The staff here are very enthusiastic, especially Amanda, she told us very carefully what to pay attention to when raising hamsters for the first time, and an enthusiastic gentleman gave my daughter beautiful balloons and candy. It's really great here and will definitely come back!Now Jerry likes his new home very much!

Been there twice within a 3 week period. The first time I was searching the rawhide bone section and noticed that a worker came from behind the counter and was watching me. Thought that was a bit weird because I go there numerous times. The Last time I went to the register to pay for my bone and the clerk bent over the counter to see what I had in my bag.I am 69 years old and have been there many times to purchase things for my dog and never had a problem. But now I will not return to purchase anything at this store.I AM NOT A THIEF AND NEVER WAS.

I can’t speak to their other products or services, but I have never seen a more neglected fish section in my life. Every fish in the store has a true fungal infection, and they need to be quarantined and treated immediately. I would not spend money here.

We have been getting our dog food from this store for over 10 years, but recently our children wanted to get fish - we stopped in got everything we need, and had great advice on setting up the tank, and when to get fish- we came back 2 days later and the kids were greeted with helpful, and knowledgeable staff, that also went above and beyond to help them explore other pets we weren't going home with (Scorpion, ferret, etc) and gave them a Halloween treat. Thank you for being friendly, helpful, and conveniently located in Medford!

The critter section is incredibly sad and broke my heart. I think if a store doesn’t have the resources to properly house and feed the animals within it, they shouldn’t have them. In particular, the two guinea pigs had no hay to eat (which they need unlimited access to) and the water looked murky at best. I went in looking for pet supplies and left feeling totally awful. The person at the counter seemed completely unconcerned when I told them about the hay as well. The one star isn’t just because they’re depriving their animals of essential resources, but also because I found the inventory to be lacking.

Best pet store experience thus far! Got my very first bearded dragon here. The staff was attentive and more than happy to educate me on the best ways to get started as a lizard owner. Everyone is down to earth, helpful, polite, and a pleasure to interact with. Loved my experience so much I came back and got a baby chameleon!

Great staff. They were all so friendly and kind especially to my client who lives with autism. Thank you so much to the gentlemen who was working the fish department for helping me find my client a beta and for being so kind to him and answering his questions other people are normally cold about. Because of this experience I will be buying my cat supplies here when I’m in the area and my client will be getting more items for his fish.

I like the supply and pricing. Got a chance to try out a new fish species, that are now my favorites. -1 star because I was purchasing for my multiple pets once and the male staff negatively judged my purchase combination (River pond stones for my slider and a 5 galllon tank for my betta) without inquiring about what they were for. Then got offended and surprised when I got upset with him.But overall, one of my go to spots for my fish, dogs, cats, and turtles!

It may be a bit smaller than some other stores but they have everything you need. Join their rewards program and save a good amount of money. Love this store !

Love using Pet Supplies Plus over the other big stores. Employees are always available, friendly and eager to help. Truly! They have great choices of products and great sales. I really like their brand of natural dog food called Redford Naturals, my sensitive dog does really well with it and my research shows it's really high quality(chelated minerals) for much less $. Way more pleasant experience in general over the really big chain stores.

I bought my green cheek conure from here and everyone in the store was extremely helpful and awesome. It’s really sad thinking about animals in pet stores but they care about the animals here and take care of them. It’s very heart-warming. Definitely recommend.

I am so glad I gave this place a try. The staff is always so kind and helpful. Everyone has always gone the extra step and I have always had a better than expected experience. The store is clean and the prices are reasonable. This excellent staff deserves a pat on the back especially for their compassion and care during the COVID crisis. They have promptly and kindly brought my packages out to the car a few times always with a kind note and once even with a bonus sample!

If you are looking for cat advice and feedback, see the asst. manager Everett. He was GREAT!! Very knowledgeable, informative and nice. He answered all of my questions and gave his honest opinions on it all, which he has backed up with his own research and study into cats and animals. I will definitely return and im so happy i went in.

Everett (the manager) was extremely helpful and patient with me when finding the most suitable products for my two feline cats.
