The store is very clean and organized and able to find things easily. Some staff are not that friendly. Love the cashiers fast and quick even when going through self check out. Also, I didn't like how people can park up front in a fire lane to go shopping. See that a lot around town, and you think they would do something about that. So that's why I give three stars this year2024.

I like brothers. Unfortunately, I was recently disappointed in them. I bought one of their pre-made meals. I came down with food poisoning. I went in and told the assistant manager. He didn't even offer to give my money back on the meal. I was violently sick for 4 hrs straight, and it took me 2 days to fully recover. My wife's meals were fine. The store is pricey. The least thing they could have done is compensate me for my meal and the desert I ate. Supposedly, he was looking in to it. But, instead ,crickets.

Was on vacation and this was the closest supermarket. More expensive than my usual market but it was actually much nicer and better stocked than my where I usually shop. Every single shelf had the items pulled right up to the front and neatly arranged. A huge selection of fresh baked goods, produce, and the deli counter had absolutely anything you could look for. Pleasantly surprised.

Very clean & good service. Good selection of products & shelves fully stocked. Good GF selection, but would be helpful to have them in one section, at the least all GF cereal (crackers, etc) in one spot. Disappointed in produce quality, sparse organic products & overwhelming amount of plastic containers.

Overpriced everything! The quality is not that great. Very disappointed with my purchase, I paid $8.99 for a cold cut sandwich, it had no taste and added ingredients were packed with high corn fructose. Won’t go there again.

Worked here for the summer as a J1 student at the kitchen department. It is one of the best time of my life. Everyone in the kitchen treated me with respect and were friendly to me. Well done to all the kitchen crew. Things that I love from the kitchen are the steak tips, crunchy veg salad, clam chowder, and the people there. Bravo to the kitchen crew summer 2023! Keep up the great work.

Best prices on the Cape. I wish that the aisles were wider. A large and organized take out area with a separate cafe checkout and eating area. I really should give them 5 stars just for that. But, Aldi's off Cape has better prices.

I stop here for lunch from time to time. Their self-service buffet is packed with delicious food that you pay for by weight. I've tried everything & it's as good if not better than any restaurant you'd dine at.They're VERY pricey, especially for these Democrat Party controlled times.(Biden Admin)They have a good variety of healthy foods throughout their isles.Handicapped accessible,ample parking and friendly staff

Complete ripoff!! I rather shop at Trader Joes or any other place and bring my food to my New Seabury house. Don’t sell those few day old baguettes for outrageous prices. Everything is double the price of the sane product at Trader Joes!

Was my first time going in this location here. Price of food, there up an down. Some items where to pricey compare to other stores. They had a nice produce an desert section. I also notice they had more items then other stores. I loved the already prepared meals. The coconut shrimp was so good. I will go back for a few things.

We are local to Mashpee & really like this store. It is small and packed with many wonderful items. I see many comments here that say it is expensive but they have a lot of items on sale each week that are less than another local grocery store. It is clean, looks inviting with an outside seasonal market as you enter the store with fresh produce, has a nice bakery, and a large prepared food section - the salad with steak tips or salmon is larger than it looks and is really delicious/we buy it rather than going out to a restaurant sometimes. The cheese and meat departments have a nice selection for specialty foods or higher quality items. Management is very nice and helpful. One of them approached my sister while she was looking at specialty cheeses and asked her if he could help her with anything. They are very hands on! Many of the front end staff is younger but I find that refreshing that they are out working and learning at a young age. We were all there once. A side note: The BEST in-store music playing while shopping - Ha! Great job Roche Bros., Mashpee, and thank you!

Not my style, but there is nothing even remotely bad about it. It smaller than a super center grocery, which I prefer. They may not have every variety you're looking for. I'm sure other customers love it. You will surely get in/out fast if you just need a few items.

Immaculately clean. Always well-stacked when other big chain stores are missing items. Excellent seafood. Great bakery selections. Lots of local produce. Lots of happy, friendly, smiling employees. Floral department is top-notch. Price is on the premium side, but it's worth it for the experience and consistency.

I have been getting my groceries delivered for about a year now. I don’t think I will ever go “normal” grocery shopping again. It is very convenient, you can use your past orders and search through weekly sales. If they do not have what you want they text you to see if you would like something else. The produce/meat they pick out is mostly good I have only had one time where I would have picked something else. The people that deliver are wonderful, very kind.
