I brought both my dogs here before and after photos. they did amazing on my poodle but my golden retriever I wasn't really impressed I was kind of puzzled when I seen her she also has choppy parts like the Pomeranian in the review I wanted her cut more like her butt area more around the chest and stomach because for pregnancy but not choppy in layered like that, her ears are clean she smells beautiful and her nails are trimmed maybe next time I'll bring a photo.

I was so nervous bringing our bull terrier rescue for her first time being groomed - we weren’t sure how she would react and it could not have gone better! The staff made me feel so comfortable, and when I picked up my sweet baby she didn’t want to leave! She even got some pretty adorable jewels and a sweet little bandana. The team did a great job cleaning her (she was a mess!) and I can’t believe how soft she is. Highly recommend!!

If I could rate a zero I would. I brought my 15 year old puggle mix here for a bath and nail trim. I made it clear that she is very anxious in her old age and I wanted to be called as soon as she was ready. I was told it wouldn’t be more than an hour.They called 2+ hours later and when we picked her up, she was bleeding from her nails and was absolutely terrified. She was panting, panicked, wouldn’t let us pick her up, and it took her three hours to calm down after getting home. When questioned what happened, the staff had no answers and tried to assured us that everything was fine while she was there. Obviously that is not true.As a pet owner, you do everything you can to find places/people you can trust for services like this. I have been frustrated and saddened by this experience and will absolutely never be bringing my dog back here. Though mistakes can happen, the lack of accountability and honesty from the staff in regard to my dog’s injuries and the prolonged anxiety my dog felt after being there is beyond unacceptable.PLEASE read all and any reviews you can. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

This is my first Google review...and I wish it was a positive one. Our normal groomers weren't available so we took a chance coming here, even after being hesitant with the reviews.When I went to go pick up my Border Collie I was informed they had to muzzle him. He has never been muzzled...ever. He is a teddy bear. So I began asking questions and the owner became super defensive. As I kept asking questions, it was revealed that they charged me extra because they muzzled my dog. How is this right? This cost was double what we usually pay, my dog was frightened and the customer service was beyond unprofessional.I would save your money and look somewhere else. A home haircut would've been better than this experience. Never again, sorry.

After just reading the Google reviews, I should’ve been more cautious bringing my baby here. I brought my short haired dog to be groomed here ( a bath and nail trimming) and she came back with her back legs bleeding. She has been here several times and had never been trimmed before so I am unsure why they decided this time to trim her fur. Each time she has left shaking in fear (she is a nervous dog) but I should’ve known better. When I asked the woman what happened over text she said she would ask the bather what happened. When a dog is injured in the process of “being bathed” that is definitely something that should be brought to the attention of the dogs owner upon pick up, followed by an apology. I never heard back as to what happened to my Millie, I was only offered a refund, which I did not receive. My Millie is the sweetest dog and she has never once shown any sign of aggression toward anybody, so I can say with confidence she is not to blame. I would advise anyone thinking of trying clean paws to go somewhere else where they know they can trust their dog is being treated with care.

I stumbled upon this place when I was picking up sandwiches at the deli next-door, and I’m so glad I did. When I spoke to the owner and told her what breed of dog I had, she was familiar with the Bichon frise “bubble cut”. My puppy is slightly reactive when touched around her eyes or nails, but Taís (hope I’m spelling correctly) worked her magic, and my puppy came out gorgeous!!! Posted a before pic so you could see the difference.

UPDATE... I was finally able to speak with them after a few days of trying to reach them. The owner issued me a refund. Although I am disappointed with the haircut, I do feel better that they amended the issue. Up from 1 star to 3.I am shocked by how BAD my dog looks after getting him groomed here. Aside from the fact that they completely ignored my instructions about what areas I wanted trimmed and left alone, it looks like they used a lawn mower to cut his hair. It is choppy, uneven, and has nothing even remotely resembling his natural growth pattern. His hair naturally laid flat and was about 6" long on his back...well, now it stands straight up because they buzzed it all off against my instructions. His neck and chest are chopped so badly that it is embarrassing. I tried to contact them about it afterwards and they will not respond. This cost me $60, and I feel like I would have done a better job myself.Before and after photos included.

I've brought my Shih Tzu in twice now and both times he has come out looking great! He also leaves happy and does not appear to be at all stressed by the process. Great communication by the owner and it's convenient to be able to pay via Venmo

I’ve brought my dogs to many groomers and no complaints ever. I’ve been coming to this specific grooming place since it’s very close to where I live so why not. Was a bit skeptical at first because my dogs came out very weak and my dogs are very hyper and very active. I decided to give them another chance because I liked the haircut the place gave them. I took them there probably 3 more times. I brought both of them today and the haircut was fine. The lady said that one of my dogs bit one of the groomers which is very odd behavior for my dog. I apologized and said that was weird of him. I took them home and everything was fine until like a few minutes later the dog that “bit” one of the groomers was acting very very weak and wouldn’t respond when I would say his favorite words like “treat” “park” “want to go for a walk.” I got so scared I started to drive to the vet and on the way I picked up my boyfriend and the dog started to act a bit normal again. It honestly scared the living out of me. I’ve never had an experience like this in my life and just wanted to share this just in case someone else has had the same experience. My dog acted very weird after his grooming here and honestly I wouldn’t bring them back here. They’re like my kids so just take extra precaution with your pets. There’s no excuse for anything like that, if they can’t handle a dog just call the owner. Even though my dog has been to boarding, daycare, and many other grooming places and never a complaint besides that he is shy when meeting new people.

