Bob and Luna give Hot Diggity Mashpee 5 hoofs/paws up! With their variety of treats and merchandise, we never leave unhappy. The staff members are friendly, considerate, and make sure you leave with that you came for, even if that means having it shipped to the store. To celebrate Bob's 13th birthday this year, we purchased their dog cupcake and it made his day. Luna took her first trip to the store last week and she loved to look at all the leashes hanging in the window. Would recommend to all dog/animal owners in the Cape Cod region, whether you live here or come to visit.

Great customer service-the woman who helped me had her little Yorkie with her greeting customers. Great selection, quality toys and products. You can tell this company and the saleswoman are passionate about their furry friends!

I visit the cape usually only once a year and i always make it a point to stop into Hot Diggity. Every time i walk in the door the staff is welcoming and super helpful when it comes to helping pick out the perfect toy or chew. (Recently I had to find teething stuff for my puppy and they were insanely helpful!!) the store is loaded with a variety of toys and treats so everyone can find the perfect gift for their dogs!! My babies absolutely LOVE the cookies that I come home with! Definitely a place worth visiting!

I LOVE this store!! It has everything a dog could need or want. from treats from local businesses to toys your dog will love!! The staff is so welcoming and helpful and make sure you leave with all the correct information and the best toys/treats for your pup. Definitely a shop to visit if you’re in town!

This is one of the first "must go" places when I visit the Cape - all the way from Kansas! Their products are extremely high quality and the staff are always kind and knowledgeable. My schnauzer mix goes crazy when I bring home anything from there!

I recently purchased a dog collar from the store. After just 2 months the collar failed and my dog got loose. The metal clip broke in half. After spending the last year spending my hard earned money l would have guessed they would honor their product. They did not. They refused to give me my money back. They lost a loyal customer today. Shop at your own risk.UpdateWe asked the employee what collar she would recommend for our rescue. We explained that the puppy would be using it on a runner as well as a leash. She handed us the Martingale collar and said it would be fine for a runner. After two months the collar failed. Not the stitching but the metal clip broke in 2. Thankfully it happened in our backyard and not while we were on a walk.. The store manager was condescending and dismissive. She did not ask when we purchased it, did not ask for a receipt or look us up in the system. This is very disappointing as we enjoyed the store and spent over $100 on three collars for our growing pups not to mention a countless number of treats and toys in the last six months. I will not make that mistake again and will advise anyone that asks to not shop there.

We drive 3hrs to the Cape annually for 3 purchases. Pauls Pizza, Cape Cod Bagel, and new collars for our 3 pups from Hot Diggity! Not only has the staff always been helpful in finding styles and sizes, they have also given sound advice on things to try for our pups who are picky with certain foods and toys. The quality of the products has me very impressed. The collars don’t fray even after months and months of regular use and wear and tear. I can’t recommend this store and staff enough. 10 Stars from the Scalas!

Stopped by just before christmas to get some cute treats for my dog. Corissa the manager and her cute yorkie Clancy were very friendly and helped me pick out little gingerbread men treats that my pup loved. The selection was great but the service was even better. We come get themed treats for most holidays and will totally be back for more.

As I had my dog with me on my honeymoon, I thought to stop buy in here to get him something from the trip! He loved all the smells and so far has enjoyed every treat we got him! He also got a bandana which he gets mad if I take it off. Stuff was a bit pricey, like my husbands shirt which was over $20, but I still loved the store

Stopped in to browse & met a wonderful staff member who was training a new employee. She was leading by example as she assisted me & had patience with the newest member of the store. The tee shirts are clever, & the pet products are numerous. I can certainly find gifts for family & friends here! Highly recommended.

Great stuff inside, really fun collection of cute dog stuff. The only problem is the rude staff, hard Karen vibes from the associates cause someone I was with accidentally broke a tiny piece off a subpar $3 cookie. Weirdos lol

I recently visited with one of my two Australian shepherds, they gave him a great treat and were so enthusiastic! I also purchased two "ultimate" bully sticks, my other Aussie is a wicked chewer and has been thoroughly enjoying this bully stick for the last 20 minutes without getting a piece off. Great buy! Great store!

Read the psychotic responses from the owner to negative reviews in the Google reviews and you’ll see why this place is dogwater. Avoid like plague, also just order their products directly online from the manufacturer, they just jack up the prices $10-$15 more then what it costs to buy it online and ship it to your door. Plus you avoid the douches that work there

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, plenty of different items to choose from for dogs and even some for cats. Interesting treats that aren't overpriced, considering the quality is superior to most treats you find in stores.

I had a really negative experience here. I was just in the store last week when the girl working behind the counter went to offer my staffordshire terrier a treat, she tried to play with her little dog. She then attacked me verbally and called the police saying my dog attacked her dog. I very calmly apologized and let her know that my dog is very friendly, has all her shots etc. My dog now can't leave the house for 10 days standard procedure. The woman working the counter verbally attacked me and my mother. I was going to buy some things there for my dog for her upcoming birthday as well. I can say I am never going back there and certainly do not recommend them.

Overall this is a pretty reasonably priced shop for the commons and their homemade biscuits are great for gifts, but I wish they'd offer more information on how they are for dogs with sensitive stomachs, etc.

We love to bring our dogs to Hot Diggity! They have the best selection of treats, toys and gear around. We especially love our shark collar that benefits The White Shark Conservancy! Da-DA!
