An older Dunkin but clean and bright. Stopped mid afternoon and it was quiet unlike a morning visit later in the week when things were really hopping. This place does a heavy drive thru business so be careful if you are forced to wait along the road.Parking: 15

I ordered my coffee at 530am on the dunkin app for walk in. I do this because the drive thur at this location is the slowest drive thru I have ever been to. Probably because the lady working there at this time is to busy talking and complaining about her life to the other employees there. I know this to be the case because as I said i walk in 99% of the time and this is what she is doing. Maybe if she just stopped talking and did her job when there atmre customers there this wouldn't be the case. However I get to the store at 535am door is locked with no sign on the door and I can see the workers inside. This is not the first time this has happened. Now I could see if she was the only one working but this is not the case this morning. So now I have to go thru the drive which just happens to have 2 cars in front of me so you would think it would be quick. Nope 5:43am I get my coffee. Yes. My coffee thats it! 13 minutes to get a coffee using the dunkins app. This is completely unacceptable and absolutely ridiculous.

99%of the time the people at Merrimac Dunkin's are awesome. But there is one girl who's there right now 10/02/22 at 4:58 pm. Is so cold and unfriendly. Makes u feel very u wanted. There were no other cars there so it wasn't like she was under pressure just mean.

This place is a mess. If I could give it no stars, I would. I Witnessed the manager I beleive her name is maddy she was acting very very unprofessional to her employees yelling at them in front of us customers over nothing.. and then I watched the poor girl taking drive through orders got fired with no good explanation.. all the employees make fun of customers behind their backs and it's not nice. People want to have a pleasant experience in the morning getting their coffee while trying to start their day off right. And they can never get an order right and they are just plain rude. I will never give them a dime again and neither will anyone I know. Highly dissatisfied!!!!!

Stopped during a roadtrip from PA to ME. Went through the drive thru and it was super speedy service! Coffee was great, just could’ve used mixed since the sugar was all at the bottom.

I drove by during a rainstorm and got 3 things at the drive thru. The coffee was ok. I asked for a pineapple coolata, but the lady told me the cosmic coolata tastes better and is cheaper. I got that, and I’m glad I did. Last but not least, I decided to get a glazed donut, to which the lady added a maple glazed donut for free. Definitely stop by here!

This is my favorite Dunkin Donuts in the entire area. Probably my favorite D D in the world. The reason is is because every time I go here I get a perfectly made coffee.I tell them the way I want it in that"s the way I get it.That's why I frequent this Dunkins whenever I can.Because they care about their customers orders and they get them as close to perfection as possible.They serve they best made coffee in the area by far. Why? Obviously they want to keep their customer base and they care about the product they are selling and promoting.I cannot say enough good things about this particular Dunkin Donuts or their outgoing and friendly staffService with a smile every time.

Women working here were super displeased that we placed an order, and we only ordered a bagel with butter and orange juice. It took long enough for them to make and by the time we received our order I had finished the OJ. I’ve never seen that much butter put on a bagel before. It’s started melting right out of its wrapper and all over my husbands lap, so now he has butter on his pants (awesome). We went back in prior to try and wipe off the butter and had to wait for napkins because there weren’t any out. When we finally got their attention we felt like we were inconveniencing them for asking. It was too late though because most of the butter melted on to the bagel essentially ruining its integregity. You know how you can fold a thin slice of pizza? Well this bagel was foldable because of the butter. Not a good experience.

Absolute worst customer service ever in this Dunkin’ Donuts. My girlfriend got HARASSED and DISRESPECTED by the employees of this location. Pretty sure when you work in customer service your supposed to help the customer not harass them. Never go here.

Stopped here for a quick bite to eat and coffee. Took it on the road. First sign should have need rudeness of the workers.Second the food tasted like it was freezer burned. Horrible!!

Ate breakfast sandwiches. The crossiant recipe seems to have changed in recent years. Not a fan! Also you should offer eggs that are over easy inside of just microwaved grossness.

The only reason I'm even giving this Dunkin' Donuts a 2 is purely because of how nice the woman taking my order was. If it weren't for her I would have given them a 1 and that's being generous. I ordered a medium hot coffee and 2 donuts. I pulled up to the window to a frantic and rude young woman (not the same one who took my order). I handed her my money and she thrust my coffee in my hand, which I almost dropped because it had coffee ALL OVER the cup and lid. She handed me my changed and shut the window, which I assumed was so she could grab the donuts. I waited 4 minutes and during that time could hear her screaming, cussing, and the occasional "ughhhh" "ohhh my giddddd". She came back to the windiw finally and when she realized that it was still me said, "oh my god are you kidding me?!" before opening the window. I calmly said, "I'm sorry but I ordered two donuts and didn't get them." She sighed and closed the window, looked into a bag, then proceeded to yell to me while the window was closed, "what donuts did you want?" I waited for her to open the window and said, "chocolate glazed and Boston cream please." She ran to get the donuts and again I could hear her cussing and yelling "ughhhhh". As she came back to the window and handed me the donuts she said to another coworker, "Great, my times all screwed up now ughhhh!!"Maybe if you weren't so rude and obnoxious and you paid attention instead of trying to rush orders you would've noticed what I ordered. Maybe if you actually looked at the window once instead of waiting 4 full minutes to come back your time wouldn't have been screwed up.Also, I didn't even drink my coffee because after I inspecting my cup, I noticed the lid and outside of the cup were not only covered in coffee, but they both looked extremely dirty like it had been dropped and then someone just added coffee to what spilled out of it. AND I LEFT A DAMN TIP. NEVER AGAIN.

I drink the hot dark roast. It's hit or miss as to whether it's actually hot. More often than not it's barely luke warm, for me anyways. Rarely ever as hot as their regular coffee