1) They were super easy to schedule- they squeezed me in for an appointment with about a day's notice. They also texted when she was ready- it was super convenient and easy to pick her up.2) My dog came home looking and smelling like a model dog. My dog is a Maltipoo (emphasis on the Poodle part) who is a recent shelter adoptee, and had been shaved. Her hair has been growing back, but it's been a bit of a springy mess and was starting to mat. Within a couple hour visit, my dog came home with all of the tangles gone, looking like a dream and with cute bows on her ears.3) Pricing is reasonable.A great experience!

STAY AWAY!! Hands down the WORST groom my dog ever got! There were patches of hair never cut through out his body(especially half of the belly area and back side of legs). The tail hair was cut very uneven and more than what we actually asked for. When we told them how we wanted the groom they didn’t pay any attention and it clearly showed post groom! Look at the pictures and judge for yourself!!

First time booking and definitely won’t book ever again . They are very rude and you cannot come to an agreement with them. i accidentally forgot to mention my dog may slightly bite because he gets nervous but they charged me $10 for that i paid it , cool . I tried booking with them again and let them know that he did bite (he’s not violent) he’s just a chihuahua that gets nervous . But they just ignored my text and rudely said they don’t tolerate it which is understandable but i never heard back from them after i explained. Awful customer service. When i picked up my dog they we’re technically yelling at me .

Terrible experience…they wanted to charge me extra for my cat if he was bad. Poor dogs in the back were screaming at the top of their lungs and shaking. The man was rough on them. I witnessed it.

We were looking for a groomer for our 5 month old Golden Retriever who has never been to a salon before. After many positive recommendations to Clean Paws we decided to give it shot and definitely were not disappointed. Making an appointment was extremely easy and the owner, Thais, was super friendly both over the phone and in person. I could tell from the start that our pup was in good hands- when I went to pick her up, she almost didn't want to leave because she was loving the staff ! I will definitely be taking her back to Clean Paws for her grooming appointments and absolutely recommend as a reliable groomers with decent pricing.

Not impressed. Brought my dog there several times. While the cut has been good, the overall experience has not. They have cut his quick several times to the point where he was bleeding, they have even cut him while trimming him, and they tried to give me the wrong dog to bring home. I’ve specifically asked that they dont cut his nails but they still do. Each time I picked up my poor dog, he was traumatized and was dragging me to go home. Now he wont let me touch his paws. Last time I went I found fleas on him when I got him back. I comb him meticulously each day so I know he did not have them before I dropped him off. Not going back and I’d recommend others be careful.

Took my puppy to Clean Paws for the first time yesterday to get her nails trimmed. They trimmed them so short that she couldn't even walk on one foot afterwards and was forced to limp around on three legs. She has been licking all of her nails non-stop since. Will be requesting my money back and taking my business to another shop.

I have an Australian Shepard who gets a full cut during the summer (yes, it’s good for them and we are from Arizona). My old groomer always gave him a funny face, but I was amazed at how great Leo looked when I picked him up from here! Very fast service and our new spot!

Great grooming! We chose Clean Paws for our puppy's first grooming after our neighbor raved about them. The staff was very friendly and clearly loved dogs. They texted ahead of the visit and after and asked for pictures of what we wanted. They took the time to teach our puppy the routines of grooming and were patient with her (she can nip when people touch her ears) but they took this in stride and just made her feel comfortable. They were ready to take her on time and finished in the 3 hours they said it would take. They wore masks and I felt COVID safe dropping her off and picking her up. We really loved both the great service and the end result.Pricing: Our puppy is a goldendoodle which can be trickier to groom. She got the works (bath, cut, ear clean, toe clippings and grooming) all for $85.

I puppy is just over a year old this was about her fourth maybe fifth haircut.we had it done yesterday .I have never seen her look cuter !the staff is so sweet and kind and this puppy looks like $1 million and she think so herself!so so happy we went here !it’s just the best if I could give six stars I would!

Just had my dog's hair cut and nails cut today and Clean Paws did an awesome job. I can tell from the quality of the cut that they took a lot of care and time to do the cut. They even put a bow and on her and some kind of spray on her that smells great. I will be going back and would recommend this pet salon to anyone

Excellent service and very friendly staff. My dog has neurological problems and poor eyesight and they took great care of him. He was a pretty dirty rescue pup from Texas and now he looks very handsome! I highly recommend Clean Paws!
