It was my first time at this store and I was impressed by the cleanliness, layout, signage and amount of sales I saw throughout the store. I was able to sign up for an account at checkout. The lady answered my questions and was friendly and knowledgeable. She even offered my dog a treat after checking out. We'll be back. Thank you for such a positive experience.

This PetSmart is really good if your looking for an easy in and out shopping experience. The crickets are kept pre bagged (and actually alive!). You could also ask an employee to get you crickets as well. Good selection of tanks for fish as well as food and medicine. Bonus points for the cats, they seemed well cared for. Staff is also incredibly friendly.

The staff was very knowledgeable about hamsters and their needs. They have the animals best interest in mind when helping with supplies. The animal manager ensured that everything was safe and humane, even putting back items that weren't. They even stayed past closing time helping me and informing me about care.

The associate I spoke with knew great information about Guinea Pig care! It has been rare to find workers at larger stores who understand proper care of Guinea pigs so I was impressed. This location is always clean and associates have always been kind and responsive. I recommend this location to buy pet necessities.

Most devastating this happened here with me , I tried to get a guinea pig and then tried to me get two because they were bonded , and when someone offered to help me pay for the other Guinea pig the associate made another excuse for me not to get the Guinea pig. I’m very heartbroken that I didn’t get it

The trainer that works at the Millbury store came over to help me select an appropriate crate for my new pup. She asked if he was a rescue and when I said yes, she hooked me up with the rescue package and saved me $14 on my purchases. There are also other great coupons, a free training session etc.

I've been bringing my dog to PetSmart since she was a tiny puppy. She is almost 14 now! If I need advice, the staff is always very helpful. At this stage, my dog is on a low salt diet. Finding the proper food can be a challenge.

This place Rocks! Gave my dog a fluff and buff with all the extras! Lorie (I believe thats her name) was so helpful in my choice of products. My dog was strutting around the store like a king when we left. I have to mention that Lorie did not push for things that my dog did not need. A very nice bonus In my opinion. Also he was fitted with a kool bandana to make it all a perfect experience. A++! Ps: this is my 5x for the grooming services. Will definitely book many more.

I thought it was very spacious until I realized it had multiple rooms for Grooming, adopting/rescue, and backroom. So with the small animals they were well taken care of. Fish had a variety to choose from. I recommend to check it out if you have any animal needs.

Unprofessional and rude. I won't. be returning to Millbury for my dog's grooming. I found Banfield service in this store to be very good and the trainers are fantastic.

Its good staff wise, but if you have a dog fearful of grooming and the dog has an accident mid groom, theres a 50% chance your dog will be banned from being groomed at this location. Grooming staff need more education on behavior

The store is always well kept and stocked but the grooming department continuously messed up multiple appointments. It was never handled professionally by staff. Overall scheduling with them is awful for cats and dogs.

The store was very clean and all items were neat and organized! The staff we encountered were helpful and friendly! We found some wonderful items on sale for our pup to play with and a kit for brushing his teeth too!
