Dollar Tree has always had good prices and good selection. However this store is disgusting. It looks like the day after Christmas, and no one seemed to care. There were 6 kids running around SCREAMING, and throwing things at each other......Very very disappointed

A usual haunt of mine. I'm beginning to realize that if I like or know I need a certain item from Dollar Tree, I should get it when I see it. They had kitty litter deodorizer made by Fresh Step. I purchased one package, and it worked great. Now, none of my local Dollar Tree's have it. They seem to be carrying more popular items these days. If you use Tide clothes washing detergent, and you want to try a new product, Dollar Tree sells small versions of their detergent you can buy without spending big dollars for a full size. I'm always in the stores in my area stores about once a week.

If it was possible to give the store zero stars I would. This is the messiest Dollar Tree I have ever seen. Suff everywhere, stock not put away, bare shelves stuff thrown everywhere. Sales people do not care, they do not greet or thank you. During one visit in time they had no bags so they put my items in a trash bag.

A disorganized mess. Lots of completely empty shelves and sections. Haven't been here for several months, but it was like this then too. I have never made a worthwhile trip here. This city has 3 dollar trees and they are all a disgrace. Dirty with rusted stained shelves, and the filthy floors.

Manager is very unprofessional (Heather) expects everything and everyone to run how she wants them to run. She takes as much vacations as she wants. Doesn’t know how to approach Certain nationalities customers with good customer service. Always has a attitude. Store always a mess doesn’t know how to run a business. Restrooms smell and look horrible. Etc... this store needs a health inspector and more 🤦🏻‍♀️

There was one person doing the register with a lot of customers waiting. She did an amazing job! The other cashier came out to help her and his mask 😷 was jot even on correctly!!

I wish I could give 0 stars. It’s 6:45 and all the doors are locked and no one is in there. I’ve called multiple times and it has not gone through. There have been at least 15 people, myself included, who have tried to get in. What the heck!

I frequent this Dollar Tree just to see what they have. They are usually well stocked and it's fun to pick up decor, crafts, or candy. It is a dollar store, nothing fancy, so only 4 stars.

Spend over 100 dollars at the Dollar store. Manager says I have to carry everything out. He says it's company policy that the carts cannot leave the store. I can't take their carts to my car, parked across the lot mind you. He says "Pull into the Fire Lane and I'll help you load". So you want me to break the law and block the fire department in order to comply with your company policy?!Forget this low end store, I'll shop somewhere else.

My favorite dollar store to go to. Heather the manager is extremely friendly along with all of the staff. I prefer this dollar tree out of the others around because it’s big and has a lot to choose from.

This particular location (route 28 in Methuen) is the most disorganized, messiest store. Does not matter if you're the first customer of the day, or last one at night. The isles are always a disaster with merchandise on the floor. I understand that customers can be very rude, disrespectful and let their kids run wild. However, I don't feel that's an excuse to let a store get as bad as this one seems to always be.

Dirty, messy, and not organized shelves. Workers are lazy and won't clean up or make it neat there. Worst Dollar Tree I've been to.The workers just stand around doing nothing.

The employees where nice. But the place was a bit messy. I used to work at one so I do know 1st hand, how fast it happens and why. But it's an awesome store!!!!

This store was a disaster. Aisles a mess and nothing where it belonged. The line was ridiculously long but other workers were aimlessly roaming the store. I definitely do NOT recommend shopping at this location.

This is the BEST Dollar tree, always stocked and staff so friendly. Believe me, I'm a fanatic of the chain but Methuen kicks everyone else to shame.

This is the most disgusting Dollar Tree I've ever been into. There's trash everything, things all over the floor, it's just a mess. The employees would rather talk than check you out, or clean the store. Avoid this one.

This store is one of the worst I have seen. It’s staff is unprofessional and store is dirty, items are found on floor and it’s inventory is under stocked. It’s a shame!!!!

Dollar Tree is one of my favorite stores, but before it was a pleasure to be in the store, but about a year ago the store has changed a lot because now it is very disorganized, dirty and one does not find things because of the disorder.
