Very limited space to move. Difficult to get around other people. Set up is similar to Stratam, NH, except the entrance/exit doors are backwards from all other Market Baskets I have visited. Selection is okay, though the 🍨 ice-cream section is picked through. Limited selection of frozen and refrigerated goods.RedBOX BOX and glass/plastic recycling machine available.My friend and son thought it was okay. My son was disappointed that they don't serve pizza.Good service.

Went in tonight for a quick trip. The floor when you first walk in was filthy. Most of the carriages had left over bags,wipes and other left overs. The clientele...wow

This Methuen location is the worst store with some of the most inconsiderate people (both customers and workers). The aisles are so narrow that you can't have someone with a cart and someone walking with a basket pass by each other. Some workers often don't try to get out of your way (which I do understand to a degree because they are pressed for time when it's busy). Outside vendors almost never get out of your way. Other customers sometimes completely ignore you and the fact that you're stuck behind them. BUT NOT ALL WORKERS AND NOT ALL CUSTOMERS. I need to make it clear that not everyone is like this because a lot of customers realize that we're all in this dump together and we need to cooperate.This store has the worst selection of products in their chain. Their slogan "more for your dollar" only applies if you're buying their inferior store brand items, otherwise almost everything else is similar in price to other stores, sometimes even more expensive, except for sales items which other stores always beat.Once I had an argument with a cashier and bagger, and then a Front End Manager, over pricing of an item that scanned much higher than the tag on the shelf. The bagger told me "the sale ended long ago, dude". I didn't know anything about a sale, I just wanted the items for the price shown on the shelf. The Front End person came and scanned it at a different machine and declared this to be the correct price (of course every scanner is going to show that same price!). I offered to go take a picture of the shelf but it was close to closing time and they didn't want me to take any more time. But since I was holding up the line, eventually a higher-up manager noticed and came, went to the check the tag on the shelf, and returned to say that I should indeed be charged the price shown on the shelf, not what was being scanned (there are signs posted at every checkout about a Massachusetts law about getting the item free or something when the scanned price is higher than the tag price, but I was satisfied just paying the price I expected to pay from the beginning).

Worst market basket ever! Small, no room to move and dirty. But my biggest complaint is the staff(mainly the kids they have working at the registers). They are completely rude. No one ever greets you, they are too busy talking to co-workers. I had one today that literally did not speak a single word to me. Didn't even tell me how much I owed. I can't stand these ignorant kids working there. Apparently the managers don't care. Mind yo, I try to never go there but have to sometimes because it's the closest to me when I'm desperate. But DON'T go there if you don't need to.

Prices r outrageous! But the one thing that drives me nuts at this location is how the cashiers start running the next customers groceries thru while I'm trying to put my change back in my wallet/purse and the baggers have not even finished bagging my items yet the next customers items start mixing in with mine! This happens every time I go shopping there! 🤷‍♀️😝 It's rather frustrating I must say!!! 😡

I love this market basket so much. Tonight was a different story. It was like a Sunday in there and one of the employees told me that it was because of the cold weather coming in and that everyone in MA got their extra food stamps today!! While I waited in a line going down the isle in line. Manager came on the speaker calling for all register plus all front of the line worker's. I waited in line for about 20minutes only to get to my car and realize that all of my bags were way off over packed and then started seeing lite weight groceries being ruined by heavy items...like fresh fruit w/heavy canned soups bla bla bla. I didn't see one smiling or relaxed customer in line to check out!! So disappointed in my favorite market basket. Hope that they will do something for when the market gets packed like tonight. Especially if they know that it's going to happen! I literally got the last package of ground hamburger

For some reason they never have anyone in the meat area old enough to cut the meats when you need customer service.we asked three different employees and each and one of them had attitude.since when it became illegal to smile and be professional at your job no type of courtesy with these kids.whoever is the manager needs to hire adults because obviously these kids can't do thier job without having an attitude.

I no longer drive so rely on Instacart for grocery deliveries and usually use Market Basket. For my last 2 orders they have sent my shoppers to this MB and both times about half the items I needed (9 or 10) were not available. I have 3 huge, well-stocked MBs that are closer to me, but Instacart says I cannot specify which location to use --or which NOT to use. This is a disaster!Planning to cancel my Instacart account.

It gets 5 stars because the prices are the lowest in the area, and on top of that, they treat their employees very well. I am very impressed with the company. Customer service is excellent as well. I will say that this location is smaller than others I've been to, and, therefore has a smaller selection. The size is obvious just driving by, but I had hoped it would magically be bigger than it looked. It is not. It seemed less crowded than other locations at a similar time of day, so that was a big plus. I will definitely keep this location in mind for when I have to pick things up at a peak time. Another feature I do really like is that regardless of which location I go to, items are set up in a similar order. This is useful, because I make my shopping list in the order of the store's layout, to prevent backtracking.

The best selection and best prices for all your grocery needs. The produce is always fresh and the meats and fish are top quality.You can also find a large selection of organic foods here. The staff are the friendliest you will find anywhere, they proudly show their length of service on their name tags. This place beats most any other grocery store hands down.

Staff is friendly but this is the worst market basket I've been to. Always out of normal things other market baskets have . Dirty unorganized produce and seafood awful. Went by there today had a price for lobster at $11 a pound one lobster in the tank seafood/fish is prepackaged from some place else looked a week old.

Good prices and wonderful staff. These stores are so popular, though, that they're always super crowded and hard to maneuver with a cart. I like that I can have my groceries packed in a box versus bags for much easier transport into the house

Always been a very great location to go shopping employees for deli are very polite and very helpful never have anything to complain about Bobby Joe overall great worker very kind and polite as well as employee Maya very kind this employee likes to make the customer smile overall most of these employees at this location are very polite and helpful I enjoying going here intentionally to see one of the employees at deli as well as when I go I always say hi to Bobby Joe I had met Maye for the first time check out very good work effort and always has a smile on I’ve seen her before but this was the first time I’ve actually ever went down her aisle for check out very polite glad to come to this location to do shopping for my mother I am an outside member of town I live in Littleton but I do come to this location often and will continue to do so thank you for all your work effort and keep up the good work if managers receive this message keep in mind that you have employees at that location that should be recognized as good work effort
