There so much I want to write right now but I’m gonna hold back a little and maybe adit my review late on, but for now, I want to make sure I express my gratitude for the team here at the Milford Perco and say that they’re Amazing.I called ahead asking for ferrets and was treated with so much kindness by Betsie and decided to come in to check out the ferret as she had. It turned out the were a bonded pair so I couldn’t bare to separate them and Bouth both of them.This team rocked the process and I left the sore knowing so much more about ferrets then I ever knew before.I’m so happy I felled them instead of anyone else.Thanks Betsie and you team.

It was good, clean. Employees were fairly rude, really don't care to be there. It's a job I get it.Place is so packed with merchandise you can't move. Not without knocking something over.If you know what your looking great.Good luck finding it.

I wish I could give a better review. I’ve been coming here for years and it has slowly declined. Went it to get some litter for my cat and there was only one employee visible who was working at 11 am. The selection in the store is great, but that does nothing if your customers can’t check out. I waited for someone to come for a few minutes and then decided to leave. I know losing Best Buy next door really shot you guys in the foot, but people will shop if you have people working there so customers can buy things. Unfortunately today, Target got my sale.

I got my bird food here.. which was fine.. but I couldn't buy any of the toys. There were wild birds in the store, who've pooped on all of the bird toys that are still on the shelf for sale. Pretty gross. Maybe someone should get the wild birds back outside.

The staff is wonderful in Milford, MA. The selection for cats is horrific! I always shopped at the Raynham, MA store when I worked there for 15 years, but I’m retired and live in Milford, MA now. You have such a limited supply of Tiki wet cat food that I have to shop elsewhere. Most of your wet cat food is only in one aisle, but in one side of one aisle only. Your Milford store lacks anything related to cats and is almost entirely for dogs.I’ve been shopping at PetSmart and using your occasional discount coupons there because you just have no selection.All of your Christmas treats and clothing (which I don’t care about) is all about dogs, not cats. I don’t want to wait in a long line during the holidays and see each aisle as I walk to th le register with dog clothes and treats and beds, etc, but nothing for cats.Sorry to be so negative, but it’s a terrible store to shop for if you own a cat. It should really just be for dogs.

The small animal cages were very clean at this location and the staff were very helpful. One of the female staff helped me shop since I have a hard time doing so with my forearm crutches. They also price matched the crickets I bought to pet smarts price. One of the cleanest and friendliest petcos I've been too. The workers seem to really care about the animals here and are knowledgable on proper care.

Love me some Petco mates!! Have two pups and this is their favorite spot, to be honest my 2 year old son may enjoy it more than the dogs 😂 This location is great, extremely friendly staff, awesome selection, and they are doing an awesome job complying to covid safety. Highly recommended.

I came here with a friend to get bird food and on our way we stopped to look at this gorgeous Jackson's Chameleon. The gentlemen, whom I believe was named Sean, was very kind and knowledgeable. He explained to us the activity levels and care levels that come with each of the lizards that they had for adoption. He explained to us which lizards would be the best to give us the experience we need to take care of the Jackson's Chameleon or a Bearded Dragon, which he also saw me take an interest in. Overall, I left the store informed and ready to research more into adopting a lizard!

A few months back I purchased one of the buckets of Petco cat litter. Upon my purchase I was told that I could come and refill it for $13ish dollars. Almost every time I go to refill the cashier gives me a hard time because mine has a purple top. When I say a hard time I really mean Unneeded attitude. The day I made my original purchase only purple top ones were available. I have spoken to supervisors and they say I'm fine. Can you please all get on the same page??? It is not good customer service

We have been bringing our dogs to Petco for nail trimming and other needs for years. We are very happy with their customer service. One person went out of her way to help me fit a harness on our newest family member.

I have been taking my dog to be groomed by Deb and I have nothing but amazing things to say about her! My dog comes out looking perfect every time, she says he always behaves (which he doesn't do for just anyone). She always triple checks and clarifies what I want, and she listens and does perfect. Highly recommend Deb for grooming- we love her!

