The pharmacy assistant working early this afternoon 11/26/21 could not be bothered with anything. I had a few questions, she clearly didn’t want to answer them, blew me off, and made it seem as though my questions were a waste of her time. Before I could wrap up she said over my head- next! Clearly, she couldn’t wait to get my out of her way fast enough- and she didn’t even answer my questions. I was probably in like for 1-2 minutes, it wasn’t even though I had many questions. Completely rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone, specially because of the pharmacy tech that was working today. I’m young and can look up the questions online, is this how you would also treat an older person? She should not be in that position. Extremely, extremely unprofessional.

Similar to another review, I’ve had the same two people every time I go there. They’re nice, professional and courteous. Once they didn’t give me enough of a certain medicine that I was supposed to get. I brought it back over a month later (after I realized it) and they fixed it there on the spot with no hassle.

This is an amended review: after several challenging experiences here, I was able to speak with the pharmacist and finally work things out. I'm hopeful for a much better patient - pharmacist relationship from now on. Thank you for taking my concerns seriously.

Terrible terrible customer service. Sat on hold for 25 min just to be hung up on. No one ever came to phone asking how they could help me. Just pick up. Click. Total waste of my time. Go anywhere but here

There is no reason to start going here long term. Pharmacies start as A+, now it’s lying, bad CS due to lack of experience and help. I have been LIED to about life or death medications, orders, etc. I was treated very well in the beginning, a few months ago. What goes around, comes back around, right?

This is my favorite place to go for my pharmacy needs. It’s very convenient and is nice to be located inside of Target, so I can also do my shopping on the same visit.

I deal with the same woman almost every time and she is professional and knows me by name even though I'm only there once a month. If you have had problems here, it's probably your own fault.

Don't even get your meds there unless you have an hour to kill. Customer service is not professional...
