My yellow lab Cooper does Not Like his nails trimmed! But Jordan put him at ease and did a great job trimming his nails! Somehow he was calm and happy the whole time. Good vibes and great service. Highly recommend!

This place is awesome! I went to tractor supply, but it doesn't compare. They have grooming supplies (shears, trimmers, etc) as well a lot more shampoo and perfume options. 10/10

I'm always nervous to try a new groomer but I was so pleased. Got a great vibe off the place and staff. Dogs look great and smell like sugar cookies.

Moving here from the city, a lot of things are a necessary adjustment.One of the major things, when having dogs in the family, is finding a new groomer. After tons of trial and error, I’m so happy to have found here! I was apprehensive at first, but the groomer here is so sweet and caring.The attention to detail and care for the overall cut and finished look are my biggest appreciation point. Momoko has never looked this cute when having such a short cut. Coming in she was extremely matted (my own fault), & leaving she’s as soft as she was as a puppy!I’m truly grateful and can’t wait to see what our next grooming sesh will bring! THANK YOU! The staff at Medway DogWash has always been extremely helpful and pleasant. I have never felt rushed I would and have recommended to people. The way you can have your dog walk up the ramp into the tub really saves your back. The choices of soap is great. I like the "southern Gentleman " for my dog. Everything you need is right there for you to use. Best part is you don't have a mess at home to clean up when your don!

Awesome facility with friendly, knowledgeable groomers. It was my 3 year old Standard Poodle's first time at the groomer and they did a phenomenal job - my dog left the store happy and looking fabulous!

Horrible experience. Brought my dog once before and the groomer Zane had my dog and what a job well done. Recently brought my dog and what a disaster of an experiencing. Front counter lady had no manners or customer service. Shrugged shoulders went into back and grabbed management without letting anyone know what was going on. Groomer starting to argue with me after I specifically asked for my dogs haircut a certain way. When the groomer finally realized she had to fix my dogs hair she yanked my dog out of my hands and ignored me as I was talking to her. 30 minutes later I go back to pick up my dog and she’s fully botched! I showed pictures of what my dog looked like after her first appointment and they still managed to do a horrible grooming service.These new groomers and front counter people do not care about your animal and I do not feel safe bringing my fur animal back to this facility. I will return when the other groomer is in your facility because they are good and hardworking and they deserve a 5 star not your current employees.

I've used both, the self wash and the grooming services. The self wash is simple and everything you need is provided. The grooming services were fantastic. I have a 2 year old Golden Retriever and he gets anxious with grooming; especially nail trimming. He looked awesome when I picked him up! He had a beautiful summer cut that was the perfect length. I'll definitely return.

Been going to Medway Dog Wash from Westborough for years. We actually have one here, but doesn't compare. The service is awesome, and we are thrilled with the convenience. Thank you so very much!

I brought my Bernese Mountain Dog for a full groom last week, and he came home not only in record timing, but trimmed precisely as I asked. Chelsea did an amazing job with my boy! We certainly will be in again to see her!

Best place ever! I really recommend it, I have a wild German Shepard who is not much social, I was able to wash her and dry her without making a huge mess in my house. I am so glad I found this place, I drove almost an hour but is so worth it! Thank you Mrs. Patty, you were awesome and I really appreciate your patience with my Joy.

I take my dog Blue here on a regular monthly basis. The staff is super friendly, and the doggy wash stations are set up very well to give Blue a bath. There are great soap options, and a good selection of combs and brushes for when needed. The ramps work really well to get Blue into the bath tub, and once in, he is well protected during bath time. Afterwards, there are plenty of towels and an electric heated air dryer to get his bath experience completed.

Super friendly staff! They were able to squeeze my pup into a session last minute on the same day I called. The groomer I was initially planning to take him to forgot to let me know they needed to cancel my appointment. I was frantic because of travel plans and my pup really needed to see a groomer before we departed. And because the previous groomer forgot to inform me, I had no time to schedule my pup for a different groomer since he was leaving in a day. The staff at Medway dog wash were kind enough to see him, when I called in desperation. They really saved me 😩💚 when I picked my pup up he was all smiles! Needless to say, I’ll be only bringing my pup here from now on.

Love this place so much! They have excellent customer service and are always so friendly, helpful, and accommodating! The idea of a self-service wash is awesome. I take my two dogs there for a self wash every time and they always come out so clean! They have any product you need to wash or groom your dog and make it super easy! A must go to place if you have dogs and live in the area!

Great human beings, as well as dog loving people. I've had a great experience with with their do-it-yourself dog wash as well as their grooming service. I'll definitely go back, you should too!! My Rocky can't look more dashing after the grooming. Thank you!!

I went there to bathe my pup. I got her in the tub and realized the tub was pouring out water. I told the women at the front and they shrugged their shoulders and told me it leaks. The hose was also spraying water all over me. By the end of the bath, I was completely soaked with about an inch of water on the floor. When they opened, I used to go often. Needless to say, I won't be going back.

I took my dog in for a We Wash service, and they did a great job. He smells great, his hair is fluffy, and the kerchief they tied on him looked very cute.He's a small anxious dog who is afraid of strangers, and I was worried about handing him off but when I got there I could tell they are caring people, and when I picked him up he came out with tail wagging.I'd go back here again.

First time here. It was pretty cool. Our pup is about a hundred lbs and often gets excited with water fun. It was easy to keep him contained and they are equipped with everything you need. I would recommend for anyone who likes to be hands on.

We have been taking our oldest gsd here since 2015 and he was always iffy with his nails. Being a very large dog, it takes a lot of power to keep him still. Tashie is the only groomer he has almost entirely cooperated with, and she has always done an awesome job with the dremel! She was SUPER patient with him, and very quick to get his nails done. She also did our puppy's nails recently, and still was so patient with her pulling away. All staff is always friendly and we've never had a bad experience with the self service wash or heard others have bad experiences. Sometimes our biggest dog can take a couple hours for a bath with the amount he sheds, and we have never felt rushed while there. I always recommend this place for their self service option as well as their grooming.

It's not one of the favorite places for our dog because he just doesn't want to take a bath. But we love dropping him off for bath and nails because we like the work these guys do. Bath and nails costs $40. They also have self service bath station.

The staff is friendly and attentive. The raised tubs and easy in out access for bathing the dogs is helpful compared to doing it at home. They have towels and shampoos or you can bring you own.

Once past the shy receptionist, I think others were out to lunch at the time other than that, very nice experience for a quick and easy dog wash. We like the Southern Gentleman scented soap, there are three others. Friendly group.

This place was so accommodating. Our dog was hesitant about getting into the tub and they helped us get him in with no fuss or complaint. I am very impressed with staff. I will definitely go again!

Dropped my dog off for a bath and to get his nails done. They couldn't trim his nails which is fine but my dog started smelling "like a dog" again the very next day. Usually when I give him a bath, he doesn't start anything bad again until after a week or two.

I am so upset I dropped both of my Australian Shepherd’s off this morning at 10 AM, they were not done until 3 PM. When I dropped them off I told them to trim the hair on my older Aussie and do not touch the hair on my puppy!!!I could have cried when we pick them up, both dogs have been cut extremely short and completely uneven. I am so upset. I will not be going back!!!!!
