This is a decent Dollar Tree. They had a lot of stock out in the aisles, and were liw on drinks. This might have been because of the Christmas season.There is plenty of parking.They have public restrooms.

This Dollar Tree has just been remodeled and has become a bigger and brighter store. They still carry the usual items, but with the isles wider, it is easier to shop the store. Right now, they are covering three holidays, Valentines Day, St. Patrick's Day and Easter. Decorations for these holidays have filled the seasonal isles. I found everything I needed for this trip and a few extras. Their are 4 stores in my area and I will visit one almost every week.

Absolutely the dirtiest story I've ever been in. One employee working and a storeful of customers. Every isle had merchandise and trash all over the floor. It was disgusting.

Not a good experience today. The people who work there seem to be miserable (with the exception of the lady stockingthe shelves because she was nice). Hattie was extremely rude. The manager was no better. I've never experienced such behavior at a Dollar Tree and I've been to many throughout the US. We will definitely be go to a different one for now on.

If want something and they have it gr8.It's not a Dollar store anymore. Everything is 1.25 now plus tax in Mass. Oh yea.05 for a bag. Unless u use self checkout

Nothing is ever perfect but customers need to play thier. Part aswell cause we be at the register and can’t get to everything on time but im courteous to costumers and try to do my best even with the annoying ones we do what we can and keep smiling please don’t jugde we don’t have enough helpers sometimes blessings and much love to all our costumers please be considerate ❤️

Linda was extremely rude to me for absolutely no reason, and from what I see in previous reviews she acts this way to anyone who’s not white. She’s has a name tag that states she’s been there since 2000. I wasn’t sure if she was just miserable because of that, but after reading the previous reviews looks like she’s just a racist old white lady. She needs to be removed from dealing with customers asap.

I love the prices, obviously, but you can get so much for so little! Everything was clean and organized. The dollar tree in Methuen is 10X nicer than many other dollar trees I have seen.

This is my favorite dollar store!! It has a great variety of things!! I've never been treated with attitude!! I recommend this store!! Thank you to the employees

This is the second time the employee locked the door before 9. This time at 8:46pm but this time this older woman (who should be ashamed of herself saw me and my husband jogging to door but had 15min to grab one item and drove over a half hr to get here in time and SHE RAN AND PROCEEDED TO LOCK THE ENTRANCE WHILE LOOKING US KNOWING IT WASN'T CLOSED. THERE ARE SERIOUSLY SEVERAL PEOPLE WHO WOULD WORK AND NOT TREAT ANY CUSTOMERS THIS WAY.I NEVER COMPLAIN BUT ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. I OWN MY OWN BUSINESS AND WOULDN'T TREAT ANYONE WHO SPENDS THERE MONEY ETC

Manager or employee what ever she was very rude !Im not sure if it was a racial thing or what but i felt very uncomfortable after she spoke to me at a certain tone at the register. I ignored what she said and than she yelled at me if i can put the basket all the way in the front of the store. So i left everything behind because i’m not going to let anyone speak to me. Her customer service was horrible ! and i will never in my life step foot in there for as long as she’s working there.

My wife and I wrnt to this location for valentine cards. We couldn't believe the horrible condition of the store. Bare shelves, boxes all over(a safety Hazzard), and when checking out only 1 register open with 12 people in line. The lady in front of us had to cancel her order so the manager was called. Linda came out of her office to cancel it, and finally opened another register. So there you have it. A dirty store, no merchandise, below horrible service. STEER CLEAR.

Enjoy this store, has been expanded, now alot of things to possibly purchase, food, cards, kitchen things, cleaning supplies, seasonal decorations, etc. Love this store.

I want happy when they first moved in. Turns out I've spent a lot of money here because it's great to have cheap stuff for a toddler that is seasonal and why spend $6.99 on greeting cards from Hallmark when you can spend $1 here?

Woman with short brown hair was horrific and rude completely embarrassed me in front of tons of customers my 4 yr old daughter who is autistic put some things in the carriage that I did t want I sneakily put them to the side so she wouldn’t see and get upset this employee comes takes the things throws them back In my carriage it was embarrassing so I just left up and her attitude was absolutely disgusting the look she gave me and the tone she used with me was awful needless to say I will never return to this dollar tree you don’t treat your customers this way ever!

This cashier named linda was sooooo rude to.me I just had a question about balloons she didnt even let me finish my question she kept cutting me off and was extremely rude first time I had something like this happen to me. Unbelievable

Be very careful going in to this dollar tree the manager was very rude when I ask to bag my own grocery do to her not having the proper PROTECTIVE wear for corvid19 she has no face mask or gloves and got upset cause I wanted to be safe at a time like this so just b careful and everyone try to stay safe
