Book her but don’t cause us not to have an appointment please. 🤗Although my little pup only sees Kirsten, the others at the grooming dept are amazing and beyond friendly.Kellie and Dyani are hands down the best! They are beyond friendly and helpful.Kellie continues to be patient and helpful with the issues on my account. Having no issue to contact corporate office to ensure they correct any issues with my account.Dyani always has a positive attitude and delivers the best customer service experience day over day, week over week.Always a pleasure going in on the weekend when they are working.Manager Alyssa is always helpful and friendly.The entire store remembers my pups name and gives her all the love. You can see their passion for pups and their customers.

Definitely get a rewards membership when you shop here, especially if you get your pet’s food from here. Our dog loves going to Petco and we’re very happy with this place. It’s where we brought him ages ago for puppy play time to help him get socialized and Ethan was honestly so amazing in helping our timid baby get used to other dogs.

I've always had good experiences here as far as the people working there are concerned and I rarely have issues with the items I need being out of stock. But it is always a huge mess. There is inevitably several pallets on the floor that are being very slowly worked and the areas around those pallets are rendered completely unshoppable. Products are often strewn about and it doesn't seem like there is any ongoing straightening happening. It is just sloppy retail without there being any attempts to right the ship.

This review is given to the groomer Danielle C., not to the Petco. I have fantastic experience with other groomers in the store. If you choose Petco grooming, DO NOT LET HER DO IT. My photo will tell everything. The hair cut is uneven all over the body. Some area is missed by the groomer. Nail is not trimmed. I asked to clean the hair in the ear. She also didn’t do it. And this cost me $74 plus $8 tips.

This store has an inventory problem. They just don’t keep enough stock of anything. They have a computerized inventory system but their employees do not seem to be able to override poor inventory plan management. Therefore the shelves are empty. It’s just sad that they don’t want to have higher sales. Just go to PetSmart over by Costco/Target they have plenty of kitty food without chicken and beef and grain. Plus, the place is a mess.

I come here for fish and fish supplies and can’t speak highly enough about the aquatics department! The person who runs aquatics at this location (long hair, has neck and arm tattoos) is knowledgeable, patient, and and honest about how to best care for them. As a hobbyist himself, he is invested on a personal level. He is clearly passionate about his work and he is involved in the local fishkeeping community. I truly have not seen a more pristine aquatics department at a chain pet store.When fish arrive at the store sick, they are medicated and treated appropriately. If there are fish that cannot be saved (which is to be expected sometimes with the stress of shipping), they are quickly taken out.I was going to bring home some cobra guppies a few days ago but he shared that their tanks are currently being treated for ich. He advised me to come in next week after they were no longer being medicated so as not to put my established tank at risk. He could’ve easily withheld this info to make a quick sale (especially since the guppies looked very healthy and did not have visible signs of ich), but he made sure I was fully informed and allowed me to make my own decision on how to proceed. It’s clear he truly wants the best for both the critters and their humans :)

My dog Winston was groomed last Saturday. He got post-grooming furunculosis. Caused by contaminated shampoo products, contaminated water, rough bathing tools or techniques, diluted shampoos, conditioners and coats sprays stored in bottles for 24 hours. It is very painful for the dog. Did your dog groomed their recently. How was your experience?

First I would like to thank the amazing Veterinary staff here at PetCo Hospital for great service and care for our dog Myla.I would like to start off and say that they did an amazing job informing us about shots and health related topics our dog might need. Providing us with a lot of information as well as recommendations on this we can do as dog parents to ensure our four legged friend the best lifestyle she can have.Myla is normally very skittish around other people who aren’t her parents yet she seemed to open up to the two vets we had. Our dog didn’t bite, bark, run or whimper during the whole process of shots and checkup. To me this shows that the vets here really do care about your pets safety and well being. Granted some dogs are different and react their own ways but they offered her treats and treated her as their own.The pricing here is a lot better than most places i’ve gone to previously so if money is a concern, you won’t have it worrying you here.I paid roughly 235$ for a full vaccination with blood drawn and other necessary medication. Considering we could sit and watch our dog as well was another amazing part as well. Yes it’s hard watching your little one be anxious at the vet but at least you can be there with them.I would like to thank the wonderful staff/vets again for the awesome service and I will highly recommend them to anyone else! Staff is unhelpful, aisles are dirty, messy and feel unsafe to walk through/impossible to get a cart through.4 people were "working" but they just were sitting at registers talking about how much they can't wait to leave their shifts and declining when asked for help.

The self-serve dog wash was very dirty and not maintained. Only one of the three stations was working, and it was clearly not cleaned between washes (covered in dog hair and dirt) and there was a sick, barely alive mouse on the floor next to the tub. Towels to dry were filthy. I don’t have great expectations for a dog wash but this was disgusting. Also dog poop in the store in one of the aisles.

I like Petco very much. Generally speaking, but also this specific one. Between the Petco Customer Service there, the groomers, the Vetco receptionist, and the Veterinarian... everyone I met there was wonderful and so very helpful. I love the feel of the place. The ambiance, the energy. The people are a joy to be around.

Ordered online and drive 20 mins here to grab my order. It takes another 10 min for the staff to grab items I ordered. However. they directly canceled my order even though they are in stock. THIS IS EXTREMELY Frustrating!!! I ordered a variety pack which comes with 6 turkey flavor and 6 salmon flavor. THEY DO HAVE THEM IN STOCK but they refused to pack them to me. The reason is that the staff didn’t see that variety pack box. What a RIDICULOUSLY reason!!! Won’t come to this store any more!

Wide selection of dog food and dog toys, however I often feel other items are understocked. Treat section has been decimated the last couple times I have gone, not just for the specific brand I buy but all dog treats in general. Also have noticed issue with low/no supply of eye/ear care products and of small/xsmall collars.

I don’t know enough about this particular store (from personal experience) other than to say my younger sister used to work there years ago and here experience there inspired her to create her own rabbit farm in our upstairs after years beforehand we raised them outside in hutches, our mother prefers them out doors as they are great fertilizer producers! Also it appears that certain stores are now also featuring reptiles and amphibians as well, so stay tuned!

My dogs love to walk through Pecto They both find a toy they like and we buy stuff for All our pets there cheap, I also love the little shower there where I can wash up my dog on a hot day thank you Petco
