One of the haitain women with the pimples said I had to leave the wig section because I was taking too long. She had asked me what I needed, I said im just browsing and I guess she didn't understand because she looked angry after. She lied to the man at the front dest and told him I ignored Her. Very strange visit, unprofessional and extremely rude! I'll never go back there again

It costs nothing to be a kind human but yet my smile was met with so much negativity. I encountered three people and not one was pleasant or helpful. They weren't even knowledgeable of the dye products they were selling. I watched as an employee stared down a customer as she browsed for wigs. He didn't offer assistance just stared. Both she and I were very uncomfortable. As I began to check out I ask for a bag. (The oil I was purchasing is very good product but is known to leak.) The cashier acted as if I asked for a kidney and reluctantly threw the item in the bag on its side so it would spill then eyed me as I corrected it and put it safely in my tote bag. I had heard about this locations reputation but I wanted to give it a chance since the other hair stores on the street were out of this particular hair oil. I've learned my lesson today and I'll never shop here again.

I appreciate the fact the store is open later than most. They pretty much have the items you need. Although it’s hard to find assistance in the store- I would shop here again.

I was here visiting from Atlanta. Prices are reasonable. The wig area has a lady who will cut your lace fronts for you as well. Nice selection of wigs to choose from.

This is the worst store to go to. Any hair store but them. A lady with dreds always gives me a hard time. I went in for the second time and she took a lady that was after me, then said she was first. She seems to have a problem with me each time l go in there. The first time she was eating her soup while watching me at the same time. I told her to go take her break why are you watching me. She was standing where the hair dyes are in the middle. I can hear her slurping her soup all in my ear and I felt her eyes were watching me. Like I'm bout to rob the place. Never again.

Twice I shopped in this store and both times I was profiled and followed. The first time the lady even rushed me to buy hair. It’s like they want you in and out afraid if you’re going to steal. I definitely don’t feel comfortable if I can’t comfortably walk around and check out whatever products. Following your customers who just want to shop and pay intimidates them.

The people at her stop usually ask you if you need anything as soon as you walk in which shows they have good customer or that they're good talking to people.but the problem to me is there little too crowded it feels like is overstuffed in the aisles are too small if that makes sense. But yeah the people at the store in the store sells really good quality I suggest you visit!

Immediately walking into the store they sent a woman fo follow me around. I ended up purchasing what I was looking for but I made a mental note to never shop at that location again. If I want black hair products I will get it from my salon or a black owned beauty store even if I have to pay a little extra. I hope one day we will all stop giving people our business that do not respect nor value us as customers.

Horrible customer service. I called twice and the first time a woman answered the phone and told me a product was in stock and gave me a price, but she was rushing me off the phone so I figured the price was wrong. I called back and got a gentleman that burped in the phone as he was answering and he put me on the phone with the same woman who said you just called and I gave you a price. I asked to confirm the price because I want to be sure before driving there. She said my boss said I can't give you the price over the phone then I asked to speak to her boss and she said he wasn't there and to call back in 30 minutes. Horrible customer service.

Some of the girls in there are rude and have a nasty attitude . I use to buy my lace fronts here but, I stop because I found a website that sells it cheaper. All I do is go in try the wig on and then get the name . I find the wigs on a different website for like $29.00 . I will not buy synthetic hair for $70 at a hair store. ITS NOT HUMANN HAIR !!!!!!
