Terry did a great job with my pup.. he smelled great and looked great. Shes fast and nice. He comes home with a festive handkerchief every timeHad to come back and edit.. the last time I took him I forgot to mention he has a growth in his back and she nicked him which wouldn't have been an issue if she had informed me it happened. She sent him home with me bleeding and didn't say a word about it. Unacceptable

I have been going to Terry for 14 + years.She does an AMAZING job. I have never had one complaint about the job she does on the 3 dogs we have brought to her. I know first hand that handling animals is a difficult job.My small dog is not very brave when anything is done to him,(I would even say difficult) however Terry seems to handle him like a pro.She is kind, personable, attentive to any issue she sees, and very skilled.With that said I feel like I should defend her based on negative reviews during this unprecedented time.Anyone in the animal industry has seem first hand how this pandemic has affected ALL businesses involving animals. Whether it is a primary vet, emergency hospital, groomer, breeder, etc….There is a huge influx in pets since Covid started. It has been overwhelming on all of the workers in this field.There are not enough vets/hospitals even to handle this.Terry has handled this pandemic in a very professional manner considering she is a very small business.Anyone that faults her for not being able to accommodate them needs to understand that she is not the only one.Bravo to her for sticking through this crazy time.We are all lucky that she was able to come back from this and still be here to make all the clients she has beautiful. (With a smile on her face.)We love Terry and wouldn’t bring our pets to anyone else!

If I could give this place *ZERO* stars, I would!!!After looking for someplace to get my kitties' nails trimmed, I *thought* I found a great place. Boy, was I WRONG! Their website clearly states that walk-in nail trims were available during regular business hours. I pack up my cats (which is traumatic for most cats) and headed over 2 hrs before they closed. I get there and am told that they aren't able to do it, the other person already went home. Supposedly there has to be 2 people available to do a quick nail trim on 2 cats. With "40 years of experience", this shouldn't be a 2 person job.Oh.... *AND* I needed to call ahead! Doesn't "walk-in" mean that I don't need to call ahead?

I have brought my dog Baby for six years. After 2 weeks he started limping and had the runs. I brought him to the hospital. He somehow got a clean cut in between his right front paw. I was shocked because he doesn't go outside. Baby is an indoor dog and has a dog litter box. The vet told me he had an infection in his digestive system due to licking the cut. I called the groomer to discuss my concerns and now she won't see him again. Like if six years meant nothing. I thought we had a relationship and I could bring it to her attention. Boy was I wrong. I am very disappointed.

Fantastic. My cat is not a lap cat. She can be unruly. Inspite of her aggressive manner they were able to do a great job clipping her nails.

No one answers the phone or returns voicemail messages.. walked over with my dog during the weekend because the website says walk-ins welcome with business hours and no one answered the door either.
