn't actually try it on and it is to big. I am going to go back in the day time, when the teens will be at school and not running around the store. Target must have store security, where were they? Why didn't they ask the teen to be mindful of the other shoppers in the store? Asking them to leave would have been an appropriate option also, given their behavior.

I like everything about this Target. Honestly, every Target is the same which is good. It can get busy on weekends but not impossible to check out relatively quickly. I've only had one negative experience here- I ordered a Snuggie for a friend for pickup in store. I brought it home and realized they gave me the children's size so I had to go back and ask someone to help me find thr adult size so I could exchange it. It was around the holidays, so I was strapped for time and ended up wasting time because of the pickup issue.

I used to love Target, but it has been years since I can honestly say that. This Target location has been recently overhauled and it can look nice, but my experience this morning was not good. Every other food aisle had carts, boxes and someone stocking. Everywhere I shopped had items on the floor to the point where in the baby clothing area 2 associates were there talking and still there was dropped baby clothes.I am disappointed that prices get higher and higher and the quality and overall shopping experience gets lower. Shopping has become a chore that I much prefer doing online.

This store had everything I needed - wasn't a pleasant shopping experience. I could have gone to Ocean State Job Lot or WalMart which are closer to me but don't enjoy shopping there. As well, the cashier was so super helpful. She saw that I was unsure about the Target app and showed me how to navigate through it (no line at the register so we weren't holding anyone up) and to use the app to scan items as I shop for even more savings. That was very nice of her and I look forward to many return trips.

I had a large online order for pick-up - so big so it took two people to help me get into my car! Leah at guest services so was incredibly helpful and got two other employees (unfortunately I did not catch their names) to unwrap the box and load my new patio furniture into my car because the box wouldn’t fit! They were so kind and so professional. Thanks Target! Above and beyond today in service.

I recently made a trip to Target to buy a 4k movie the website showed they had in stock. I had the best experience I've ever had at retail store with an employee Rafael in the electronics department. The item I was looking for wasn't on the shelf. Rafael came up to me to ask if I needed assistance. Went out back and found the movie in minutes. He was extremely pleasant and helpful! Clean store, helpful staff, FIVE STARS!

Target is obviously the best store, it always has everything you need. The app makes it super easy to find what you're looking for, too. I almost never talk to the employees unless I'm buying a lot of stuff and don't do self checkout. The biggest downside of this Target (and maybe most) is that it is extremely understaffed, which leads to insane checkout lines. The store is generally clean and I haven't really had any problems.

I was shocked at the disarray and general neglect my regular store displayed…I planned a special trip to stock up on gluten free convenience items (I have celiac disease, a recognized disability, and must follow a gluten free diet, it’s no stupid fad here!) and I was so disappointed at the minimal offerings, poorly interspersed amongst random foods.I understand times are tough, but when the neighborhood convenience store does a better job with allergies, there’s clearly an issue

The wait in the customer service line was atrocious for a slow-paced store on top of the worst layout they could have had for ongoing construction in the store. One poor woman was running the desk alone for the 35 minutes I was waiting in line.. Not just low-grade, couple of guys in one section construction. Throughout the entire store, dozens of construction workers carrying large pieces of metal, ladders and the store was LOUD with all of the heavy machinery backing up. The store should have been closed, but I guess corporate was too greedy and wanted the store open. As a person with neurological disabilities I purposely come to Target knowing they are ADA friendly and compliant- so disappointed there wasn't a warning up on the website or on the front of the store otherwise I would have gone to another location. I left Target in Millbury with neurological tics, a migraine and will not be back to this location.

Fast, efficient service. I used the drive up service. I was skeptical but it worked amazingly. But they did bring a Christmas gift to the car NOT in a bag. They needs to be addressed or make sure you go alone to the store.

We picked up an online order on Thursday 10/7. I purchased yogurt - my husband and I had a baby 3 days prior on 10/3. I ate the yogurt on 10/9 and developed food poisoning shortly after. While nursing a 3 day old infant. When my husband checked the yogurt it had expired in May of 2021. 5 months prior and was sold to us. Last I checked the sale of expired food is illegal and this is a huge health and safety issue. We have attempted to contact this Target on multiple occasions and my husband has spent over 3 hours on the phone getting the run around without being contacted by a manager or anyone else directly from the store. I will never visit target again.
