This store is awesome. I've been a customer at this store for years, and wanted to give an atta boy to the crew there. I've had to call a couple of times for a pick up of over the counter pain relief at their drive through, and it was a perfect experience. Adriana helped me 2X over the phone and had my order ready when I got there. The drive through person, Eric, was right there as well and even had a cookie for my mutt!Thanks, Joe D

Just switched to Marstons mills location because the Centerville one was horrible. I love the pharmacy staff at Marstons mills way better. They were kind and helped me. They called my insurance to fix an issue that Centerville location refused to do. I recommend this location.

Could not fill my wife's script that she needs to not die. Called her and told her the script was in and when she got there they apologized. They had not received it. Not sure why they would tell they did..So she goes back today to ask if they can fill it anywhere else. She is told no. It's on manufacturer back order.She leaves after being told by CVS that no CVS can fill it. She calls Plymouth cvs and is told they have it in stock and will fill it now.Avoid this CVS like the plague.

I am an asthmatic. I get regular monthly medication refills. One of my medications has been out of stock for over two weeks. So I have been out of it for two weeks now. I tried calling to speak with the pharmacist about this issue, and spent 26 minutes on hold, hung up and called back and spent another 15 mins on hold. I can understand being short staffed, I too work in the medical field, but to spend over half an hour on hold without ever hearing a a humans voice pick up or explain that they're busy is just ridiculous. Guess I'll try again tomorrow.

Pharmacy staff is incredibly rude. Ended up leaving without my prescription after waiting in 4 different lines only to get yelled at by a staff member.

I was told my name would be called in 15 minutes when the prescription was filled. When I checked in a half hour later the person at the register laughed and laughed and said "oh this has been ready for a long time" .I'm sure he was just a temporary summer worker but there is no excuse for making fun of customers. I will never set foot in that building again. There's a Walgreens across the street.

Matt is the best he is always very helpful. As for the other pharmacist and technicians one in particular, who I’m not gonna name is completely incompetent and does not do his job correctly. Keep up the good work Matt and fire the other incompetent guy.

Let me start out by saying the store itself is wonderful, the staff is great they have a clean store. But the pharmacy, I made the mistake of trusting them with my prescriptions a few times. There is one nice girl back there and the rest are rude and it is incredibly unorganized back there. If you need a really good pharmacy with on time prescriptions, nice people, and organization, I highly recommend the Cape Cod Hospital Pharmacy.

This has to be the worst pharmacy experience I've ever had. My 8 year old had the flu, I stood in line with him for 20 minutes while the employee apologized to the one single man in front of me, explaining she needed to re-enter his prescription for the 3rd time. Finally when they got to me they said they did not have his prescription in stock. After further questioning another employee stated they had half a bottle of the tamiflu and can fill half the prescription. The rest would be ready the next day. When I asked if they would call tomorrow when it's ready, the employee seemed highly confused by the question, so I asked again and she told me either I can call or they will call me. Gee thanks. So next day when the prescription was supposed to be there, an employee called me saying they don't have the prescription and advised me to call around to other pharmacies to find one that has it in stock. As a single mother, dragging her 8 year old son with a 103 fever around trying to locate a prescription is not ideal. The least they could do is call around to neighboring cvs's to find it in stock. After questioning her about why they told me in the first place they'd have it today, she says "oh never mind, if we ordered it then that's a different story, we will let you know when it's ready". Nice, thanks for stressing me out. Then, and I'm not exaggerating, 3 minutes later a different employee from that pharmacy called to tell me my insurance won't cover the prescription... as she's telling me this, I hear someone in the background telling her "no that ones all set we already ran it through her insurance". After waiting and listening them go back and forth, she finally says "oh never mind, I'm not sure why that came up on our system". I've never experienced a more unprofessional and disorganized facility before. Other reviews say the employees are very poorly trained, and that is the exact impression I got From the first minute I stepped in there. I truly hope I never have to deal with them again.

Waited over 30 minutes for my daughter to get her flu shot. Under staffed and very inefficient!My wife signed her up online. This is one reason why I don’t use CVS. We will go to her primary care from now on to get this and any other shots she needs that they offer.

Matt the pharmacist is amazing. I went there to get my grandmother a flu shot recently and he had the utmost patience, care and compassion for her. He is an exemplary employee who I would like to recognize. thank you Matt for everything you do!

I never do this, but i went to pick up a prescription at this location today as i normally do every couple of weeks or so and with my health insurance i usually waive the fee for it. I have never been refused this option. So since i have never had an issue before i didn't bother to bring any money in with me as i went to the pharmacy and when it came time to pay for it i requested it being waived and the pharmacist refused, saying it loud enough for other customers to hear discussing my information out loud about my health insurance coverage and the inability to do it. Embarrassed i had no choice but to go get money before i was able to get my medication. Even after asking why, because i waive it every time and i do have the insurance he said was needed in order to waive it.Bottom line, it was just rude and when i did return a moment later with money the glare he was giving me from behind the cashier was a little discomforting as well seeing as this is the only CVS in my area, sadly i will be returning because i dont have a choice.Seriously considering switching to Rite Aide.

I'm so glad I'm not going to cvs in marstons mills anymore I was sick of waiting days to hear that my medication's are ready I'm at walgreens now and I already like them way more and on december 7th I'm having surgery and I know I will need pain medicine and i know i won't have to wait long to get it from walgreens. Last year I had surgery and had to wait 3 days to get my pain medicine and I was in a lot of pain and i don't want to have to go through that again

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They’re constantly days late in refilling prescriptions if they fill them at all. I’ve had to call and speak to someone about every single refill for months now.The lines are always 4 people deep whenever I go in to pick up. The people are nasty and miserable. Avoid this location if you can.

I have had it with the manager of Marstons Mills Putnam Ave. This is the second time he has harassed me to put on a mask. I have a medical condition and cannot wear one! I even wear a lanyard around my neck so people won’t harass me. This is discrimination! Please inform your managers of this. I even carry the official mandate from Charlie Baker stating that people with medical conditions are exempt from wearing a mask. And also a mandate is not a LAW. Please make them take down the signs saying, “it’s the law.” This is my regular CVS and I would appreciate it if the manager is informed. My regular Stop And Shop knows better than to harass me by now. I CANNOT and WILL NOT wear a mask.

I've been going to this cvs for almost 2 years now and I use to like the phyarmicy here. But for 7 days now I've had one of the worst sinus infections and I've been waiting for 7 days now to get a call from cvs saying my antibiotic is ready and I'm seriously liking about going back to rite aid or a different cvs my mom and dad go to this cvs to and they always get calls say there medicine's are ready and I never get calls saying mine are ready

Poorly trained employees. Barely tried to help me. Nobody ever seems to be sure of anything. In 3 years, I've never had a good experience. Money gram hasn't ever worked for as long as i can remember. I will never return to this CVS

Their in-store prices differ substantially from their on-line prices (even if a product is only available in-store online); they don't honor the prices advertised online either. Rite-Aid, across the street however would.

Do NOT use this pharmacy... they confused me with another patient... and then could not provide me with the prescribed allergy medicine and said to find another pharmacy. Very UNPROFESSIONAL
