Good town grocery store quick easy but I always seem to leave something there I even think i left 2baskin Robbins ice creams last night 2/5$ if I call and bring receipt I can get it back, usually something like that sure. And they have basically all you need I also delivered bread to this store for years and there where some nice locals working there for years as well.

Well i use to live near big y an now i live near shaws. Soooo i have had to adjust to a new store an after loading the just 4 u coupons its great. Really saves me $$. Building up the rewards can really help save some money and can use for gas also. The produce I know is better than stop n shop. And the employees there have gone that extra mile to assist. Thanks Kathy, she left what she was doing to go to another Dept,open a new case and get the exact item I was looking for. And she's not the 1st person at Shaw's to help in this way. The bakery also has less expensive decorated cakes and has real frosting compared to other local supermarkets. Self check out is very easy to use,can get cash back and assistance if needed.

I live very close to this store and have been coming here for year's. This evening I went in and had quite a large order. At checkout I placed my reusable bags on the belt and put my order up. Now this store is known for customers bagging there own groceries so I wasn't shocked when she just moved my bags to the front. What I was shocked by is her statement of "you'll be doing that". I had such a long day and no energy to say something so I started bagging the groceries. After she finished ringing she stood there and WATCHED me bag my stuff without lifting a finger. Oh and the store was not even busy. Very disappointing do better or like many others I will be driving right passed your store as well.

They have the best cake. Don’t try Northbridge, they are awful. Milford is where the good cakes are. Even the mini “slices” are so much prettier. Milford actually puts a rational amount of frosting on vs the miscolored paper-thin dry spread at Northbridge. I live in Uxbridge I drive out of my way to Milford.

These few months they're putting a fraudulent sale price tags on their chips which I'm fond of buying every Fridays. Some of these low price tags are like traps which mostly not followed on the counter when i pay. It happened to me several times. I'm tired of complaining. I'll just give them review they deserve. The only good about this store is its near my house.

Not happy with my experience at checkout today. Normally do not shop there but went today for it was close to my appointment. The bagger had no courtesy or consideration of my groceries while putting them in my carriage. He just tossed them in on top of each other. Didn't move anything out of the way. He couldn't get out of there fast enough..guessing he wanted to either leave or go on his break. The cashier was not helpful when asked if I wanted to put in a number I said I wasn't sure so I hesitated she pushed some button immediately and then I asked if I could add a number. She quickly replied nope. You said no. I didn't say no I said I wasn't sure and she didn't want to wait. I asked if she would go back and she said it wasn't possible. How the heck is that not possible? I myself have done customer service for many years and trust me it's always possible! Not thrilled with my check out experience at all. Could have done better both of them!!

Appreciate the restrooms at the front of the store. Very clean store. But they didn't have the same salad dressings available as the Shaws in Whitensville. Overall satisfied that I was able to get what I needed for under $50.

The sign alone should have been an indication of how well-managed this store was. The store was not clean- there were pieces of fruit rotting in the middle of displays. The checkout experience was agonizing. Slow cashiers, compounded by the small number of them, made a quick stop into an ordeal.

These fools are ridiculous at the customer desk, they have discriminated my mother when she was trying to send money through western Union. They made fun of her and totally disrespected her when she was trying to bring in revenue to this disgusting store, never again will I nor my family members shop here. Olivia the manager and shanabia whatever name that is a freak with blue green hair, ridiculous, despicable, low, ignorante people.

Shaw's is the closest supermarket from my house but will no longer shop here. I have been overcharged for items that are supposed to be on sale numerous times, only having to go back in each time to get this corrected. Their spring water always has a very strange/awful taste. I've mentioned this to both the store and Poland Spring. This is not Poland Spring's issue despite what the store tries to say. This is a storage issue, either at the store or somewhere else before it arrives. When I mentioned my concern about the water's strange taste at the store, it appeared to be dismissed as an unimportant matter. If you go, DO NOT BUY WATER!

Never really busy easy in and out. Prices good on 3 day sales otherwise kind of pricey. Staff and service have gone down hill lately. All and though a pretty good experience.

This location us usually pretty nice. It's close and I enjoy shopping there. Less selection than Market Basket, but quality merchandise and nice employees. But they reinstated that stupid mask mandate that doesn't actually work. N95s or better work. The mask everyone is walking around doesn't, and therefore this requirement is useless, frustrating, and until it's lifted I'll drive the extra 10 minutes to Market Basket. Your customers don't want them. I go once or twice a week and until the signs went up about 30% of customers walking around didn't have them. It shows that people don't want them. You're losing business from it. Business you need since you've likely lost some from having inventory shortages (that all places are having by the way, it's not just you). Get rid of the mask mandates and make your customers happy!

My parents live around the corner and we intentionally drive past to go to better options in the area. The prices are middle of the road but the focus is clearly on the center isles rather than the borders (anyone familiar with that reference?). In short, the produce is very low quality and fewer options compared to Stop and Shop, Whole Foods, Roche Brothers, and even Target. If you’re just looking for pantry items, they’ll probably have it… just not the brand or size you wanted.

