If I could leave zero stars I would. After watching an employee in the pharmacy berate customer after customer who were trying to get vaccines, it was my turn. She told me I didn’t need to check in since I had an appointment. I said “don’t you need any.”. and she cut me off and walked away. So I joined the other people waiting for vaccines and eventually everyone got there’s but me. I went back to the disgruntled employee and she told me I had to check in . She cut me off twice when I tried to explain and then she repeated herself talking to me as if I was 2. I get it that her job feels stressful to her. She should consider a career where there are no humans and she can stare at herself in the mirror all day since she clearly sees herself as superior to everyone and doesn’t reflect on her own shortcomings.

Walgreens pharmacy is not sensitive to its customers needs! In 5 years I have NEVER had them get our prescription ready in a timely fashion. After a Total Rt. Knee replacement left me unable to drive and pick up my RX. Yesterday was the poorest customer service ever! Rx called in before noon, called Walgreens after they called and said Rx was ready at 4:45. Found someone to drive me there, difficult mobility in & out of car still. Got to pharmacy and was told 30 minute wait... Really? Walgreens employees hope you use another pharmacy. This one is a joke!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They never answer the phone and if they do they say they're transferring you but don't actually ever do that. They leave you on hold and then disconnect your call. I've had to drive all the way there just to ask a question multiple times. In person the employees are super rude and don't seem happy and are always understaffed. I'll never use this pharmacy again.

The pharmacy literally picks up the phone and hangs up on the customers. Hope it isn’t an emergency, although they make it clear they don’t care. If you can’t even answer the phone why would I think you could handle my meds. Clean up your act!

kind people, the wait is never long in pharmacy. I use for photo pickup and if I need FedEx to drop off or pickup! A great location!

I would literally give this particular location a ZERO if I could! Nether of the two people there was will to help, no empathy, disheveled appearance, dismissive, and just plain out RUDE!! The young lady told me (verbatim) I am busy... Stop hiring just anyone to handle your customers.