They’re not welcoming at all. All people working gave me side glares and Beth didn’t bother to say hi to me when I said hi to her and gave her a brief smile. I was met with a straight face and felt the complete opposite of welcomed. I wanted to take a look at the animals but I felt uncomfortable. Considering she’s a manager, I found it quite unprofessional.

I’ve been bringing my dogs here for grooming for the past 3 years and Katerina is amazing and so great with my pups.The only negative experience I’ve ever had was today when checking out. There was younger girl behind a register that was asking for help from the worker that was checking me out today, and the person behind the register that I was at was being very rude to her coworker who was genuinely asking a question and asking for help. Not only did it seem that she was belittling her, but in front of customers and it was very uncomfortable. I truly felt bad for the girl asking for help

Great people,...very helpful customer service!I wish I had thought to get their names!Late afternoon on 7/29 I was looking to purchase a good clipper set for my dog (who has an extremely thick coat & was with me)When I asked the girl about them, she offered to go get one of the groomers for professional advice.A very knowledgeable & kind groomer then came over & answered all my questions, gave us her recommendation on which models would work best, & also answered a few questions I had about ear hygiene.These two young ladies are a fabulous example of what customer service SHOULD look like everywhere! 👍

at night, this store is run by a bunch of high schoolers (one of which was actually really nice and offered to help us fit a harness on our puppy). after being told on the phone they could process a refund, they told me in store it had been over 30 days (the person on the phone said it had been exactly 30 days so i rushed there to return it tonight) and i would need to call customer service. i got home and, infuriated, called customer service who told me they can’t help with in store purchases. i will literally never shop from petco again, nor will anyone in my animal loving family!

Tracey in grooming sold me on vital care and I think it will be an excellent service moving forward! I love how friendly the staff is here, overall an excellent shopping experience and I will definitely be back!

Went here to purchase some fish and the salesman that was helping us informed us that we needed a 10 gallon tank so we got one. Went back today to get the fish and said he wouldn’t sell them to us because he said we now needed a 20 gallon tank for the same fish he said we needed a 10 gallon tank for yesterday. Not sure what the issue was, maybe he was emotionally attached to the fish. Went to pet supply plus down the street, super easy and friendly customer service.

As my gripe 4 months ago about them adding 2.50 on my grooming bill for materials as a sneaky way to raise price, it wasnt long after they doubled that to 5.00. 5.00 yo pay materials is just a rip off.They also changed rewards to give you less and in my opinion Petco is not what it used to be at all. I would ho elsewhere except as I said in previous report:Tracy is a great caring groomer.and my little guy likes her so for now I will stay.

The staff was lovely. Their youthful interest in helping is refreshing. When the size I had ordered was too big and the database didn’t show the size I needed, the clerk assisting me went searching right away and found it! He helped me try it on my puppy and was so sweet to him. Even staff that wasn’t helping was near by and kind. It was a great experience - I trust the petco products and know my puppy enjoys visiting!

My son and I went to get some fish for his first tank. Your outstanding employee, Shawn (not sure of spelling), assisted us and he was AMAZING. So patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and didn't try to oversell us a bunch of extra stuff. Was so kind with my son when he was choosing his fish. I really cant thank Shawn enough for making this such an easy and pleasant experience!

Process super easy and fast. Liam at the Milford store had a wonderful disposition and made me feel like he truly valued me as a customer - he provided all around great customer service! There were several people picking up curbside at the time that I arrived and yet, my call was answered immediately and within less than 5 minutes I was on my way (I think Liam was out in like 2 minutes). It was great!

Meh.....I have no spark for this location. Their all too busy to help anyone. I roam around until I find what I'm looking for. I but it and leave. Not much interaction. There is one associate, maybe a asst mgr, lives in CT maybe? Makes the long drive every schedule? SHE was very very nice and actually spoke to me with normal human interest. I liked her.
