Brought my pet here because I read in some reviews that they are good with nervous dogs. Not the case.They called me halfway through the session to pick my dog up half shaved and looking awful. More effort was spent taking a video to document my dog reacting to the clippers approaching than actually making any attempt to calm and comfort him. He is very compliant when handled with care and compassion. The excuse was they only have one person working with each dog and nobody to help hold them. I arrived to find him terrified by other loose dogs that were chasing after him. At least at Petco they finish the job and have also never even hinted at any aggressive behavior. The groomer, Jackie, could just not be bothered and, what's worse, very much had a attitude when I arrived. Clearly she had better places to be. She also apparently felt no shame charging me an outrageous 80 dollars for a bath and terrible half shave.

My goldendoodle was a very big mess. Ariel made her absolutely beautiful!!! She took such care and did an amazing job. She even had special treats for my dogs allergies. I can not tell you how great this place is for your beloved pet. Ky dog looked like a show dog when we left. I am now a proud pet owner instead of feeling like I had to apologize for how bad she looked. Thank you Pristine Pet!!!!

Not happy at all. Brought my golden in and when I picked him he was a lab. All his feathers were trimmed off including his tail. His entire body was trimmed even his head and belly. I message the owner and called the shopFor a call back and got no response

I always recommend this place to my friends with dogs. Jillian took such tender care with my precious darlings, especially when they were getting pretty senior. She is kind and compassionate with her doggie clients. My girls always seemed happy to return for their monthly grooming at Pristine Pet.

They’re great with our dog who is 13 years old and not friendly. However the communication and business management is so terrible. They cancel last minute. Today they didn’t even call we showed up and no one was there and phone was off. If you can stand the terrible communication they are really kind with dogs.

Took my two kiddos to this groomer. They did an excellent job. My two not only came out so fresh and so clean but were happy. Reasonable prices. Recomnend.

The Pristine Pet fit my two kittens in for a nail clipping despite being booked out for full washes for weeks. In addition to their flexibility, they seem to really care about the animals that come through there.

They were so good to my nervous little dog and let me hold her to calm her down. She said if I ever want to get her a bath and stuff they will work with her so she won't freak.

They did a wonderful job on the golden doodle I take care of I’m a dog walker I walk two wonderful dogs they are great I love prestine pet we always recommend them they always do a wonderful job on the dogs and just a good business and I’m always happy when I see the dogs they look amazing and groomed so well keep up the wonderful work definitely be back
