My niece visited this location today after being criticized by a customer the employee walks up and laugh hysterically at the not so nice joke the person said about a 13 year old whom is disabled. She said her 6 year old writes better than her. We’ll these are life changing comments for children and j truly hope their children never experience such rudeness and bullying from incompetent adults. Do better

If you’re someone who likes good customer service AVOID at all costs. The employee is unprofessional. The funny thing is if you talk to them over the phone they try and be proper. DO NOT go here unless you are trying to end up arguing or dealing with people who are uneducated and ignorant.

Great product, poor customer service. Customer service is as important as the product especially if the product cannot speak for itself.I was cursed out by an employee, who I'd just complained to about her recent unprofessionalismI've also had complaints from friends I have sent into the store based off of a former previous pleasant experience.This is something that needs to be looked into immediately when a business relies upon Word of Mouth.There have been more pleasant experiences than unpleasant - but this most recent visit today, overshadows the positives.You lost a few customers today.

I was very disappointed when I called asking if they had any more nag champa incense. The girl on the other line had an attitude and was very short with me. She told me they only had one left so she wasn't sure it was still going to be there! Instead of offering to put it aside for me and make a definite sale. Sorry Essential Body Herbs! You lost a good customer!

Came to the store to pick up some items and when I arrived there's a sign that says be back in five minutes which turned into an hour wait before I left! so they are very unprofessional as far as putting a note in the door and not coming back then they said they will!!!!
