I usually have a good experience at this store. However I have never enjoyed the suspicious nature of the employee that works in cosmetics. When I see that employee I usually keep my distance. Well....recently I paid at the cosmetic counter at the employee's invitation because otherwise I wouldn't engage with the employee. So I use some points that I earned and they ask for my first name.....first time that happened but no biggie. Then I used a credit card to pay that has "thank you" points. So I got more money off the total. The employee wanted me to check my email to see if I paid the right amount! I've worked retail before and if the computer- register has closed out the sale then the transaction is complete. I explained , but the employee wanted to see the email. REALLY? THIS MADE FOR AN UNEEDED AWKWARD SITUATION!

The store is open and the automatic doors are broken. I told the kid at the cashier, who agreed with me that this store needed brand new doors. I had to manually open the door on the far left. It tricks customers into thinking the store is closed. As I manually opened the door to leave, I opened the door to a very confused customer. Does management even know or care? That's why CVS will be my first choice from now on.

They are the WORST WALGREENS I’ve been too not only do they follow you around the store when you’re a person of color but they have a VERY BAD AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Even after leaving the store and buying my product they SENT SOMEONE OUTSIDE TO CHECK ON ME WHEN I BROUGHT EVERYTHING IN FRONT OF THEM.

I went to get cough medicine and as I picked it up about to go pay a man came out the corner and started screaming “don’t touch it if you’re not buying it” i was so confused as he started screaming and breathing right on my ear, I felt harassed and attacked as the moisture from his breath started making my ear holes sweat. Very bad customer service will never come back. I felt like he was going to bite my ear

What ever happened to good customer service? Went to pharmacy to receive a COVID booster vaccine which I had scheduled on-line. There was a glitch in scheduling so they stated they could not give me booster vaccine and could not fit me in. After speaking with the cashier, the pharmacist came over and was extremely ARROGANT and CONDESCENDING.Such POOR customer service and LACK of professionalism .Customers beware!

I see this store has their own rules, I went to this store for a pick up, and tried returning the substituted item but store employees were asking for a order receipt with barcode which I didn’t received in email, I also provided the order number which was not accepted. I see in the returns section its clearly mentioned that “original receipt or Order number” should be provided for online bought returns.

I went into this establishment Friday evening and was greeted very rudely buy one of the employees. All I wanted to do was pick up a fresh can of my beef ravioli's so I can sit in the the parking lot watching the cars go by and cry to myself and my famous ravioli recipe. But instead the man which I later found out was named 🍅Jöhñ🍅 which had very silly looking eyes and smelt like pastrami. He started caressing my hair in whispering to me that I need to tell him my beefaroni recipe or else. I know what daddy John is capable of so I gave him the recipe. Very unprofessional! I will be taking me and my beef raviolis to CVS instead.

Worst place i have triedNever like the rudness of all enployres there, they must be really under paid, unhappy, and miserable beings, the way they tread customers is outrage.Went there to buy motrin for my 6 months baby.Employee scream that was close em 2 minutes, I clearly said only need motrin for my baby, He stupidly ignored and than after 1 minute, used PA to anounce that was closed.Worst treatment ever.Wont recommend it where ever I go in this city.CVS malden is Way more professional and Polite.

The black elderly cashier is rudest at this store. Doesn't like to be greeted. I simply said "hallo, good morning" and this guy treated me like I insulted him. If he doesn't want to be greeted by customers, let him put up a sign and we won't bother him. By mentioning his race I'm only trying to describe him, I'm black too. Never seen a customer care agent that is so rude like this guy. If he thinks he's that old & special, let him retire peacefully. His attitude is not meant for that job.

The pharmacy desk closes extremely early - 6pm on a Saturday! My child had an infection that required an antibiotic, which was sent to them around 5:30pm. When I called at 6:30 to see if I could pick it up, they had closed until 10am the next day! I tried changing the script to another pharmacy, but Walgreens had already charged my insurance, so it would not have been covered. My child had to wait until the next day to start this important medicine. Walgreens should have at least called me to let me know when they were closing, as this med was very time-sensitive.

Had a prescription called in there. 3 hours later it still wasn't ready. Waited until the following morning, still not in the system. Called the Dr's office, changed it to CVS and within 45 mins I had it. This store is the all around worst. The staff is rude, the automated phone system is ridiculous. Go 100 yards, directly across the street, to CVS and your frustration will be relieved. Wish I could give less than one star.

Came into the store the other day and had an awful encounter with one of the employees, his name was Nathan or Nathaniel or something like that, nothing but rude to me and had the worst attitude when I asked for help. Can believe they’d allow someone to work a retail job when they’re such an aggressive force in an otherwise relaxing setting. I came to pick up a few things not heckled for being human.

I had my medication filled on the 9th of Jan. The pharmacist said I picked up two days later therefore I'm not allowed to puck u til Feb three days later. Even tho insurance will fill today Walgreens won't give to me til Fri. Are they the ne version of the FDA. I will never gothere again. They r not only holding back my heart meds but r rude and rotten pple. Toni should go a job in a kennel.

My son is prescribed epipens which cost me $600 for 4. Picked 4 up a couple weeks ago and realized that 2 of them are expiring in 2 months. Called to see if I could exchange them for ones that will last a little longer but was told I could not. I understand not exchanging medication but they are unopened and it's frustrating to be given such an expensive medication that will be useless in 2 months.

Not only is pharmacy closed on New Years, but the tech that filled my script said ok to get it today at that store.Called other store and they can't transfer it over to pick up. Ridiculous. Bad customer service from the one place you need accurate info over all others on there.

Staff are nice but there is always a long line for the pharmacy.. I had to start coming here since Rite Aid closed and I’m sad to say I miss it. There was never lines there.

PCR COVID-19 testing results takes more than 72 hours here, so if you plan on using the test results for traveling, find another reliable lab/healthcare provider!
