Excellent care given by staff, they spent time with me "interviewing" both dogs to ensure we and they were going to be at ease. Experienced groomers know their business. The only negative thing is the difficult parking in front of their shop.

Casey & Molly at the Shaggy Dog are beyond wonderful! I have nothing but positive things to say about the business and both ladies. My 10 year old yorkie has been going to Casey for 10 years. In the years, Stella has gotten 2 more sisters they also go to the Shaggy Dog. Casey is so gentle with the girls. My Stella can be a bit of a sassy/picky girl and she knows exactly what to do! Molly and Chloe (3 year old yorkie) have grown a wonderful bond and Zoey (2 year old yorkie) also goes to Casey.I appreciate that The Shaggy Dog is appointment only to ensure the personal time all the dogs deserve. Casey also takes photos of the girls which just melts my heart!My girls are mine & my husbands world! We don't trust them with many people but also feel assured and know they are safe with Casey & Molly. They of course always come out looking oh so fabulous!

Casey and her team have been taking care of my 50 lb curly type goldendoodle for almost 10 years. Her skill and compassion are unmatched and she is truly a dog whisperer. Not once has she cut his coat shorter than necessary and he always leaves looking and smelling amazing!

Casey and the Shaggy Dog team have been a life saver for our anxious pup. Our generally anxious dog has a particular anxiety with blow dryers, and the grooming process. Casey has worked with us for years, helping desensitize him to grooming, which is so important for his non-shedding breed. We have been able to come in for multiple, shorter sessions instead of one long one when it is better for his anxiety. She has been nothing but professional, and a trusted advisor for the care of our pup <3 we will follow Casey anywhere!

My fur baby and I have been customers for several years now- been just pleased with their services. Cost is relevant to size of animal and services- very reasonable. Even when we moved an hour away we return to Shaggy Dog and will do so until unable to. I trust the owner/staff who work with my extremely nervous bit who detests being away from his mama! Casey does a superlative job and has the same expectation from her staff. Being willing to travel such a distance without a car says a lot to the care given and job performed. Thank you Shaggy Dog 🐕 ❤

I couldnt be happier with the Shaggy Dog. The owner Casey, is a true professional a runs a great shop. Her staff is well trained and professional and efficient. Our dog loves to go there and is equally happy when picked up after grooming which speaks for itself! I highly recommend the Shaggy Dog Holistic grooming.

After battling a long illness I give heartfelt thanks to The Shaggy Dog for the wonderful job and great care they took with my fur baby. He hadn't been groomed in a good while and it seemed I was hanging on too life for him. Made an appointment for 3 dogs called to confirm time they told my daughter 10:30 then they called that morning at 8:35 and said it was 8:30 the last dog was scheduled for 10:30, why would you tell me the last dogs appt time I have texts were my daughter called and sent me text saying they told me it's10:30 not 8:30. They refused to listen and said if your not here in 20 mins we can't take any of your dogs even though they weren't going to be starting the last dog until 10:30 and that we will be charged full no show for all 3 dogs makes no sense you can't 2. The place is 30 min drive. Place is a joke no customer service skills they don't have any care for the dogs or customers. They don't really care if they lose customers.
