One of the worse customer service! I had a good Rx coupon for an over the counter med, when I went to pay the cashier would not even take the time to put the code, I kept explaining that what I was purchasing was an over the counter medication, only to have another cashier come by to say the same thing. They would not even take the time to even try it, their rudeness took me aback, but why should I be surprised when Customer service in Lawrence, Methuen is absolutely non-existent!!!But when I went to “ANDOVER”, the treatment, the customer service was absolutely what we need!!Employers of Lawrence and Methuen, make an investment in training your employees in customer service!

I have called the pharmacy a day prior to order my migraine meds. I went through the drive thru earlier afternoon and my meds weren't ready yet. they asked me to come back around 3pm. I went back at 6pm and there was a car in front of me so I waited about 20mins, the car didn't move so I called the pharmacy directly to ask about the time frame for the wait. they told me to wait a minute, so I did. costumer in front moved so I was able to proceed. the same pharmacy tech lady that I spoke earlier in the afternoon and told me to come back said to me that my meds weren't ready again and that I needed to wait twenty minutes. so I wait a few minutes and a male manager came to the window to tell me that I should not wait in the drive thru because other people will be waiting. I told him that I waited for someone else that was in front of me earlier for more than 20mins and they did not move or were told to move. I moved and came back after 20 minutes and they now tell me that the automatic sliding door where they place the medication was not working and that I needed to go inside. I was not feeling well, I was not okay to walk inside and went home without my medication. Worst costumer service. Will now switch to another pharmacy.

Came here for an 11:15 shot appointment, we arrived on time and still we've been waiting for close to an hour. They seem to be understaffed and I get it, but an hour is way too long to wait for an appointment that we were present for.Don't come if you have things to do later, you will be late.

Had an appointment for a shot at 4:00, as of writing this it's now 4:40 and have yet to recieve the shot. Completely unacceptable scheduling.Ended up taking a full hour. Many of the staff members were not wearing masks correctly (including the person giving the vaccinations). Very, very unprofessional overall from start to finish. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Lack of employees! I go at least 2 times a weeks on different times, thinking could be better but no! I used the Fedex services to pick packages and the wait sometimes is up to 20 minutes. The only person that you see in the floor is the cashier. Today, I asked to an employee if she can help me and she said; “I’m not working and then I said “can you please call someone who can help me out here? she replied “ ask the cashier in the front” I mean, they are a bunch of kids running a business even the manager looks so young and does not care about what the others employees are doing. I prefer to go to CVS too bad that they don’t have the fedex services.

I'm having a VERY BAD time with their photo department. I web ordered a calendar for my mother's birthday and another for my sister. They printed one, alerted me my order was complete. But the printer was down for the larger calendar. I paid for the partial order. They didn't attempt to print or contact me about the second calendar. I returned a few days later and a manager informed me that I had to re-place the web order due to their inaction. So I placed the order again, I'm gonna try to pick it up today, and if Walgreen's is reading this, don't try to charge me. I have all the appropriate documentation of paying for a complete order that I haven't received.

WORST EXPERIENCE IN A RETAIL STORE IN MY LIFE. Went to walgreens on a whim, I usually shop at CVS but i figured i'd run in here this time. Grabbed some nail polish and went to the counter, no one was around. had to wait a minute for an employee to come ring me up, but no biggie, i was a cashier once too so i never get upset at those who work in retail, always pleasant. Guy who rang me up looked like the manager, he had a nice vest on different than the other employees. He rang up my nail polish, and mentioned that if i had a walgreens card, i can get these at a discounted price. I told him i didn't have a walgreens card, and politely said i wasn't interested in getting one ( since i always go to cvs instead and never ever come here). He said "if you don't have the card you can't get discounted price". Then i said "that's okay" nicely. Then he rudely said "It is NOT OKAY." I was stunned. I again politely declined. He then DEMANDED i give him my phone number to see if I had one in the system, and i said again that i knew i didn't have one. He then raised his voice again screaming "GIVE ME YOUR PHONE NUMBER." Again, i said no thanks. Finally he yelled "Give it to me NOW". I was absolutely shocked. His tone was so harsh, like i was forbidden to leave the store before signing up for a walgreens card. I was totally polite, but he was pushy and demanding, he actually scared me a little. I finally looked him straight in the eye and said "NO". I actually felt SCARED. Almost like he was threatening me!! I know that may sound silly - but his tone of voice was that hard and loud! I've never felt so pressured into doing something, never ever felt scared to purchase nail polish. The guy in line behind me told the guy to back off, i was actually happy someone notified to intervene. Happy i stuck up for myself though.... why did he demand i get one? Most cashiers ask if they are interested in signing up for their store card and once the customer declines, they back off and continue the transaction. But this guy refused to take my payment until i provided him my information, continuing to YELL at me. what kind of manager does that to a happy paying customer? was it so bad i wanted to purchase things full price? I was so scared of him i almost just left the nail polish on the counter and left the store. He looked so angry at me, not sure if he thought i was some stupid young girl. I'm 23, and have worked in retail when i was younger for 8 years as a cashier through school, and we would never EVER speak to a customer or anyone that way- especially when they were nice and polite through the whole thing. Absolutely disgusting behavior, never going this Walgreens or any one of their stores again.

everyone is nice, but i've been there numerous times where my prescription was either lost or forgotten. they don't fill scripts when it is sent via fax or a refill is requested thru their app. also, very slow.

Terrible customer service. I went to return some gifts my kids got double of and I didnt have receipt for some stuff, had an old receipt and a valid receipt and thw manager was very rude wouldnt process any credit for he wouldnt even accept the valid receipt I had. Claiming he never saw the items,( thwy had their sticker right on them) I called a walgreens up the street and they said store credit for items without receipt. I called corporate and complained as inconsistency is unacceptable and to be that rude to a customer , the man shouldnt be a manager. i will never go back there , losing business for poor attitude and not adhering to policy. Find another walgreens this ones horrible-

My mother has gone to pick up her prescriptions and they are never complete. They either give her 5 and tell her to come back or theres always missing amounts from the pill bottle. They supposedly give her the correct amount and when she gets home, she counts them and shes missing pills. So she calls the pharmacy and complains but it keeps happening. My mother has tried to count them at the pharmacy herself because shes tired of this situation but the pharmacist had the audacity to tell my mother she couldn't count them at Walgreens because they’ve counted them already. Ya right. My mothers is just planning to switch pharmacies shes fed up.

Since they changed from Rite Aid , the pharmacy has gone downhill . Lack of caring , service , and worst of all respect . If you are going to suck so bad at least be nice while doing it . Filing complaints at all levels . Would hate to have someone go through the hassle we have just to try to stay healthy .

I love my wall greens on Jackson Street in Methuen they’re amazing The pharmacist is impeccable I love them they’re on top of things they explain everything and I understand everything that they explain to me to my mom she loves them because they’re never late with her medication they’ll send me a text oh my God I love them they’re the pharmacist in Walgreens Methuen on Jackson Street I love these guys they’re so professional so awesome I can keep going and the new employee their very polite very professional making sure he got He make sure right medication for my mom and me♥️🙏🏽

I love this walgreens! Clean parking lot, great customer service, and convenient location. I neber have am issue with the staff and they are always willing to help me. Drive thru pharmacy is extremely helpful and convenient as well.

the items are usually fairly priced. the cvs card doesnt really help you save much, and i dont think they have rewards. the restroom is for employees only 😫
