From our first inquiry to the training after installation, we've had a very pleasant experience with Dog Watch of Cape Cod. Holly was very attentive and great at answering questions. The fence installers were very knowledgeable and personable. After installation, Holly came out and worked with my husband and our two puppies for the initial training and advised my husband on how to continue with the training with them. If he felt it was needed, we had to only call Holly and she would come out and do another training session. But so far, we don't think that will be necessary.What I really like about this company is they want to see this work and be successful. They are very thorough with making sure the dogs are trained correctly. I've heard more horror stories about dogs getting zapped by electric fences and never stepping out of their house again unless being dragged and all due to insufficient training. This company wants to see success. Which of course from a business standpoint makes sense - the more successful they are with their fence containing the dogs with minimal negative impact to the dogs, the better it is for business but it's amazing how many companies don't understand this. But I also get the sense that they want it to work just because they love dogs. Not just as a business strategy. They actually care about their clients (both human and dog alike) and want to see them happy.So yes, I would definitely recommend Dog Watch of Cape Cod to anyone in search of an electric fence for their dogs. If your experience is anything like ours, you won't regret it.

Holly and Randy were great to work with! My yard is tricky in places to install the electric wire and they were able to handle it without issues. They have always been prompt in returning my calls when I have questions or issues. Now have a second dog and will be contacting them for training as all went to great the first time around. A friend introduced me to Holly at Dog Watch and raved about her company. At that time, I had already purchased an electric dog fence on line for my 6 month old roaming lab that I was going to install. Holly was professional and pleasant and quoted me a price over the phone. That day I hired Holly and returned the system I bought through Amazon.Randy, Holly’s husband, came as scheduled within five days and in less than a half a day had our half acre lot completed. I had a beautiful system installed at a very reasonable price. But the best was yet to come.Randy began training my puppy (and me) that day. Then Holly followed up with a call to schedule her visit. She was outstanding with our pup. I am about 4-months late with this post but I want to say how wonderful this company is to work with!! Holly did a fabulous job reassuring us that this would work for my THREE (untrainable & berserk come to mind) dogs and it has! I seriously thought they would break out at the first opportunity. But everything - from the implementation to the training, to additional orange flags that could be seen in the snow - has been outstanding. I really can't say enough about how well it has worked for us. I would recommend Dog Watch to the most skeptical dog owner.

Randy and Holly did a fabulous job installing our DogWatch fence ( neat as a pin, straight lines, exactly where I wanted it) and training with myself and two very very sensitive shy dogs. They were both very understanding of my dogs fears , and my dogs did really well because of that. This is my second system with them. They come right out if you need them to; they help you the entire way every step. Truly , great business people, great dog people and great people people.👍🏻👍🏻

What a great experience this has been!!! Holly answered my inquiry almost immediately. The explanation of services was clear and she answered all of our questions. We had the "fence" installed, today - Lawrence was friendly and respectful. He did a great job and didn't leave any mess behind. Within a week my lil pup under 8 months is striving on the system they've installed for me. He went from an inside mat to strictly using outside for his bathroom needs. With many doubts and a lot of trepidation I ordered a hidden fence from DogWatch of Cape Cod this summer. Our two year old, over zealous, Labradoodle was constantly dashing out the door and running around the neighborhood. We didn’t think she would actually stay contained within the boundaries of our property, but went ahead and ordered a system as a last resort. My husband was sure it wouldn’t work and would be a waste of money! Well, I’m delighted to say that with a few days of training, Ivy Rose has not left the yard! It truly is an amazing product. I’d recommend it to anyone who has dogs that like to wander or run. The only thing that I’m sorry about is that we waited two years to become believers! Our DogWatch fence was life-changing ... for my family and our two dogs. We had to do something because one of our dogs went into a neighbor's yard and barked at them while they tried to enjoy some quite time on their deck. Our dogs quickly learned the boundaries of the DogWatch fence and NEVER go over it, not even to chase a squirrel.
