3 months ago CVS changed the hours of the pharmacy on Sundays. It's now 5 o'clock but it's not posted anywhere outside the store. The girl at the cash register isn't in plain sight. It's like she's hiding and you can't see her until you approach the register. She was texting on her phone, to the far left of the register, when you are facing it. Another customer was looking from a distance and thought no one was there like me. The other Melrose CVS, down town is by far a better CVS, where employees don't hide or text in their cell phone when they are working.

I was in line today, and the man at the desk, I believe named Cal is amazing. It was actually a treat to come in. He talked to everyone like he knew them including the kids. Asking what they got for Xmas, etc. and moving the line fast. He helped me with a coupon I didn’t know I could use. Very happy with CVS.

CVS is terrible in general, the pharmacy is more interested in vaccinations than actual prescriptions because that is where the money is now. This location has inadequate staff in the pharmacy (like everywhere) such that an Rx sent on a Thursday doesn’t even get looked at until Monday because I called. Then doesn’t get filled anyways until I show up the next day when it takes another hour (maybe more? I’m currently still waiting). They need more staff so they can actually fill prescriptions which is what a pharmacy does. This is all coming from a pharmacist who left retail for all these reasons.

It is not too bad here. I go when it's not as crowded. It's mostly crowded in the afternoons and there's not many people to help but it is a good place to shop, In my opinion in the way I like to shop.

I walked in to see if they can help me with a transaction. There are no Capital one banks around here, but CVS offers to do deposits and they helped me in seconds. Very kind and friendly.

The name of the employee is Tom (Chinese guy)!!Worst employee I've ever met!!!Very uneducated!!!I bought 2 Nivea lip balm 2 for $5 and received $5 in extrabucks, but the extrabucks didn't print...he said he didn't have extrabucks...I asked to speak to the manager and he said he didn't have it and he was in charge. ..I asked if there was a flyer and he said no...I tried to open it on my cell phone and showed it to him, but he said he wouldn't print it...I asked his name and he said it was Tom...I asked for the manager's name and he said it was written on the door...I was in shock with the service!!!There was a customer at the checkout and he went to the clerk and told him he couldn't treat customers like that...he just turned his back and left.I am disappointed with the service!!!

The employees here are rude. I got cash back and accidentally left it in self checkout and they didn’t believe me that I left it…even after checking the video recording they said I took it. In another experience one of their employees was gathering shopping carts outside and one rolled off the sidewalk because they weren’t paying attention and it hit and scratched my car. They said they would call me to take care of it but never did…

Quick, efficient amd friendly. I am in Melrose from Texas because my father was hospitalized. Was running low on an important medication-they called my Pharmacist hot all info and medication was ready within 24 hours!!

Went in this morning and bought a coconut water and didnt realize til after I drank some that it expired 5 months ago. Tried calling 4x to tell them and they pick up after letting it ring for a while then immediately hang up on you every time. Theres a great Walgreens across the st I'd suggest going there instead

It’s your website actually. I am looking for a place to get a ppd a skin test for TB, and it says Melrose is one of them places but an employee said I you don’t and I guess you have a mini clinic, I am really disappointed.Improved

This store's supervisor, Raju, is extremely disrespectful! I witness him being very disrespect towards a elder woman. That is very unprofessional and I don't think the manager talk to him about this type of behavior but he should either be suspended or fired!

The manager of this store is so rude and I literally left there in tears yesterday.First and last time i will be going there. Sticking to the CVS up the street. He botched the transaction then "cancelled" it and told me to leave. Beware of Raju
