The girl at the cvs was terrible I think trying to make money off me n possibly the elderly to scare them to pay for there prescriptions her name was Lauren or Laura she was rude n making me go crazy to call mass health when they have the mass health hot line n should have taking care of it for me instead I had to keep calling mass health n cvs back n forth for my inhaler as I'm pregnant n can't breathe I lost my inhaler and she made me go crazy I think she was just trying to make buck she should be fired then I took care of it by talking to the mass health woman said you don't need an authorized from us she knows it so when I told the CVS woman this she finally called mass health hot line n call me back acting like she did me a favour and said you do need an authorized letter she is lying the mass health woman told me no so my point is cvs woman was lying to me Lauren or Laura was her name should b fired trying to take my money when all she had to do is call mass health hot line instead of making me go crazy back n forth calling without my inhaler that I can't breathe she not for the people she works at CVS swan Street Methuen ma please fire her terrible trying to take my money n scaring the people

This is my local CVS & it's great! I'm happy to see the products are changing from stale & processed to more natural/better for the you, the environment & most products flying off the shelves.. The store is very clean, every employee have a smile everyday 😊 , except for one- but I'm sure she knows who she is

The team here is so nice. The most responsible team out of any CVS I've been to. Very helpful, friendly and thorough. In all of the shifts. Cannot complain.
