When I walked into the Natural Dog in Middleton, MA I was enthusiastically greeted by Gina! I had expressed my interest in feeding raw but told her I had no idea where to even start? Gina was extremely knowledgeable about feeding raw and how to provide a nutritionally balanced diet along with answering the many questions we had about switching from kibble to raw. Leaving there that night I felt I had just taken a class on how to feed raw learning so much about the benefits it brings to our pets with the amount of information that I was given. Gina presented me with a bunch of different options on where to start and made sure I was not overwhelmed but instead informed...Gina was even so kind as to give us samples to take home for our dog to try out ahead of making a big purchase to see what worked best for him, she genuinely cared for our boy. What was supposed to be a quick browse before heading home turned into a loyal returning customer and a new found love for feeding a raw diet! My dog is not only happy as can be with his new food but is healthy and full of life! I cannot say enough positive things about Gina and her knowledge/passion for animal nutrition and because of her our dog Vinny is thriving/ living his best life! I would (and have) recommend Gina to ANYBODY who is looking to make their companion happy, healthy & full of life!

Rosie and Gina just made my head stop spinning and I feel like I finally have the proper food for my girl. They spent almost 30 mins talking thru products with me and asking/answering questions. Honestly, more thorough than my vet! They have so much product knowledge and you can tell they genuinely love dogs and want what’s best for them. I’m very excited for our new healthier diet and I know my Piper will be too!

We love the Natural Dog in Middleton! Rosie is the sweetest. Gina is SO knowledgeable about all the food they carry and doggy nutrition. I’m happy we’ve found them. The treats are high quality and my dog says they’re delicious. They offer fun classes, like the fused glass pet portrait.

Gina was so helpful and knowledgeable when I decided to switch my 2 jack russell dogs to a raw diet. This woman knows her stuff and I highly recommend going into the Middleton location. I feel so educated about the all the products and I am looking forward to working with Gina on a nutrition plan for my little fur babies. All of there produts have been working great for my dogs. So if you haven't gone to check out the natural dog in Middleton I strongly recommend that you do you don't know what you are missing and Go see Gina

Gina was absolutely wonderful! She helped me trouble shoot my Golden Retriever’s acute diarrhea. In addition, she was educating me on the benefits of a raw food diet for my dogs. I could have talked with her for hours. I can’t wait, she is hosting a workshop soon sharing more wonderful information about our canine friends.

I went into the Natural Dog for some anti-itch paw spray and was met with more help than I could've asked for. Their dog nutritionist Gina helped me switch my dogs food to a raw diet and he's never been happier and healthier! His coat is shinier, he doesn't lick his paws anymore and the ear scratching has stopped!

Our 10-year-old Frenchie female has always been on a hypoallergenic diet and is an extremely picky eater. She started to have some serious health issues and after a visit to a nearby ER, the prognosis wasn’t good. However, we decided to not lose hope and began a conservative treatment regimen. She started to show signs of improvement, but she still was refusing to eat. As a last ditch effort, I stopped by The Natural Dog to see if they could help. I first was greeted by Rosie, who was so friendly and inviting. I explained our situation and that our girl really liked salmon. Rosie walked me around to show me all of their salmon options, which are high quality with minimal, natural ingredients. Then I met with Gina who went into greater depth of the nutrition behind the products and gave me additional recommendations for supplements to consider. She then suggested we try a raw diet and was so kind to give some samples for our picky girl. I was willing to do anything to get her to eat. She assured me that they stand behind their products and would accept any back if they are not well received. When I got home, I put a few of the products in front of her right away and could not believe it when she suddenly gobbled up two of them! I immediately called to let Gina know and plan to pick up more right away. Gina was so comforting, giving me a pep talk and motivating me to not lose hope. Our pets are like our children, and while the time to say goodbye sadly eventually comes for each of our furbabies, there is nothing many of us wouldn’t do to ensure we fight for their chance to survive. While we aren’t quite out of the woods yet, I am so beyond grateful to Gina, Rosie, and The Natural Dog for helping us give our little girl a fighting chance. Thank you!

Store employees are true animal lovers. They donate to animal charities and are active in fun pet events. They are super helpful when I need help finding something and try to find good deals at the checkout. The cashier even gave free samples of food toppers after I told her how picky my cats are!

I HIGHLY recommend this absolute GEM of a spot for the furbabies and their families.Our Min Pin Roman was on a food strike against his long time kibble food. He has a very sensitive system and several allergies. With patience, love and attention to detail Gina took the much needed time to find a food that he both loved and could be his healthiest self on! I could not help but write a review on my visit to the Natural Dog in Middleton MAComet my 10 year old dog refused to eat his food. I tried EVERYTHING to please his palette. I had given up until my Vet suggested I visit the Natural Dog in Middleton. Gina who works at the store was BEYOND helpful with suggesting a Raw Diet for Comet. She answered all of the questions and concerns that I hadGina explained to me FULLY why my dog should be on the particular dog food she suggested. I was so thankful that Gina took the time with me and was very concerned about my dogs well being. The Natural Dog store is immaculateIn terms of cleanliness and customer pleasing.You could eat off the floor at this establishmentseriously.I got home. I fed Comet his new food and he gobbled it up. Our worries of him losing more weight were No More. I also could not believe the next day Gina texted me to see how Comet was doing. Unbelievable Customer Service who does that?? There is no other dog store that even compares to this one. The employees (Gina, Rosie, Danny in Danvers, and others) go so far above and beyond for my dog Rocco that it actually shocks me. Today, when asking about Rocco’s meal plan, Gina pulled out a folder specifically made for Rocco. It has all his test results, allergies (so many I can’t keep up with), and any history relevant to him. No other dog store has ever gone to those lengths for my dog and I. That speaks volumes about who they are as a business and their character as individuals. That’s the only type of store and people I want by me and Rocco’s side, and the only dog store I’ll continue to support with my money. Your money goes so much further than in their pockets like all the others. They’ve set themselves apart from their competitors in a way that’s not seen much anymore. It goes back to you and your favorite animal. Thank you Natural Dog and Gina, for your services, expertise, and most importantly, your compassion and commitment. If you treat your dog like part of the family this place is for you!! We feed raw food and they have the BEST prices around for a premixed tube of meat/organ/bone through a local butcher. They are so knowledgeable and helpful. Whenever we ask questions we end up leaving with a couple samples to try new products.
