Alway a great experience. They have everything you could possibly need and more. Very bougie at the same time reasonable prices for higher quality items. Love to stop here and grab a bottle of wine and a good IPA on my way home from work.

The very concept of a general store is alive and well here. I make it a point to visit Everytime I'm in Mattapoisett. I have 5 caps now; three with the whale on a bicycle. I have bought unique gifts for friends and loved ones. It may be small of space but huge on warming experience. It's more than a retail store.

Love this store! Huge variety of goods-it literally takes at least 20 minutes or more to browse and buy. Chris and Vince have a real winner in TWGS. I defy you to walk out empty handed. On top of everything else, they serve coffee daily and donuts on weekends (from a secret chef).