I love this Shaws! Spacious, clean, friendly, courteous staff and great selection of items I can no longer find at local supermarkets. I ordered a few things on line and picked my order up around 4:00 pm. I was happy to drive from Blackstone to Milford to buy the few items I needed before the next storm. I will definitely shop there again!

The grab and go service at this store has gotten so bad that I will not shop there anymore. It's just sad to me that customer service is so bad these days. The last 3 visits have been terrible. Nobody cares and it's painfully obvious. If you go in and shop, the shelves are half empty and the emplees all look and act miserable. 😔

My 3rd trip here in the last 4 months. Always disappointed!!Never any fresh roasted chickens. The pre cut fruit only a few packages left. Meat section, saw 3 packages of meat that had turned brown. I walked out and purchased nothing, for the 2nd time. I wont be returning again. Three strikes and you're out.

I only go to Shaws when I'm close and only need a few things. They are frequently out of many of the things I use. Their frozen food is almost empty STILL.

The sale prices are amazing and they have good deals on the app. It is difficult to locate items sometimes, especially the free items from the app because they move sale items to random end caps. Sale items are almost always out of stock if you don’t get there early, but if you get there too early, the signage for sale prices is often not on the shelf yet, so refer to the circular to confirm pricing. Their rainchecks are only valid for 1 month. Also double check your receipt. On almost every shopping trip, at least 1 price rings up wrong. They don’t comply with Massachusetts law when that happens. Customer service just refunds the difference. That’s not the refund policy of the law. Complaints to corporate go unanswered.Fish is not fresh and I am just turned off by the meat department.

I was buying myself 2 chicken wings, and unfortunately I didn’t have enough money to buy the chicken. The very kind workers named Ben and Kaila, helped me and paid for the chicken for me. They were very kind and I am forever thankful for their amazing act of kindness. Good people.

So we have come back to Shaws because now Shaws is cheaper than Big Y! If you sign up with Shaws app you can clip deals; earn rewards, get one free item per month from a list on the app., and lots more ways to save money! Took me a while to figure app out but worth it for the savings. I still go to Walmart for certain things that are so cheap no other store can beat their pricè but very happy grocery shopping at Shaws again!😉😁

I went to this Shaw’s for the first time today with my mom. Before we got in the door, there was a vitamin water display that said if you buy 5 or more of the dragonfruit flavor, which happens to be the one we wanted, it’s $0.69 each. Great price, right?We do the rest of our shopping, wait in line, and are told by the cashier that there is a limit of 2 of each flavor per customer, so unless she picks 2 of another flavor and 1 of a third flavor, we can’t have the sale price.We put it back because we only wanted the 1 flavor and it wasn’t worth it. It’s cheaper at Market Basket and Stop and Shop. While my mom went to the car, I asked for a manager who promptly told me that she’s going on break and essentially doesn’t care what I have to say. This manager, Annette, tells me that the store has the right to limit quantities, which I agree with, but unless you offer the same price given the sign did have a specific flavor, it’s a bait and switch. I suggested she put up an additional sign that says limit 2 and she told me that she wasn’t doing that and she would talk to the front. They misunderstood that she didn’t mean to really limit to 2 and she would allow me to get 5 if I wanted it, but she was on break and she would deal with it afterwards.Shaw’s is this really what you want facing customers and offering top notch customer service? I have worked in retail for many, many years and I would immediately be terminated if I, as a manager, dismissed a customer and said “I’m on break. I can’t do anything about it right now”. That is 100% unacceptable and the bait and switch trick is highly illegal.To anyone reading this, go to Market Basket or Stop and Shop, where management cares about customers and their experiences.

Man.... I have to redo to take stuff what I need without the cart. Meltdown! It's annoying when it happens again repeatedly.It's annoying when Shaw's employees take the cart away with my stuff in while I look for in lanes shortly repeatedly. Too many crowds in lane such as Shaw employers restock up so I left the cart and grab quickly but it's gone! 🤯😡😤🤬

Labor shortage in all it's glory. Boxes piled in aisles and empty shelves. Like a walk-in warehouse. I love Shaws; they work very hard. Sad to see them being the victim of our national economy.

I actually love this store, I know a lot of people in Milford don't and Shaw's/Star Market in general receives a lot of criticism from consumers but I like this store. We do our main shopping at Market Basket because of the prices, but this Shaw's is convenient, clean, the staff is friendly and even though they cannot touch Market Basket's prices, they do have better prices than Stop & Shop and Big Y. When they remodeled this store they made it very pleasant inside and it's fairly well organized for such a small store. The only criticisms that I'd offer are 1. Prices are too high even though they're lower than other major chains in town 2. Selection could be a little better 3. Hard to find help when shopping at night. I really like this store otherwise.

Just no. This is the closest grocery store to my home. It would be so convenient for me to pop in here for random items. It never fails that the line extends into the aisles. It looks like the day before Thanksgiving all. the. time.I am better off driving 10 minutes to another store, popping in and out and getting home than I am going to Shaw's.
