Awful place and deleted my boyfriends review. Couple weeks ago the woman who everyone probably comes to the review section to complain about laughed at a woman who came to the pharmacy at 1:15 when they were shutting down for lunch (15 mins early with 2 people in front of her?) scoffed and rolled her eyes and ignored when the patient said she was having withdrawals. Terrible customer service hopefully they won’t delete this one! Sad to say there’s no name tags so can’t even report the one woman that’s ruining it all. Everyone who goes here knows it’s corrupt. Last review from 3 months ago??? Yeah right. Came back a week later and there she was rolling her eyes and scoffing at another patient because she had to DO HER JOB. There’s no reason people like that should continue to have a place in customer service and the fact she remains will ruin the reputation of your company. Literally never even had a problem with any other cvs but this place is a disaster.

Front end help is usually great.The pharmacy has really gone down hill. Mostly new people, very slow service. Went in to pick up a script 3 hours after was sent in by doctor from urgent care. Not ready when I got there. Pharmacist came over and said she was working on it and it would be a few minutes. 30 minutes later still not ready.Walked out because the person it was for was very sick at home alone.

As both a customer and clinician, this pharmacy is becoming increasingly impossible to use. Perhaps it’s just short staffing, but fix it already. I shouldn’t have to leave a voicemail as a provider because I can’t wait 15 minutes to get a hold of someone with other patients waiting. Then on top of it to be told by patient that cvs never received the voicemail, thereby requiring me to be on hold for 20 minutes now when I could be heading home to begin the Christmas weekend. Just terrible service.

They are the worst. So short handed. Always a problem with every script I fill for either me or my son. I have been having one bad experience there after another for years. It's only gotten worse over time. They lie to me about prescriptions not being ready saying it will be hours and when I go in they are there. They yell out hippa information. They are rude and vindictive. They will put your stuff to the bottom of the pile if you speak up and advocate for yourself.

There’s a reason this cvs has bad ratings. The old bag at the pharmacy likes to shut down at 126 instead of 1:30. One of the girls was going to just ring me out when I said I just needed a Sudafed 24 hour but the old woman made her shut the gate in my face. HORRIBLE service. I bet if you cut her paycheck by 5 dollars she would be asking questions though.

Someone needs to take action at this store. As a nurse, I would never treat my patients the way the night pharmacy staff treat patients. Tamra does nothing but talk badly about customers in front of other customers, and she doesn’t care if everyone in the line hears her. Every time I’m in there, she’s complaining about patients asking her for help, FOR HELP! I’m stunned by the unprofessionalism and downright awful human behavior by pharmacy staff

Pharmacy employees seem to take pleasure in making their process as difficult as possible for customers. I went in for the free Covid tests included with my insurance coverage. After waiting in the pick-up line with tests in hand, I was directed to the drop-off line where I waited again while the same employee (who was assigned to staff the window she had pointed me toward) helped everyone behind me before coming over to take my card. I gave her all my info and waited while she ascertained that the tests would be covered. I was asked to wait again (15 minutes!) so a pharmacist could bag them. Finally waited a third time to reiterate all my info. The entire process took over 45 minutes, just to pick up over-the-counter items. There's always an issue at this location – it's never a smooth process.

This Pharmacy has gone downhill to the point where I can no longer shop there, they are extremely slow and never answer their phone, the drive-thru window is never open, the pharmacy closes for lunch during the middle of the day, and when you it waited on it's usually with a snarl but a smile. I know that finding help and good help these days has gotten out of hand but enough is enough and we all must demand better.

So my wife was having hip replacement surgery on Monday and all her medication s were sent to us on Sunday _ I've had great medical /prescription coverage for 20 + years _went to pick them up and the pharmacist told me my insurance was cancelled so I called Optum Rx which I've had forever and they called the pharmacy and told them we were insured and have been for quite some time _ she still denied our coverage _ 1 of the 10.medications ,a blood thinner was 700 $ dollars , which with my insurance cost 25 $ but the point is they are so overwhelmed and under staffed you can not trust and we were under the gun cause my wife was having surgery at 12 45 Monday _ They are horrible

Extremely rude pharmacists. Every day I have called about my prescription refill I get a different answer. Today when I called the pharmacist practically hung up on me in the middle of my asking her a question. I will be utilizing a different pharmacy than this one in the future.

They need staff !!! It’s disappointing honestly. One tech and one pharmacist is not cutting it plus they have a drive thru. Do better. Quality over quantity.

The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars and not one star is because the woman working the front register was warm and friendly.However, I found the pharmacist to be very rude and just outright cold. I don't know if it was the fact that it was 1:30 in the morning but the pharmacist had very little sympathy at all and just didn't seem to care about the issue I was having with one of my medications.My intention isn't to get anyone in trouble, I just figure that if I were the general manager of this store I would want to know if my pharmacist is treating patients like this.

Had an appointment for a rapid COVID test scheduled, received multiple texts saying it was confirmed, even the day of. When I showed up for my appointment they told me they aren’t doing tests today. I have an international flight tomorrow that I can’t take now because of their lack of communication and regard for their customers

Almost all of the pharmacy staff is rude and inconsiderate. One of the woman is super nice and always helpful i feel bad shes surrounded buy miserable judgemental people.Ive had numerous issues and continue to .they treat people rudely according to wat medications they are recieving .Pharmacist Gave me some excuse that every pharmacist does things diffrently , how thats possible idk considering the one i saw recently pulled some legal shinanigans. The one i dealt with a few months back was super helpful and gave me a few of my medication to hold me over till the problem was situated. Yet if it was illegal to do so why did one pharmacist help and the other was rude and judgmental.some people cannot go without there medication period no excuses legal or not

I agree that there are one or two very rude drive through window pharmacy technicians but there are also some of the best and smartest you can find anywhere. I usually deal with Denise who is unbelievably smart and together and can always help me and answer my questions as I pick up meds for a lot of people and there are often issues. I also like Nancy and Sean who I deal with on occasion. Its a tough job and I don't think you could pay me enough to do it. I would also like to add that the pharmacy itself is the best. I have to deal with numerous pharmacies and these guys are so responsive and so quick to get the prescriptions upit's a headache when I use other pharmacies but when I use this one it's a pleasurei I would give it 5 Stars if it weren't for the couple of cranky people who work at the window.

I was there early this morning for my flu shot and I had no problem I don’t know what people issues with CVS I didn’t have any issues they took me in to get my flu shot on time and I had no problems

When asked if they would Price match a GoodRx price that was $60 cheaper at another local pharmacy they said they would not. When I told them do NOT fill the prescription because I will be going elsewhere they filled it anyway?!

Friendly people. Many products to choose from. A bit pricey maybe because of new tv on the wall running cvs commercials, moved everything around again, fancy uplighting. Pharmacy Dept is almost always crazy busy. They work too hard!

I don’t know what all these bad reviews are talking about- this place is GREAT. I come in, easily find what I need to, and then leave. It’s as simple as that. No hassle, the employees have never treated me bad, nothing. Hats off to the team at CVS for making my day so many times. Keep up the good work.

AVOID THIS PHARMACY, violations of privacy, delayed service, rude impatient employees in pharmacy area. If you need medicine, you will not get it promptly or in a timely matter or at all at this store.
