Whole Foods is a great place to get healthy food II love the fresh vegetables and fruit and I like the organic stones in bakery and there is plenty of parking they leave spaces right up front for and for online orders in the greatest Thing about this place is is they have have a Amazon return center write when you 1st walk in I love buying from Amazon but I also return a lot you can just bring your returns bring your returns as they are And they will pack everything up send it back to Amazon and all you have to do is show them you overturn code and they scan that right from your phone but this place is a wonderful place it's to also buy flowers outdoor. It is great to have a healthy food store so close

Don't buy Roses here. Bought roses for Valentine's day. Good price, but rotten, moldy and the worst. The bundle cleverly hid the bad flowers on the inside of the bunch. Very deceiving. Many stems turned brown immediately and simply broke off even with me changing the water everyday. Just like many of the "fresh" berries I have wasted money on. You take them home open the package and the few good ones on the top are concealing the rotten moldy majority inside. Word of advice, organic doesn't mean fresh. And too many times the food is just not fresh. The flowers are the latest example.

It's incredible to how expensive their products are. It's even more unfortunate that this store abutts elderly housing complex and services the most vulnerable in the community. The products are good but it's inappropriate for the location. This specific location would be better served by a Market Basket, as it's more affordable. I'd love for Melrose to consider the needs of their community better. Whole foods is just too unaffordable

When they first opened, things were reasonable, now everything is pure corporate greed. Breakfast bar price is outrageous. Got a small container and still was ripped off nearly 20 bucks. I’ll be challenging that charge. Food was bland too.Back left toilet had a disgusting clog at the bottom. You think Billion dollar company can afford a functioning toilet, but yeah that did not help my day.Overall just very very overpriced now. You get little food for what you pay for and regardless that it may taste better or not.Long time cashiers there are burned out and miserable to deal with.Thankfully there is self checkout. Amazon return associates are rude or just unresponsive. I don’t expect luxury service, but not even basic manners?I dont suggest shopping here. Even a small purchase will rack up to 50 or more. Shaws and stop n shop are cheaperthat’s saying something!Market basket is king for prices!And shame on you for the shrinkflation items being sold here. Kettle chip bags used to be wayyy bigger and now you charge almost 6 bucks for it??Folks, please go down the street to Buckalews instead! They have all that you could want for a special occasion and worth supporting.God it was great when South Park made fun of you 🤣

The supply and demand of this Market Basket is inconsistent. Perhaps it's because of the size. However, it's been years since this store opened so management should have the ebb and flow of stocking the shelves.Secondly, this site's staff employees some with questionable approaches to their roles. Most recently, I had an employee, "What" me when I asked about the basil. How dare I interrupt his conversation. Yes, he was wearing ear buds. Then laughed when informed of my distaste and pursuit of management.The deli department can also benefit from additional training. The worst was a supervisor by the name of Carlos. The seafood department has folks which are consistently attentive, friendly and helpful.This Market Basket deserves two stars based on their employees, but it's not far from my home so the rating increased.

I love Whole Foods. Just not this location. Produce isn’t the best. The bakery , whether sweets or baked goods- are always sold out. The meat selection is almost non existent. Positives: they’re always organized and tidy.

We’ve shopped here since it opened. Over the past few months we believe the quality of the fruits and vegetables has deteriorated significantly. It seems like items are put on display with little attention paid to quality. Often stuff is moldy and mushy within 24 hours of purchasing. Paying top dollar for subpar products is not acceptable. We’re starting to migrate to Trader Joe’s and Market Basket for our fruits and vegetables.

Amazing staff but their produce is extremely low quality and expensive. At every grocery run, we expect half of the produce to be sub-par and they are twice the price of other, smaller grocery stores that are locally owned.We will start returning produce that's good on appearance but way past their prime in taste and texture because it's just too much.We think their produce suppliers are storing everything for much longer than normal, or they're just working with bad suppliers.

Smaller than usual Whole Foods, still the same high quality but prices a little steep for me....the Best produce organic or regular. And many other things for your holistic health needs. Staff is available and helpful, plenty of parking. Very clean. Convenient ride to Melrose and use your Amazon Prime for an extra little discount. Also their Everyday values are reasonable and excellent quality....

Plenty sometimes hard to find natural and organic foods and drinks. Their Pizza is pretty good. Clean bathrooms and a place to fill your water bottle at the fountain. I don't like that they sell octopus and the shiny floors can be slippery at times.

Friendly staff, not the biggest store and parking lot is always a pain. Also the entrance and exit is like half an automatic door so it gets jammed with people coming in and out along with Amazon returns right when you enter the vestibule. Fast checkouts though and well managed and very very clean!

I went to Whole Foods specifically to get Wild Caught Haddock. Both fresh and frozen. I know I could have bought it somewhere else, but I like going there. I like the cheese selection and the fresh fruit.You can also get discounts on certain products if you have Amazon Prime.

Whole Foods is a good supermarket. They have excellent meats and produce. However, I did not find everything I was looking and they are a bit overpriced as compared to Market Basket. If you have a big family or looking to save money then don't shop here. They do have free parking, lots of cashiers and in house Amazon drop off which I love

What a terrible customer service from lady who works on flowers department. Used to go to whole food every day for my lunch break because I work close to it, but will stop. You may want pay attention to her work and probably hire someone more polite. For the prices we pay there, that’s at least what we should get as customers.

I love Whole Foods. This location is always clean and well stocked. My interactions with the employees there is always pleasant. I get a lot of the pre-made food on days I'm looking for something wholesome without cooking. When I am cooking the butcher shop there is fabulous. One of the best steak tips around. Great store!

Wow my experience was awesome as always you can ask anyone in there for any type of help and they will walk you to it every single time I came in this lady named Cassandra help myself and my work partner find what we needed took her time off of what ever the hell she was doing to make sure that we were taken care of. And as we get in the hour after she left I still have two or three people asking me the same thing is there anything we can do for you the customer experience here is outrageously exceptional Cassandra you take cake.

I phoned today to ask for assistance with purchasing an essential oil diffuser and eucalyptus oil. I wanted to coordinate it as a pick-up, as I'm home sick with Covid. I was bounced around, holding for >10 minutes (twice) between two young girls. Nada.So I called back and spoke with the store manager, a guy who could tell me nothing about how to accomplish my goal because he "doesn't use Amazon Prime."Wow... Is there anyone out there that remembers when Whole Foods was an ACTUAL store, staffed with knowledgeable and helpful staff?Now it's just a cardboard store staffed with people who have zero knowledge about the store and products they sell.Really disappointing!

Even on a huge holiday weekend, the staff are fantastic. Thank you Taylor, and the gentleman who checked on Vanilla Beans for me. Seriously incredible service and in and out of there in less than 15 minutes with my bag full. Cashiers and baggers are giving it their all. Happy Easter 🐇
